This was a victory well-earned actually. The story of these two had been Xal’atath being 3 steps ahead of Alleria from the very beginning. Everything Alleria did turned out to be exactly what Xal’atath had intended for her to do. Alleria had been the hunter and Xal’atath the “prey” Step by step Alleria was led to this very moment by Xal’atath herself. She was expecting another vicious attack that she would simply shrug off before going on with her day, but Alleria changed her tactics this time. She turned the tables on Xal’atath. You’ll notice she told Xal’atath that she wasn’t the target this time. She then fired an arrow to strike the Dark Heart not where it was being held, but where it was likely to be as Xal’Atath tried to move it to protect it. She outplayed Xal’atath… probably. The thing about Xal’atath is that she’s a tricky one. This whole thing might still be part of her plan. We don’t know, and won’t until the story comes to its end. She also isn’t a god. No one knows who or what she is, actually. The body she is using isn’t even hers, she claimed it as her new home when she was released from confinement in The Black Blade. We are assuming she is a void being of some sort since she can manifest void portals and she struck a bargain of some sort with the Old God N’Zoth, but even that is 100% speculative. The only things we know for certain are that she is extraordinarily old, she is VERY clever, she seems to be quite powerful but we haven’t actually seen her using her OWN magic in conflict yet, just the Dark Heart, and she seems to have a personal grudge with our planet. Edit: she’s also already back in the story and continuing her schemes. Alleria damaging the Dark Heart made her angry, but she wasn’t bluffing when she said that it changed nothing. It seems that the combo of the damage to the Dark Heart and our defeat of Xal’atath’s pawn Queen Ansurek has forced her to move on with her plan slightly sooner than she had intended, but it is by no means derailed or even seriously hampered
@@dcalliou7well it wouldn't be a saga if either of them were defeated in the first chapter. But what do you feel is so woke about this chapter? There have always been strong female characters in WOW, both horde and alliance, so that's not new. Anduin has PTSD and let's face it, he's not Varian and it will take time to come into his own, but I prefer they raise Varian but it's highly unlikely that will happen. Even Greymane is taking a step back. Guess it's a brave new world.
I REALLY REALLY want to like that.,, maybe i am still brined like anduin. and the shadowlands dont let me go... but this feels like a "we make it good i agian i promise" i am subbed (by ingame gold) to play throguht df first and then by tww with gold aswell) but so far i feel still empty... as a lore girl. all the books. all the side storys audio books etc........ GIVE ME SOMETHING (love anduins story tho) always love redemptions (not that he needs it.. STAND AS ONE)
My jaw dropped when I saw the crow appear. I was like OMG! She brought Khadgar back!

Sounds like Xal' a demon.. inhibiting a form not hers.
I dont see the point of your words. Plot armor for both and story is trash cause of wokism
@@dcalliou7 ...Alleria's literally one of the longest running heroes of the game, dumbass.

Anduin looks like a Sims 4 character and I cant unsee it
😂😂😂
The god threatening existance ruined by a single arrow to the obviously presented mcguffin trinket. This is so dumb xD
Cue the classic "NOOOOO"
Getting sick of the same ol' line because Blizz can't seem to think of others, "this changes nothing!' Yawn.
And “mortal!” “Champion help!” lol. There are tons of lines I don’t want to hear anymore
@k.t.1641 🤣🤣
Well, looks like Blizzard isn't really putting that much effort into these expansions anymore.
No. This game just still exists for the micro transactions

A true relationship between a man and a woman.... :D

This game is so gay.
@@chucknorris5476 why so? :)
Nah, you're just a douche.
