    3) 00:02:39 - Golden Turmeric Cauliflower Rice- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a skillet. Add 4 cups of riced cauliflower, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cook for 3-5 minutes, until slightly softened (but not mushy).
    4) 00:03:14 - Mexican Cauliflower Rice- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a skillet. Add 4 cups of riced cauliflower, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1/4 teaspoon chipotle chili powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cook for 3-5 minutes, until slightly softened (but not mushy). Stir in 1 cup of your favorite salsa, and enjoy!
    5) 00:03:46 - Lemon Garlic Cauliflower Rice- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a skillet. Add 4 cups of riced cauliflower, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and the zest of 1 lemon. Cook for 3-5 minutes, until slightly softened (but not mushy).
    6) 00:04:14 - Parmesan Cauliflower Rice- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a skillet. Add 4 cups of riced cauliflower, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Cook for 3-5 minutes, until slightly softened (but not mushy). Stir in 1/2 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese and enjoy!
    7) 00:04:51 - Sesame Ginger Cauliflower Rice- Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to a skillet. Add 4 cups of riced cauliflower, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger. Cook for 3-5 minutes, until slightly softened (but not mushy). Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sesame seeds and enjoy!
    8) 00:05:23- Coconut Cauliflower Rice- Add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to a skillet. Add 4 cups of riced cauliflower, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1 tablespoon coconut sugar. Cook for 3-5 minutes, until slightly softened (but not mushy). Stir in 1/4 cup coconut milk and enjoy!

I made the parmesian riced cauliflower, added some fresh basil, small cut tomatoes, a lotta garlic, used avocado and sesame oil, and a bit of salt, and it turned out amazing! Thank you!
I cooked the oils with the fresh snipped basil and halfed grape tomatoes & garlic, then added the rest and topped with fresh grated parmesian.
    Holy cow! That's good stuff!
    Thanks again!

I made mine with gai lan, sausage ,bacon, peppers, red and yellow onion, and 3 pkg of frozen cauliflower. It was amazing, and I'm on keto. I've lost 51 pounds, and I'm never hungry. I've even had bacon tomato and cheese melted with onions and peppers ,and I have 15 Tostitos chips, I put ground beef in with it and sour cream. It's delicious, and every night, I have 1 cup of frozen mixed berries with 1.5 cups of liberte yogurt 2% 1/2 avacado, a d 1/4 cup cream. I blend it til smooth and freeze it. So it lasts a while, I divided it into 4 sour cream containers and j mixed something different every week. Staying with blueberries strawberries blackberries and raspberries, or fresh strawberries, or 2 cups of watermelon. I'm stuffed. I do 23-hour fasts ,but it took 3 weeks to get over the hungry hump,I. Doing Dr. David Sinclair Lifespan Book Longevity reversed aging ,getting into autophagy, Dr Mindy Peltz. I had fibromyaglia so bad ,I changed everything, I quit deodorants ,chemicals, bounce sheets are so toxic, and my inflammatory markers are down 78% . Keto is working, and the cardiologist suggested I go to chicken and fish when done. I got a cardiologist because my dad died young, and a heart surgeon said everyone watches Forks Over Knives on Netflix and The Bleeding Edge. Unbelievable, they are fantastic, if your farming, growing your own vegetables, watch Kiss The Ground on Netflix.

Wow !! Interesting recipes. I make coconut cauliflower rice differently.
    Ingredients
    - cauliflower rice 1 1/2 cups
    - shredded fresh coconut. - 3-4 tbsps
    - green Thai chilies - 2
    - flax seeds - 1 tbsps
    - can add any fibers if you like , like wheat bran etc OPTIONAL - 1 tbsp
    - coconut oil - 2-3 tbsps
Add oil. Wait till it gets hot .
Add flax seeds. Wait till it splitters
Add green Thai chilies . Wait till it turns lightly white
Add salt and add shredded coconuts . Sauté for few minutes.
    READY !!!
    Pepper cauliflower rice
    The most simplest dish
    - cauliflower rice - 1 1/2 cup
-ground black pepper - 1 tbsps
    -butter - 4-5 tbsps
    - cumin seeds - 1 1/2 tbsps
In a hot frying pan add butter . Wait till it turns dark golden brown ( not too dark 🤪). It’s called ghee or clarified butter. Tastes yummy 😋. Now keep 1/2 of the ghee separate in a small cup.
Add cumin seeds . Wait till it splutters
    Add black pepper. Sauté lightly
Add cauliflower rice . Sauté till it’s cooked
Add salt . Off the stove . Now drizzle with the remain ghee in a cup.
Enjoy !!! That is if you like .
All of the above are simple versions . Can add any vegetables with them . Mushrooms, eggplant 🍆 this type , French beans etc
