What is interesting is you would assume some of these 30K homes will eventually double in price to 50-60k in the next decade. Just need to cash flow until the next boom in Detroit. It will come!
I agree but give it a few more years and as downtown develops and pushes outwards Detroit will boom especially when out of state investors want a piece of the pie. Thats why its important to get as many units as you can. @@EdButlerDetroit
Hi Necey thanks for the feedback, but as you see from the map in the video I’m specifically talking about Redford Charter Township. My use of the word “within” was only to show the closeness in proximity to Detroit as unlike most other suburbs there is no consistent dividing line/major street separating Detroit and Redford in entirety. But i definitely see where it could have caused confusion.
I'm from Oakland County and I've always pronounced it Lah-ser. Never heard it pronounced Lasher except by those trying to be funny or are misreading it.
See there’s the difference. In Detroit that’s how it’s pronounced. Phonetically incorrect I know, which is why the folks in “Oakland County” say it correctly 😊
He is speaking the truth.Great to see someone not hustling people in Detroit.
Love East English Village!
Agreed, so underrated!
Thank you for the information Ed! Great insights into the local area for serious investors.
I appreciate that, and definitely always trying to make it easier to unlock the rubix cube that is Detroit!
Alright Ed, ypu got my attention and possibly my business
You never consider Rosedale Park/Grandmont. It is one if the premiere neighborhoods in the city and you always skip it. Why?😮
You know you’re not wrong, I definitely dont show Rosedale enough love here, but I do have videos including it, just not enough for sure!
Great video, thanks!
Thanks for the feedback, and for watching!

Well its actually here, Detroit is one of the fastest appreciating cities in the country right now.

City within a City? I think not Sir. You are referring to "Old Redford" that's the sub. You should know that as an agent

What about 48235?
Love that zip too, some great properties especially on the blocks where the houses aren’t so close together.
