@alejandromunoz463 my bet is 12.0, as they’ve dropped too many hints at 11.0 being a water heavy expansion, probably other side of Azeroth, but would be a great way to bring back Azshara and the naga
The Cunning Ones kneel before six masters, but serve only one. After Shadowlands, that's pretty unambiguously referencing the Nathrezim who have agents kneel before each of the six cosmic forces but only truly serve the realm of Death/Denathrius. The King of Diamonds has been made a pawn. That one has also unambiguously come true. Azshara literally says in her boss fight in the Eternal Palace, ''That lumbering dwarf believed you could save Azeroth by empowering your shiny little Heart. The gift of a sleeping titan. Yes, a titan's heart was exactly what was needed. Not to heal the world... but to shatter the prison of a god. Such delicious irony...the diamond king has been made a pawn." To find him, drown yourself in the Circle of Stars. The above mention boss right outside N'Zoth's prison happens in the "Circle of Stars" as that is what the final raid wing of the Eternal Palace is called in LFR. So it's literally saying how to find N'Zoth.
@Loremaster17 Uh what about both "From the Earth, He Draws Strength. Our Earth, Our Strength." and "He Gave Himself To the Deep Places. He Gave Himself To Me"? They're important too because they involved Iridikron and surely there's an explanation about it.

Example 2, Yrel launched a crusade against those who did not submit to the Light on alternate Draenor. So instead of the Fel destroying and suffocating Draenor like we know happens in our characters timeline, the Light suffocates and destroys the life on Draenor which is why the Mag’har orcs are fleeing in masses. The Light is no different than the void. One just does a better job at convincing people they’re “good”
The Light loves to lie and hides the true Identity and their true Goals. The Void is straight up honest and all the people can't comprehend it and go crazy about it.
Yeah, but what 'force' could the light be making a pact with that would ultimately signal it being the bad guy? The Fel? I mean, the void IS the force these whispers come from, so. I really doubt they'd tell us that Turalyon is going to become a void boy.+

It's hard to think who the Golden one is, But I think it would make more sense of him talking about Turalyon. I have a feeling the next expansion will be a attempted destruction of the Light by the Void.
I could see it being Turalyon trying to take permanent control of Stormwind and the Alliance from Anduin. I could also see it referring to Calia Menethil, claiming the throne of Lordaeron as she assumes leadership of the Forsaken. It could even be both, as they are both Light-influenced characters, alluding to the fact that the powers-that-be of the Light may not be our friends.
@BriGuy77711 I like the lore of Paladins/Priest and such. But I was pretty aware that the Light was never good to begin with. Starting with Yrel, the pshyco from WoD that was mainly due to the Light and what Xe'ra tried to force Illidan to become. They are just as bad as the Void is.
@@Deluxe_Banjos The Light and the Void are not good or evil. They just are. They are entities that represent the elements of the universe and they dont understand the concept of good or evil. What if the quote " that which was sunken shall rise" reffers to the back of Azeroth. Also i really wish and think its going this way that when Azeroth awakenes she will take OUR side and we as her "children" along with Her will just say fuck you to all the other forces including the Titans cuz its coming this way as we the players are becoming more and more important to the overall plot as well as the greater threat to the i don't know the "master plan" as we can see in Iridikron who knows we are a very real obstacles and are not to be underestimated, you can say that Azeroth herself has been slowly "infusing" us with her power thats why we are stronger with every expansion and the titans know this too and also Illidan was onto something very important and him being the jailer of Sargeras means he is away from our world like removed from the chess board and i'd love to see him return but thats just my crazy conspiracy theories :)
I think she is an Old God, but not one that was directly sent by the Void Lords. I think she was created by N'Zoth as a contingency plan after he lost to Y'shaarj. I believe N'Zoth used a portion of his essence to create her, in a similar way to how Cthulhu created Cthylla in the Cthulhu mythos. With Cthylla, she was created to rebirth Cthulhu some time after he is ultimately destroyed, and there are a number of similarities to Cthylla and Xal'atath. So to start Cthylla is described as looking like a winged octopus with many eyes, in the margin of Volume III of the Chronicles you can find images of all the known Old Gods, and one being that looks a lot like an octopus with wings, Cthylla was protected by the Deep Ones in their city in the deep ocean, Xal'atath in her blade was kept by the Naga in Nazjatar until she found a way to make it to the surface, and a pretty important aspect of Cthylla is that she is said to be able to take on a humanoid form, and what did Xal'atath do in BfA? She seems mostly loyal to N'Zoth, talking him up quite a bit in different parts of the Broken Isles, including mentioning how he fought Y'shaarj but even defeat worked in his favor. I think she is basically his "secret daughter," like how Cthylla is for Cthulhu.
