      Şefaat Asker do this about twice a week and throw in some short 10 min ab workouts every other day. Eat moderately well and drink water and you’re good

    i have only done this workout for a little more then a week straight and i can already tell a difference, my swim suites are getting tighter and so are my clothes but the first day is the most panful but the more you do it the less sore you'll feel after

    I love Nicole! I wish she had more workouts! I started off not even being able to finish her 22 min leg and butt workout, I did this one today and was almost able to make it all the way through! She's so motivating! More Nicole videos Pleaseee!!!!

    I'm doing this with ankle weights and resistance bands and the last part kills me every time. I love this workout (like every single other one of yours, Nicole), my booty is on fire and burning like hell :)

    I am used to work out with heavy weights but since all gyms closed because of corona, im trying to stay fit at home. i do this workout with weights and a resistance band and it burns sooooo much! i love it! thanks for helping us stay strong and fit during this difficult time💞

    so I just did this .... mid you. I did the Vicks vapor rub stomach thing where you put that on and wrap in Saran Wrap. and I out some leg sweat capris on top of my leggings. and when I tell you I was literally smoking!!!! this workout is the truth I felt all muscles of my butt engaged and most workouts don't let you feel all the muscles just the ones everyone knows.

    I go to the gym 5 times a week because of this pandemic gyms are closed..I'm just so lucky that I found this workout I feel like I still go to the gym..this workout is a bomb..Nicole girl you're amazing I see results in just 3 weeks by doing this routine 3 times a week..thank you so much..

    This is just a great workout! Thank you for keeping me on track! I have had knee problems ever since I tore the ligaments in my ankle in a rock climbing exercise. This work muscles that really need to be built up! I really appreciate it! :)

    This is the first booty workout that I've ever seen results with! I've worked out with Core Strengthening Pilates Workout 220-280 Calories and this video for 1.5 months (in that order). This combination in this order REALLY activates my glutes. To all my fellow hip injury friends (or any general structural issues for that matter) that may be experiencing gluteal amnesia-I hope you give this a try. I do this combo 2x 1 week and then 3x the following week. I've just added a 1.5 ankle weights today....girl I didn't expect such a challenge with such little weights. Thanks for health direction Nicole!
