From her website:
1/2 head of cauliflower, medium size, chopped* (1 1/4 cup of puree)
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 cup tapioca starch
Dash of salt
Looks scrumptious I’m going to try it tonight
Incredible
One of the best tortillas I've tried!!! 😍 They've become my favorites!!!
Amounts? Measurements?

Those look gooooooooooood
I like that, you don't need to use a press,
I think a person could use flour, instead of tapioca,...
Just found this:Use half as much corn starch as your recipe requires for tapioca starch.
these came out SO GREAT. They were honestly better than siete's almond flour tortillas cuz those break after a while in the fridge. p.s. something happened to your website i went back today for the recipe and someone put a virus on it.
😍😍😍😍😍😍
also is there any way we can substitute tapioca starch for a non starch flour?
I find starchy flours work the best for making tortillas soft and pliable, but you could try a gluten-free all-purpose flour.
👍
Can u substitute tapioca flour for anything else
I would use cassava flour - next best thing!
Is tapioca starch healthier than cassava flour?
Since cassava flour includes the whole plant root, it's actually more nutritious than tapioca starch (which is just the starchy part).
Stupid question, did u strain the water before mashing, i cant tell. I assume you do, but i don't want to do it wrong
It's not a stupid question! I drained the water before blending 🙂
Can you use oat flour instead ?
I haven't tried it myself, but I think you could use oat flour instead.