A lot of it is pre-planned, but most of it is so vague that its left up to the player to divine its true meaning. and as each expansion is structured relatively equally its not surprising that lots cross over.
They dont need to make every whisper fit. It's the nature of the void to see ALL possibilities, but not being able to see which one will come to pass. So each whisper in itself is "true" - but doesn't need to fit our timeline. It may just be true in another one.
Looking at their last 3 Xpacs now (and the overall not existing consistency in WoW since...TBC really) I would say they don't plan much lul. Just a bunch of people who write their fanfic until someone comes in an tells them "eyo, remember that whisper you wrote" and they're like "nope, what about it?". They probably improvise *a lot* sadly.
Tbh I thought the 3rd death was Sylvanas; Death by Arthas Death by Suicide Death by Godfrey But then that would mean she would have to die a fourth time and thus wouldn't make sense.
They fused with Azeroth,So deeply rooted they can't be removed. Old gods are a part of it (I guess) and since we are the Children of Azeroth and Yogg Saron gave us Flesh we are the Children of Old Gods
But he's not, his fellow Old Gods however will, but not N'Zoth he remains loyal to the Void Lords, and since his liberation at the hands of both Sylvanas Windrunner and Zovaal, the Void Lords will eventually offer him a place at their side as one of the Void Lords even if that means they'll uplift him into a Void Lord himself in the process and making him more powerful than he ever was.
1:42 You got that part wrong. That is a hint to Queen Azshara for she will return..... Do you all really think we killed any old gods? The titans extracted 1 and doing so wrecked the planet causing them to imprison the rest do you think we beat the rest? We don't scale to the power the titans are supposed to wield. We may have fought avatars.
Originally it was said old God's are outside the cycle of life and death. Then Steve Daneuser, the hack he is, fucked it up and said the ones that are dead are dead.
A lot of these do seem directly related to Dragonflight. Does anyone remember if “From the earth he draws strength- our earth, our strength” is from BFA or Legion? I can’t remember if it’s Ilgynoth or Nzoth saying that
Here's the thing with all this prophecy shit, it would only matter if blizzard were able to keep their writers and keep up the long standing lores integrity. But they keep swapping out writers, and I highly doubt the new ones care much as all about what came before.
'@ the hour of her 3rd death, she ushers in our coming'... As it is the 3rd time Dalaran was razed/destroyed & it was destroyed by the Harbinger Xalatath (a void paragon), could this profecy be about Dalaran, instead of Alleria?
There's an inn in Valk, the main hub in DF, where 2 NPCs are talking. One stated how there is a lot of potential in using the void for power and that there's more to the light that is being shown. I think the whole "light good, dark bad" stigma will be ripped apart in the coming expansion. Also, with that "void dragonstone" thing that Iridikron made, and how the aspects are desperately trying to rebuild Tyr and regain their "flame" back... AND with Chromie messing with the timeline... I think the dragons will inadvertently cause some type of void or evil light to come out.
They are definitely implying something along those lines and have been since as early as BFA. I wouldn't be surprised by that reveal. What's more interesting to me now is the whisper that implies that the light has made a pact with another force. Death? Who knows. I swear, some of these predictions and prophecies will just be ignored until Blizz creates a solid enough connection to them in a later xpac to be like, 'see? We planned this all along!' like they don't have the unanswered prophecies on a whiteboard somewhere, brainstorming how they could fulfill them with new content.
