    Wow just made these with grape seed oil and it taste so good. I used a ripe avocado for spread. Filled with lettuce oinion and grape tomatoes. Its like an alkaline chalupa from taco bell. Thanks so much. Keep em coming. I just went back to this way of eating. When I first converted to the diet unfortunately I was pretty alome. Now youtube has so many sharing recipes. This time it will be a breeze.

    THANK YOU for this recipie! After decades of digestinal problems culminating in a trip to the ER with a severe "allergic reaction" I was just recently diagnosed with Histamine Intolerance and wheat is a Histamine trigger. So I have to replace all the trigger foods with non triggers, but I'm still kinda struggeling because the trigger foods are in most ready-to-cook or ready-to-eat foods you can get at the supermarket. So it's "back to the roots" and I have to make a lot of things myself but I'm very unsure if the new ingridients (such as spelt-flour instead of wheat-flour) can be used just like their "mainstream counterparts". So thank you so much for this recipie and I'll be making my own flatbreds (or tortillas) from spelt flour soon!

    Hey That was pretty simple and I am sure the taste is great. One question... Did you use mineral water? Is that what makes it flexible?

    • @BlendedAbode
      @BlendedAbode  6 років тому

      Thank you. I used Perrier water the one that Dr. Sebi spoke about, it's naturally carbonated. However you could use just water. It's flexible because of cook time. Be sure not to over cook.

I will work on a gluten free flatebreat. We did make a gluten free wrap from chickpea flour in this video here at the beginning: ua-cam.com/video/1QxX703hUdk/v-deo.html . This is what we have as of now. However we will have more options for gluten free breads and flatbreads soon.

    Wait you used real meat? Dr Sebi was against meat. I love watching vegan recipes. I want to learn more. But I left meat completely

      BLENDED ABODE SHOW here in Germany I have whole-wheat spelt flour, a light colored normal spelt flour it’s called type 630, then there is type 812 and type 1050 😅 my whole-wheat flour is much darker than yours in the video but came out very good

      I never use the light white spelt flour. I only use the dark spelt flour. That's why the flatbread looks darker in my video. However you can use any spelt flour you want as long as the only ingredient is spelt.
