so I just did this .... mid you. I did the Vicks vapor rub stomach thing where you put that on and wrap in Saran Wrap. and I out some leg sweat capris on top of my leggings. and when I tell you I was literally smoking!!!! this workout is the truth I felt all muscles of my butt engaged and most workouts don't let you feel all the muscles just the ones everyone knows.
I go to the gym 5 times a week because of this pandemic gyms are closed..I'm just so lucky that I found this workout I feel like I still go to the gym..this workout is a bomb..Nicole girl you're amazing I see results in just 3 weeks by doing this routine 3 times a week..thank you so much..
This is just a great workout! Thank you for keeping me on track! I have had knee problems ever since I tore the ligaments in my ankle in a rock climbing exercise. This work muscles that really need to be built up! I really appreciate it! :)

This is the first booty workout that I've ever seen results with! I've worked out with Core Strengthening Pilates Workout 220-280 Calories and this video for 1.5 months (in that order). This combination in this order REALLY activates my glutes. To all my fellow hip injury friends (or any general structural issues for that matter) that may be experiencing gluteal amnesia-I hope you give this a try. I do this combo 2x 1 week and then 3x the following week. I've just added a 1.5 ankle weights today....girl I didn't expect such a challenge with such little weights.