If they ever do make a void expansion, I hope they split the factions. Allow people to choose either to join the void or fight against it. Rather than have the factions be horde v alliance.
I have to point out that the whispers from Il'gynoth in Ny'alotha never made it to the live game, they are only voice files. So take those with a grain of salt. I have done the fight many times on Heroic and never heard any of the prophetic whispers in the files, and I have watched it on Mythic thinking they might only happen there, and also no prophecies. And on that note, I think the Cunning Ones are the Nathrezim, they have infiltrated every Cosmic force, or at least in some way, but they only serve Death and Denathrius.
That lost feeling of being intrigued by Wow's lore, watching Nobbel's videos, talking for hours with friends about what each side was secretly planning. Now the lore is extremely cliche and plain, last time the lore felt intruiging was probably at the beginning of bfa:/ I hope they won't mess up the void expansion since it had so much cool build-up but i realistically have 0 expectations
Blizzard trying some 2deep4u story shit again when they haven't been able to write anything cohesive and consistent since fucking warcraft came into being Lol
These were all pretty good but the one about the veil is getting weaker his crow will open the way isn't about anduin it's about the lich kings crown 🤗
I would love if there actually would be 1 Old Good that isnt evil and or has different objektives then serving the voidlords and is trying to change the future of what is about to happen and we try to fight together.
That very first one isn’t even true. Neltharion willingly gave himself to the void to defeat Raz. It was nothing about bending as he knew full well the consequences
We know that void spread lies. Or at least a distorted truth. They play the seers but do not know everything. Manipulation is one of their favorite weapons
they where whispering in his ear well before he broke out of the world, and even before that. It was a slow transition until he willingly accepted their help.
"he did it willingly" no he felt like he had no choice to win other than taking power from the void. He chose the void because of whispers of it's power. Very simple concept.
Just hurry up and conclude this Old God shit already, its getting annoying and uninteresting. Should of wrapped this shit up back in BFA. Its getting ridiculous.
All these people conjecturing old god's expansion stuff, and void expansion stuff don't even realise they've retconned this shit back and forth FOR DECADES NOW. Just enjoy the pretty pixels and don't take it serious, cause the story has long since taken a back seat to shareholder profit.

Currently anduin is MIA so the throne of stormwind is vacant... and whos standing in anduin's place rn? Turalyon
@@Deluxe_Banjos The Light and the Void are not good or evil. They just are. They are entities that represent the elements of the universe and they dont understand the concept of good or evil. They also cannot be destroyed. Even if the most powerful entities of each side are killed, new ones will take their place. Its a never ending cycle.
not sure about this but isnt Eonar the only golden titan in the pantheon?
I'm still waiting for the World of Warcraft: The Black Empire expansion
My son. The day you were born, the very forests of Lordaeron whispered the name, Arthas...
I wish the old gods, just like cartomancers, just say blank setences for us to complete. And this is just histeria.
The retckon goes brrr....ughhh....I mean the throne without shadows anoints the serf, the hungering cold devours the green eye
I really think Xal'atath is a Void Lord made flesh. Playing the billion year long game.
Or a Void Lord manifesting as Xal'atath.
Ive missed the ol rumor tumor.
rumor tumor 😂😂
Hahaha. I love this.
Well is time to pack all my stuff and prepare for the true battle xd

"VASSAL" of life. Like a servant. (NOT "vessel")
Elune? Merithra? Somebody druid-y.
What about Ysera?
@@efaristi9737 She's on the list
Ysera is ultimately bound to the Winter Queen now, so I doubt she's said vassal.
Vassal of life would most likely be Alexstraza, since she is the lifebinder and creates and protects life
@@RikuCatgirl Oh true. Didn't that ancient god peon also said to Tyr that even Alextrasza will turn against him?
i always wonder how much of these whispers were planned, and how much did they have to change around on the fly to match the whispers...
they are usually making/planning 2expansion in advances
@@Random25145 no, they have a dedicated process that's quite transpareent, not a minute of dev time gets put on something not cost effective.
