I appreciate your help, I have the Epson L3150 model. It has moderate, frequent but not excessive use and has only used manufacturer's ink in the 8 months since purchase. Recently, it started printing every other sheet with the initial parte cut off, as if the paper didn't slide and didn't print in the right area. Has this happened to you? How did you solve it?
I tried this method and it worked for the black ink but unfortunately not for the other colors. I tried and tried resuscitating , with several attempts at cpr compressions and sadly an Epson rep gave me the news that I loss my printer 😔 but the good news is that my printer is still under warranty so they will be sending a replacement free of charge! 😃😃😃😆 If I never watched this video I probably would’ve just went and bought a new printer, so thank you so much for the information!! && if this didn’t work for you try calling epson you just might be able to get a free replacement 😄
2024 here. Your video advice did not work for us. But, what did work is choosing "replace ink cartridge" on rhe maintenance menu so tgat the four cartidges could be removable. Then one by one SHAKE the cartridges. Revives the entire thing and good as new. These printers need you to print often or they clog. So schedule a day when you will print one page in black and white and one in color, and you should be good to go.
Welp! Not working for me. I have my aunts older printer. She said it worked…bought ink, connected to Wi-Fi, printing blank papers. I have done the cleaning 3 times.
I have the same printer. And that never worked for me. I have always had to do a power claening.. Hold the question mark and home sign simutaniously until it starts. Uses a lot of ink.I think you have to print something every week. Or the nozzles will clog up. After drying out.

This video is excellent but I would not recommend this printer to anyone everytime I go to print something I have to go through all these steps. My printer wasn't 6months old and this started I had a printer/fax from Dell for seven years I only had to replace the ink, buyer beware.

The black pgs just started for me. The first time I printed was April 2021 when I bought it. Used on and off throughout the year, no issues. Now I went to print, it printed one page and now wont' print anything. It has ink I refilled the black and other colors and its not indicating that I'm out of ink.. Just does NOTHING now. I'm at a loss.
I wish it was that easy, or I wouldn't be here watching what is a normal cleaning. My black ink simply will not print no matter what, after all the cleanings, in the world, of nozzles as well as the entire black in tube. Black just will not print. There seem to be something more wrong with the black ink connection that no one seem to actually know about, and think it has to do with just cleaning. Oh, and all the other colors work perfectly.
Me too...never had this happen ..i don't use EPSON brand ...doesnt recognize it just replaced the black because it said it was low ...i am going to try her idea and repeat and repeat ...

Yes, I found that there was a paper jam. Check your printer to see if you have a jam.

HaHaHa CPR. Lol sorry for your lost. I don't think they would have sent me a new printer due to me converting it into a Sublimation printer. Thank you

Great advice, however this is an eco tank print so you can’t remove the cartridges.

I've did all the cleanings and it still comes out a blank page. I have sublimation ink in there and sublimation paper
Sometimes you have to do it more than one. I’ve read comments saying it took them 10 times but it worth saving the money.

How did you clean the tubes?
I pulled them out and ran water through them. I let the dry for 24 hrs. So no go

Depending on the level you may want to change your ink. The process takes a lot of ink as well

Try the steps in this video or my other videos to clean and align your printer and it should start working.

After you go through the steps the test page will print if that’s printing blank then try the first steps again

Seems like you have a different problem this video was made if your page is printing blank not the color black not printing. Sorry I couldn’t help.
