Many have asked how I make my videos with just an iPhone. So I’ll show you all of the equipment I use, including tripods, gimbals, microphones and iPhone accessories. Along with how I plan, record and edit everything for my channel each week. Hopefully everything I show will help you with how to make UA-cam videos with a phone.

    13:10 Editing process
15:49 How long does it take?
16:15 My advice for creating on UA-cam
I grew my UA-cam channel to 50k subs in the first year by recording every video on my channel with an iPhone 11 and 12 Pro Max. I’m still using that phone today.

@@lonnieguthrie5375 I know the videos can help people. My point was the post that said a 3 month course. I just don’t like people paying for a course on how to make a UA-cam video. There are videos for everything on UA-cam. So I was more venting about companies taking advantage of people.

@@survivalSC people who buy the courses do it out of fear. They have no idea where to start and don't want to look stupid when they post. I've built channel's for years with well over 5 billion views but I did it teaching people how to build their channel's, to get views, subscribers and continued growth. I've only ever used the original UA-cam video editor to edit videos myself so learning to use a decent editor scares the crap out of me.

Implementing the lessons I learned throughout the years of lots of trials and errors changed my life trajectory and learning that there’s a yin and yang in everything. This is such a helpful and inspiring video! I appreciate how simple and clearly you laid everything out. It makes me feel a lot less overwhelmed with figuring out where to start with becoming a UA-camr. I would totally watch a video of you focused on solely the content planning and how to stay organized and disciplined as content creator.
Thanks so much for putting this out and look forward to watching your other videos!

I love this video. I've been putting off starting a channel myself and this really proves everyone's point that "gear doesn't matter". Over the past couple of years I've been buying more and more gear but never really committed to the whole process. The fact that everything on your channel is filmed with an iPhone gives me that bit of motivation to really get going. I love this a lot man 🙌🏽

Hey mate, thank you creating these really resourceful videos. I was just checking out your review on Logitech MX keyboard and decided to check out the rest of your contents. There is a reason why certain channels do better than others, and one can clearly see the effort and passion that go with your video production. Unpretentious, succinct and straight to the point - no gimmicks, no silly antics, just good honest-to-goodness reviews. Love it. And thanks for staying so humble as well - it's a rare trait in today's world.

This was a great walk through and set up to help me wrap my head around the process! I also loved the glimpse at your outline of creating an episode. I have been trying to piece together a way to translate the creative ideas I have into something cohesive to build from. I have a theater background and can focus on the elements of creating a "show" but translating to hands on filming and editing was a bit "in the dark" for me. Thanks to this video, I feel really comfortable with a show script outline to start to play with, and a bit less pressure to be "successful" right off the bat. Thank you! 👍🏻
