Hello Ed, I just heard about you from Ericka Williams. Got this question....have you ever heard of Matthew Lesko? He talks about buying homes with govt money, monies for appliances, and grants for all types of things.
I feel DRAINED every time I think about how I practically GAVE MY HOME AWAY to these people from Ann Arbor for 40k BEAUTIFUL SOLID DUPLEX central air on Philadelphia right next to that office building that was turned into apartments after an 8 million dollar investment from a suburban company they sold it a year for 133k I lived there from 82 during the ruff years ( NEVER had ANY PROBLEMS AT ALL to 2010 moving to Green Acres near University district where I grew , and sold it 5 years later JUST AS the North end was TAKING OFF in terms of real estate , It was ALWAYS SAID that that area would do as its doing NOW , After I had gone under contract that SAME WEEK I was offered what I was actually asking twice what I settled for 😒

My mom grew up in Brightmoor and though she's living out her final years in Louisiana, she still speaks fondly of it and Redford High.
