    Very satisfying advanced no squats workout. I did it with ankle weights and it was great;)Thank you....Please make more no squats booty workout videos as there are only very few on the youtube.

    Been doing this with ankle weights and 10 min hiit cardio right after this 3 times a week for 5 weeks, loving the results, my thighs look so much leaner and toned, my butt is lifted and more round. My lower body looks so good, recommend this one with cardio :)

    One of my fav workouts. You come in appreciating how it's all on the floor(If you're lazy like me lol) but you definitely work up a sweat. I can now use added weight and it's super effective.

    At first I found it super difficult to get through half of the video but then I start the routine from "the real burner"(around 14:00) to the end and then go back to the beginning of the video to do the rest, and somewhat I find it less difficult to complete the whole routine, comparing to follow the steps from the very beginning. Thanks a lot for making this super-burner video, I can see the result! :)

    Dose this Workout burn fat in the inner thighs? Or make the thighs tighter and lean?

      It makes it tighter and leaner. You can’t spot reduce any part of your body. Eating balanced and safely reducing calories is the way to do it. Your strong, toned muscles will start poking through before you know it!! 💪🏼

    Does this workout allow to burn the fat in my thighs? Because I want actually to LOSE some FAT, I don’t know if it’s a good idea to do this workout (at least once or twice a week), or if I should stop it and do more HIIT cardio. Please help me 🙏🏼
