56 years old. I'm doing the routines in this video. It is kicking my butt but it is so worth it. Started working out 4 years ago and I never believed I can do what I'm doing. It just takes time and consistency even when you don't feel it. Thank you! Watching your other videos cause in 2 years I want to be as fit as I can be. Keeps me young!
THANK YOU lately, i have gained weight and even i can feel but couldn’t bother to do anything, never motivated. But i just realised it’s not a healthy way of eating and could lead to bad body shape. So i have watched your video and swear to god i hardly last for 3 min, couldn’t do any more than that. Now it’s second week and honestly I can do two sets now around 7 min. I know it’s pathetic but i’m doing better than before and my aim is to reach 10min, maintain this discipline and get my routine. It’s just been two weeks and now i know i can change. So thank you and wish me luck, i will definitely be back after sometime with some good change and shape.
I don't even do these workouts consistently (every day or at least 3 reps per day), but over the last couple of months I could already start seeing a difference. I'm so glad I discovered you.
Mannnnn, I don’t know how I came across your channel, but I’m so glad I did. I started day 1 yesterday… did day 2 today. In all my days of going to the gym, I have never sweat so fast and so hard as I have these past two days! I’m loving this! I’m subscribed and I’m gonna stick to it until I’m shredded and beyond. Thank you 🙏🏽
welcome back! Looks like you haven’t had a video in 9 months. At least on UA-cam. Glad I saw this. Going through a little depression. And this is perfect. I could do 10 minutes a day! :) Thank you!! Have a blessed day! 😊
We ALL get depressed, not to diminish it, perhaps this is one positive thing to come out of the pandemic, a greater awareness and care for mental health...physical activity and sunlight can help. Good luck!!!
Hi everyone! I started today and managed to do the 1st day, took 15 minutes and had to put my knees down due to lack of streght, but I did challenge myself and started seating and feeling so much better this morning. I will be working on my body but the exercise already certainly give me a mental boost, no coffee needed this morning!
Making a commitment to myself and putting this out there so it will hold me more accountable. I will begin now to make my body a priority. I will make myself healthy!
@@milesmerce I am and have encouraged my wife into doing a similar routine for women. I didn't start right away so I feel like I could be further along in my journey. Recently lost my job so I don't have any excuses at all. I should be using my time to better myself in so many ways. One step at a time though, right?!
Exact same feeling when I started, but now I'm like a month into it, and now it is a lot easier, even adding more exercises. Just keep going, don't give up, it'll get easier.
Same as i do! Great advice, I think the same way:first the workout , then the reward, but, you must move to wake up the body, then you can think better!
It's great to have you back after a long time Mr. Frater.. looking forward to more of your lovely informative videos... Thanks for all the efforts put in.
I just found this video, i just started and its very good. I can't complete all without stopping in between, BUT i am hopeful in couple of weeks i can do it like him. Very good instructions
Since I'm a lot out of shape I have to remodulate the activation program to 40 sec work and 20 sec rest between each excercise with 1 minute rest between set. In any case my heart is pumping and I'm sweating a lot. Getting better every day. Nice you are back. It will be nice if you can show an entire day food intake to get some idea or suggestion.

I’m so grateful for your videos! No bs and highly motivating. You’re helping me on my journey to finally do something about my post partum body. I already see improvement in my core strength. Thank you!!!
Love your all natural approach. I think I'll always have a place for beer, even cheese puffs etc. But I just finished no-junk January for the 3rd year, and it's clear how much better I feel after clearing all of that toxic shit out of my system. Thanks!
This is wholesome, few minutes with perfect intensity to kick off your day and keep the cause of actually get better and feeling better! I think most people can start doing it in a pace based on the current state of activity. I actually rest betewen every single excercise for a minute or so and done two reps only for the first time Today, I know en sha Allah it will slowly but steadily get better! Till this belly is no welling to remain 😅 with a balanced eating of sufficiently good quality food as well.
Doing this about a week now. Have bit of beer belly to start with. Some of these are difficult for me. The sit ups n punch and the plank roll are two. One or two more. I find myself getting winded quick and need to stop sometimes to catch breath. Not sure if I should be doing this first thing when I wake up. But that’s what I’m doing. Trying to stick with it. It is not easy. Good luck guys! Keep working!!

Nice one Adam. No nonsense solid work out first thing in the morning, I can handle that.
Great video, definitely making this my morning routine for the foreseeable future
This is a great work out. I am trying to do this with walking exercise. Thank you for this video !
