I ordered cleaner from Epson that is specifically for my WF-7510. I don't know if this is any better than Printer Refresh. The instructions that came with the cleaner called for disassembling the printer head which is very difficult particularly since the directions did not match what I found in my printer. So I followed these You-Tube instructions which require no disassembly other than removing the cartridges. And they worked. Tip: Be sure to use different blotting strips for each nozzle cleaned. 4 nozzles four strips. Be careful removing the strips as they get messy. Excellent video.

@@Theinkrefillexperts I'm a uni student (same printer wf-2750) and my Epson black original cartridge suddenly blocked. I thought it was empty (had around 25% left) so I ordered some after-market inks and they all worked but the black. There is nothing coming out of the black ink I've run the printers self-cleaning program a few times are various stages, tried printing a few pages of text to force the block out but nothing.
The printer is under warranty from student finance for 3 years and once I mentioned 'aftermarket inks' they refused to provide any response. The inks work fine (blue, yellow, magenta) are cheaper and provide the same print quality without paying a premium and always recycled for eco-friendliness.
I feel quite positively that it's just the black print head that is blocked but I'm worried about using the liquid near the printer near sensitive parts

Having some issues with an Epson WF-3640 I was asked to fix. The device was left for months without use so I ordered some compatible inks from a reliable source. Followed the procedure shown. After several attempts and cleaning cycles all the inks were flowing so I gave it back to the user.
They came back a few days saying the printer was blocked again. The black is non-existent, and the yellow and magenta are starting to fade. Only the cyan is coming through. I've left the cartridge holder over the pads overnight, which I've soaked in the mix, and will also rub blotter paper under the nozzles as well as leave each one soaking for several hours after injecting.
But I'm coming to the conclusion this is some other issue other than a block at the nozzle. Also I have used Epson before and had great experiences (my current workhorse is the XP-412 which is fantastic), but looking at the reviews for this 3640..hmm..it's a mix-bag. If it were me I think I'd simply take a hammer to it and get something I know I can rely on. Please note I am not trying to knock your product either, which I've used before on several occasions and it's been excellent. I also appreciate you taking the time to show an instruction video and engage with the people commenting. Thank you.

Hello , it does sound like you know exactly what you are doing. But because it was printing , it’s probably still blocked. I would try again.
If how ever you are still getting the same results it’s be corroded because it was left for so long.
Are you using our kit ?
      Thanks
      James

This sounds promising. Does this kit work with epson wf-3640?
How long does it take to ship to the US?
Currently when I print I am not getting any ink on paper. I had left my printer unused for about an year. It used to work well before that.

@@Theinkrefillexperts Well I used it today and it worked. It was a bit different because my Epson XP970 has little gauzes rather than upward pointing nozzles. All I could do was drip head cleaning fluid onto the gauze and wait but it worked. Help please, I’m so confused, I just followed the directions after having issues with no cyan printing out, all other ink colors printed fine. Then after a few head cleanings, still no cyan and now barely any ink at all is printing out. I have tried pulling air up with syringe, letting it soak, more head cleans.. Is it possible I used too much cleaning solution? This is a Epson 7210 with CIS, had it a month and this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue with it. We've tried sucking it with the syringe to disband air, we've flushed it through a couple of times but nothing is helping. Before we started cleaning there was never any problem with the black.
