Yeap! Same here... started with 5 mins day before yesterday... today reached 11.35... should be able to push till 20 by next week ❤❤ never felt really tired and happy at the same time...
Much love from Botswana, Africa. Helluva workout. Perfectly done, no in between convos, straight to whats needed to be done. Live rest times whenever i felt finished. Keep on rocking it brother!
I was here watching and doing 20 minutes of full-body exercise with you. It gave very good results. Even though I was exhausted, I gradually got used to it. Thank you, my friend.
Bloody hell, sweat and heartbeat! I was unprepared! I did Freeletics about year ago with the same scheme of exercises. And I see this video with the thought: “I have been doing it, so that will be easy”. I was wrong! Such a long pause in training effects on your abilities. Nathan, thank you so much for inspiration and joy. I wanna more videos like these😊
6 mins first try i tried my best gotta keep doing this see you after 1 week new results right now i am 192 pounds i hope to loose 2 or 3 pounds a week.
Absolutely needed this one. Italy has entered a precautionary lockdown and gyms are closed yet again! This will be my new daily workout for the foreseeable future. Much much love Nathan. You and Layne are absolutely amazing people 😘
Did the fill workout just now and phewww what a ride for months i haven't worked out.... Now 105kg just did this now and with a lil bit of dieting i wan to see how it goes till December ❤
Thank you for the video. The only thing I saw incorrect was when it got to the last 60 seconds. The screen says 30 sec squat jumps, but you are doing a 30 sec plank, and it then says the last 30 sec is to rest. That is pretty much the end of the workout at 19:30, a rest period there doesn't make sense.
I usually do the lesserafim workout but I’m on my period so I decided to find something easier on YT, this was awesome! Just enough to make myself feel like I’m not being lazy, but not so much that my cramps became unbearable. Thanks! ❤
Day 1 I did the half session for 10 minutes and took more rest so it took 16 minutes to complete 10 minutes workout.!! it’s not easy at all as it seems i was sweating with high heart beat like hell.!! but really liked it and gonna continue it.. thanks in advance
This video is very motivating! You have the right balance between power, flexibility, motivation and speed. The music fits good to it. Congrats, I liked it a lot and subscribed!
Thanks man you were a worthy rival I couldn't finish the workout but I lasted till 13.27 minutes And for men who are not following this seriously I would say you are missing out on a very important felling of achievement which came to me after the workout and a shower I would assure you this felling is more pleasurable than being on the hub
Great workout, doinng it for straight 2 days. And this is after a very long long time. I feel pain in my shoulders and legs. So i have to do it everyday or skip a day. First day managed to complete 10 minutes, 2nd day managed to complete 18 min but done half for pushups.
I could use some advice. I'm a 25 year old 6'2, fair but not overly slim/skinny person who used to play basketball 7 years ago. Stamina and cardio are where I def struggle now the most because I know Im out of shape though I still can move just fine physically speaking. I want to find a routine I can follow and keep up with for many years that will mostly focus on muscle buildup mostly for my upper body. Is this a type of routine that if I follow for most days SOLELY per week that I should be fine with for the short and long term to achieve that goal? I'm assuming I would need to slide in a couple of running sessions on the treadmill to focus on my cardio specifically. It definitely seems like it but I just want to know for sure (since im not an expert) if I can make this my new go-to routine for excersice or if other routines are "needed" as a supplument. That way, I can know what I should schedule and set my future fitness to. Much love, this routine looks very great especially with no equipment!
Thanks for the video !! I was actually looking for a good morning routine before going to work !! What do you think about that ? Would you suggest this routine to be done every morning with why noy one day off ? thanks
Great workout. I haven't been able to keep up with the routine yet but over time I will. Just FYi though. The last exercise before finishing says 30 sec Squat Jumps but it looks like you do the plank. Excellent job though.
@tomwright3086 I was doing 5 days mate. things like the squat jumps I missed out and jyst kept moving. took me around 2 weeks b 4 I could complete the whole 20 mins.. all I do now is the first 10 mins and some light wights
Just complete this together, absolutely sweating. It's worth doing it. I found the mountain climber more difficult of all. I decided to attempt this while sitting on the chair, but oh boy looks easier than doing it. Great training, thank you for uploading😂🙏👍
I have made your body workout my daily routine Sir. Thanks so much. Please how many times should this body workout be done a week Sir? And please Sir, can you list out the names of all the workout and their benefits to the body Sir? I'll really be grateful Sir. Thanks once again!
I needed this as a baseline to see where I’m at as I get back on my recovery journey. Ran the Boston Marathon in 2019 & now can barely get thru a minute of jumping jacks.🤦♂️ But gotta start somewhere, thank you brother!👊
Can we continue this 20 min workout daily? And should we need to add more workouts to becoming a fitness? And I started and I completed 1 week with full 20 min effort. Could you please help me my questions.

Well, dont do this exercise with youtube premium ahah
I was here watching and doing 20 minutes of full-body exercise with you. It gave very good results. Even though I was exhausted, I gradually got used to it. Thank you, my friend.
Great results after one month of practicing this 20 minutes video. ❤
Did you do it once a day?
Haven’t worked out in about 10 years. If I die, know your video helped me even if only for a few minutes.
Did you die asking for a friend lol
@ I’m deceased.
By far the best workout video.. no blabbering.. crisp and clean
Bloody hell, sweat and heartbeat! I was unprepared!
I did Freeletics about year ago with the same scheme of exercises. And I see this video with the thought: “I have been doing it, so that will be easy”. I was wrong! Such a long pause in training effects on your abilities.

Thanks! That was fun, FYI- The caption for your last set said 30sec squat jumps, but it looked like you did a plank instead.

I gave up after 15mins because I felt like fainting...I have subscribed to the channel hope to see more of this

Sorry brother for underrating this workout when I first saw it. I'm drenched in sweat.
Big ups bro.

Day 1
I did the half session for 10 minutes and took more rest so it took 16 minutes to complete 10 minutes workout.!!

Haven't worked out for over 5 years. Think I almost died there. Lol

Thanks for breaking everything down so clearly. I've improved so much!

Good job 👍 boy
Needed a quick workout. Accomplished everything. Love it
Thanks buddy, you are doing great job, loving the energy every bit.
God bless you in your endeavours
My kind of workout. Short, sweet and straight to the point! That I burned 215 calories in 20mins is a bonus too! 😍
Really like the channel! Will you create a 15-min ab using the same (music only) format? Thank you much! Hope your channel goes viral!

Thanks for the video !! I was actually looking for a good morning routine before going to work !! What do you think about that ? Would you suggest this routine to be done every morning with why noy one day off ? thanks
Very balanced. Can achieve it easily. And at the same time doesn’t burn you out quickly
Great workout. I haven't been able to keep up with the routine yet but over time I will. Just FYi though. The last exercise before finishing says 30 sec Squat Jumps but it looks like you do the plank. Excellent job though.
The best full body workout I did by now.
Awesome!

Just complete this together, absolutely sweating. It's worth doing it. I found the mountain climber more difficult of all. I decided to attempt this while sitting on the chair, but oh boy looks easier than doing it. Great training, thank you for uploading😂🙏👍

11:36 longest 10mins of my life. I thought 20mins was a reasonable amount but had to stop halfway through.
Fr same 11:40
