Great workout, doinng it for straight 2 days. And this is after a very long long time. I feel pain in my shoulders and legs. So i have to do it everyday or skip a day. First day managed to complete 10 minutes, 2nd day managed to complete 18 min but done half for pushups.
Absolutely needed this one. Italy has entered a precautionary lockdown and gyms are closed yet again! This will be my new daily workout for the foreseeable future.

Thank you for the video. The only thing I saw incorrect was when it got to the last 60 seconds. The screen says 30 sec squat jumps, but you are doing a 30 sec plank, and it then says the last 30 sec is to rest. That is pretty much the end of the workout at 19:30, a rest period there doesn't make sense.
Sorry I'm new to the workout world so I'm asking a stupid question. Can you lose weight doing this? Like belly and chest fat?
