Thank you for the question? The answer to that question is to not pray for the transgressor, we are required to rebuke like Jesus spoke in Luke 17:3. There are other scriptures that tells us to rebuke when someone trespasses against us. Rebuke hurts a whole lot and arrogant people hate it and especially the Trangressors.
