There’s no point confronting people on their bad behaviour- they’ll deny it then accuse you of the same. Silence and absence is the only way to deal with these people.

I am an extreme extrovert. Something happened in a business deal some two years ago. This deal involved people. I trusted through and through. After some switched off, I later entered my shell and stayed away from those concerned. I cannot tell you the amount of peace of mind, focus and less drama that I have now. They think I am depressed or devastated. Not knowing that I am killing them with silence.
