      It depends! My goal is to shred down bodyfat, so im eating lesser calories as my weight drops and if I feel the need to do a refeed, I will do it

    You have two protein in your macros at the end of the video. Im guessing the highest one is the protein and carbs for the 2nd highest. Anyways great vid.
