Good day. Can I eat cucumber for hormone balance? And what about peppermint leave? Would that help to balance out my hormones? I really enjoy your videos and learn so much!!! Thank you so much!
Hi, I have been watching a couple of your videos and I have been trying to figure out what would work best for me and my situation. I lost my voice both singing and speaking voice to a now lower tone after I had my first child. It's been 5yrs since. I have an irregular cycle. It comes each month, but not at a specific time. I also have a bit of unwanted hair under my chin area. And of late last week, when I try to sing my throat begins to hurt, even a long conversation sets off discomfort. Overall I believe a hormonal imbalance is the root cause of my many issues. I will definitely look into the food aspect. But what herbs would you suggest for my situation? Your expertise advise would be greatly appreciated. ❤
There are many factors here and it's best to get a proper diagnosis from a doctor. There's no telling what caused the voice changes years ago and what's causing it now. A doctor can check your hormones (and anything else that they deem relevant). And they can check on what's going on with your throat, to see if it's hormone-related or something. With that information you will be in a better position to find the right type of herbs and any other appropriate remedies.
With PCOS, am really trying my best not to eat carbs, I love bread alots! But PCOS made me reset my body and my food....i wish myself baby dust! I appreciate ur piece! Lesson learn.
Thanks for the Great tips once again a very insightful video! An alkaline (Dr Sebi follower) vegan eating very balanced meals including wild caught sea moss plenty of hemp/sesame seeds sprouted walnuts/brazil nuts is diet enough or do I still need to take B12 and Omega 3 supplements? Thanks!
It all depends on how well the farmers grew the food you're eating, what else you're eating throughout the day and other lifestyle factors. To know for sure, you can work with a nutrition expert to figure out what you may or may not need.

I really love her, she is calming and so informative. Wish I could have a doctor like this. I love the intelligence and truth in her recommendations.
