there was actually a movie made about the killer nurse story its called ‘the good nurse’ and its rlly good so i recommend it!!
It’s very possible that it was the elderly couple, or one of them, that came back “home” to the house they believed they still live in. Time sequences, as in what decade one is in, can be messed up in patients with Dementia.
In this way, the elderly person came back home, and confused, they erased the entire menu plan because that’s not how they used to do it. They wrote in what they thought should be there, but, due to Dementia, the writing didn’t make a lot of sense. I have worked with patients with dementia over the past 9 years. My Dad also had Dementia so I understand how confusing it can be for them.

That nurse killing patients in the 1990's reminds me of a case in Sweden. He claime he only killed people who would suffer otherwise, but still. Iirc, I think he killed almost 30 patients by injections. He was a so called "mercy killer" (barmhärtighets-mördare).
His name is Anders Hansson and he worked at Malmö hospital. I am not sure there are much information about it in English tho. 😊

In the very first story, your uncle definintely should've been dismissed from the case right away because he knew way to much about the suspect, and he had struck up a friendship with him too. Your Uncle is a very lucky person because he is still living. In the second story, she should've always been very cautious working that late shift at night especially because anything can happen, and plus she's small too. I am a man and I am extremely cautious whenever I am going somewhere at night. Night time brings out all of the most sinister people. In the third story, RIP to that maid because she was just an innocent victim. In the fourth story, all of those hospitals were just so completely scandalous and they all had a true ganng mentality too. In the fifth story, those two guys weren't his friends and they definitely planned on doing something to him. In the sixth story, this story is just so creepy and spooky. I love you!!
