This video started my regime 2 months ago. Just doing 2 sets. Now we've each lost average 5kg having gone on to do other videos but this Tabata was the one that kicked it all off.
I did this for 21 days, and guess what? I gained more strength. When I first started, I couldn't do the walking push up and high pitch without cheating. I would cheat to make time go faster. But in the end, i can easily do the push up and high pitch. I gained muscle in my thighs, and got 11 abs. My arms also got slimmer. I lost 2kg. But since I haven't got to my body goals, i'm going to continue doing this for another 21 days. Thank you Allblanc! P/s : please take note that I did this exercise without changing my eating habit. I eat 2 meals a day, with snacking in between. Starting weight : 54.5kg Current weight : 52.5kg

I have such a busy lifestyle and it seems daunting to me to pick out a workout that is 40 minutes long- but if I do one of these, I think to myself: “ah I could do another one...” and so on- then I’ve done like four videos in a row and I’m super satisfied with my workout 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 You all are great! I'm going to be 50 years old with some steel abbs and a nice butt, watching your videos. Although sometimes I am distracted by the fabulous pack of 6 abbots you have, but I will fulfill my goal. The best thing is get a person thats not same with your body structure and motivated him while doing your synchronized workout, so the viewers will see the transformstion of your newly recruit..
They made this look too easy. I planned to do this right before the workout and it ended up being my only workout