I claim it! Elune is of the VOID~!!
Tbh I thought the 3rd death was Sylvanas;
Death by Arthas
Death by Suicide
Death by Godfrey
But then that would mean she would have to die a fourth time and thus wouldn't make sense.
What the heck Godfrey?
@@gilbertrewur7972killed her in silverpine quest line
@@gilbertrewur7972 The dude in the worgen starting zone, he was turned undead. In the undead silverpine quest line he kills Sylvanas.
I like your edits of illgynoth/nzoths prophecies!
5:38 Could this be referring to Sylvanas trying to shoot an arrow at the Jailer at the end of the Sanctum raid?
it's referring to tyrande making bad choices
N'Zoth claims to betraying the Void Lords to save Azeroth? Interesting.
They fused with Azeroth,So deeply rooted they can't be removed. Old gods are a part of it (I guess) and since we are the Children of Azeroth and Yogg Saron gave us Flesh we are the Children of Old Gods
@@rengarlothbrok5696 Old Gods for the win
But he's not, his fellow Old Gods however will, but not N'Zoth he remains loyal to the Void Lords, and since his liberation at the hands of both Sylvanas Windrunner and Zovaal, the Void Lords will eventually offer him a place at their side as one of the Void Lords even if that means they'll uplift him into a Void Lord himself in the process and making him more powerful than he ever was.
Void is the BEST vilan we have, you cant change my mind!
1:42 You got that part wrong. That is a hint to Queen Azshara for she will return.....
The Cunning ones are the Dread lords serving Death. 5:00 Was talking about the Shadowlands with the MAW devouring everything else. 5:19 The Veil wanes is Sylvanas breaking the Crown of Damnation to open up the Shadowlands...
I hope that we are still Slumbering in the Sleeping City and everything that came after is just a bad dream :3
I listened to all the whispers they tell the Truth
No shit, it's a team writing the story and the whispers. This isn't a real life prophecy
@@trpbootan think hes making a joke bruv lol
Do you all really think we killed any old gods? The titans extracted 1 and doing so wrecked the planet causing them to imprison the rest do you think we beat the rest? We don't scale to the power the titans are supposed to wield. We may have fought avatars.
Originally it was said old God's are outside the cycle of life and death. Then Steve Daneuser, the hack he is, fucked it up and said the ones that are dead are dead.
A lot of these do seem directly related to Dragonflight. Does anyone remember if “From the earth he draws strength- our earth, our strength” is from BFA or Legion? I can’t remember if it’s Ilgynoth or Nzoth saying that
it was legion during the ilgynoth encounter in the emerald nightmare raid
It's from Il'gynoth
@@avonthes It's from both N'zoth & Il'gynoth.
from where is the Khadgar and Turalyon art at 3:55 for ex?
Fall of night reveals her true face? She will bring only ruin. What nzoth means? I am so excited about Elune 😮
5:18 refers to Shadowlands cinematic
Here's the thing with all this prophecy shit, it would only matter if blizzard were able to keep their writers and keep up the long standing lores integrity.
But they keep swapping out writers, and I highly doubt the new ones care much as all about what came before.
'@ the hour of her 3rd death, she ushers in our coming'... As it is the 3rd time Dalaran was razed/destroyed & it was destroyed by the Harbinger Xalatath (a void paragon), could this profecy be about Dalaran, instead of Alleria?
you had nothing for beware the eyes of green. jaina is clearly not the "her heart is a crater" thats talking about azerother herself
All apart of the jailor’s - i mean the old gods’ plans
3:45 got me thinking deep dude, thats not even false either
Iridrikon is literally holding "the circle of stars" in his hand
Anyone else thinks that the old gods needs their own seperate
game? Like if yes
“The eyes” would perhaps be the nerubians and Ansurek?
