I’ve always been pretty quad dominant, and never got any burn from my glutes in glute dominated workouts. Yours is the only workout I have come across that fully engages them!
Just tried this video today because I love Nicole's videos and I almost fell backwards after finishing the floor workout lol. Definitely can see how you would get buns of steel if you keep doing this workout. It was hard but she has a way of keeping you motivated even when you're about to give up. Going to keep trying this video!

@@hannahwillerton4455 well!! it will start to show after 15 days if you are doing it right and you will start feeling that you are getting in the shape and that your body is toning and you'll feel some muscles There are so many exercises of nicole I've done all of them Don't just focus on one video or one muscle look at her videos and try a different one in each day including abs,, and of course you'll need to let your muscles rest for day or two in a week depends on you Her exercices are not easy but dont quit no matter what happened, day after day it will get easier. And the results are just sooooo amazing 🤩🤩

Nicole, you did it again. You really challenged me when I did this workout after work yesterday. I was looking forward to doing it all day as I knew that I would have one of my favorite instructors leading me and working out with me. I love how you remind the viewers that you're working out with them and you're feeling the burn with them. I'll have to buy a yoga mat for future workouts as my knees felt a little uncomfortable rubbing against my bedroom carpet. I know that it was more challenging for you as you did the workout on the beach. I can't wait to do a beach workout with my trainer. Hey! When I’m doing workouts like this with ankle weights, it burns more on my right side. Do you think it’s because that is my stronger side so I know how to activate it more or because It’s my weaker side so it burns more?
Hard to say. It could be anything. To find out which side is stronger you can try single leg squats, or single leg static chair pose. Have you had an injury on your right side?
Despite my efforts, I just can't do all of these great exercises non-stop, without pausing in between and it's frustrating since I'm doing it for a little while now. Any advice GymRa ?

Hi Amy. Simply go to gymra.com on your phone and you can have the exact videos. The gymra.com is a responsive website, hence no need to have a separate app. What we have as app is a collection workouts made from individual exercises in animated GIFs and videos. It has nothing to do with the website.
Because I am not always able to go on the website so the app makes it so much easier so I basically am asking if you could please update the app so we have a mixture of all the recent workouts on your app 🤗🤗🤗

if your wrist hurt, grasp hand weights, this applies less pressure on your wrist and hand and distributes your weigh better.