Seems like N'zoth & Il’gynoth are pulling a Jailer, and we all know how crappy all that goes
Xal'atath may return and start the greatest dark party in history.
So these Old Gods are but Cerebrates at the will of an Overmind or is N'Zoth the Overmind himself?
"The Lord of Ravens will Turn the Key" ok so Kadgars not dead but he will activate whatever the Void uses to return and cause Midnight
He returned. Still N'zoth knows better.
Its all True
Kinda tired of blizz falling back on old gods as antagonists
Someone noticed N'zoth say "For what is to come" exactly like the Jailer ? 5:53
Thought the void pushed numerous paths... not just one
If they ever do make a void expansion, I hope they split the factions. Allow people to choose either to join the void or fight against it. Rather than have the factions be horde v alliance.
N'zoth and Ilgynoth are like your average drunk guy that boasts about him being a war vet and a hero and this and that...
cant believe blizzard wrote something decent ;oooo
We beat Number 5 Last Night.
And on that note, I think the Cunning Ones are the Nathrezim, they have infiltrated every Cosmic force, or at least in some way, but they only serve Death and Denathrius.
mom, wow's not a cult!
As if N'zoth is trustworthy.
He hasn’t been wrong yet.
cant wait for the void expansion and see old gods and the void monsters.
Another fate of the universe expansion inc 😪
He knows every thing that will happen wow!
3:00 I did NOT expect that.
Sounds like gravemind from halo
That lost feeling of being intrigued by Wow's lore, watching Nobbel's videos, talking for hours with friends about what each side was secretly planning. Now the lore is extremely cliche and plain, last time the lore felt intruiging was probably at the beginning of bfa:/
I hope they won't mess up the void expansion since it had so much cool build-up but i realistically have 0 expectations
bla bla, than came Jailor
warcraft is based on LoveCraft universe :D
I'm very curious about the :
The vassal of life disguises treachery. Beware the eyes of green.
Yseras betrayal?
Blizzard trying some 2deep4u story shit again when they haven't been able to write anything cohesive and consistent since fucking warcraft came into being
Lol
These were all pretty good but the one about the veil is getting weaker his crow will open the way isn't about anduin it's about the lich kings crown 🤗
Why does it feels like it's have all been planned from the beginning...
The jailers plan finally coming to fruition
@@tarnyowl6068 xovaal did nothing wrong!
I would love if there actually would be 1 Old Good that isnt evil and or has different objektives then serving the voidlords and is trying to change the future of what is about to happen and we try to fight together.
In this new light, brought by this expansion, the Titans are far from being the good guys. So, evil may be just a point of perspective.
That very first one isn’t even true. Neltharion willingly gave himself to the void to defeat Raz. It was nothing about bending as he knew full well the consequences
Corruption can be pernicious. It can make you feel like the decisions you take are your own when in fact you are manipulated into a certain path.
Pretty much known since the beginnings of WoW that death wing was basically corrupted from a beginning
We know that void spread lies. Or at least a distorted truth. They play the seers but do not know everything. Manipulation is one of their favorite weapons
they where whispering in his ear well before he broke out of the world, and even before that. It was a slow transition until he willingly accepted their help.
"he did it willingly"
no he felt like he had no choice to win other than taking power from the void. He chose the void because of whispers of it's power. Very simple concept.
Too much mystery 🤔
1:00
Just hurry up and conclude this Old God shit already, its getting annoying and uninteresting.
Should of wrapped this shit up back in BFA. Its getting ridiculous.
this doesnt change how shit the game and story have been
Void is evil
From my point of view you are evil
not any more than all the other powers
I'd say the light is just as bad or even worse than the void. Straight enslaving people and committing genocides.
What is needed is balance. Pure order means lack of change. So it ends in stagnation. A little bit of chaos is necessary.
All these people conjecturing old god's expansion stuff, and void expansion stuff don't even realise they've retconned this shit back and forth FOR DECADES NOW. Just enjoy the pretty pixels and don't take it serious, cause the story has long since taken a back seat to shareholder profit.
