The truth wins out as long as no corruption is involved. I've been thru a very contentious civil lawsuit with a fair amount on the line. You couldn't get me to shut up. Because, I knew the truth and spoke it. With that being said... People read people wrong all the time. But, honesty and pragmatic analysis of said words..usually wins out.

It's so important to have this insight into psychopaths. They are among us and they look like us - not only that, they are often attractive, magnetic to be around, and instill in you the sense that you want to be their friend. I was at University with one such man who ended up killing his entire family and then thinking he would blame it on his wife as a "suicide". He was completely convincing and none of us believed he was guilty until the trial.

There is a real danger to the comment the guest made (and Vinny ageeed with) about people rambling and over- explaining things: this is a common habit for some with ADD/ADHD symptoms. It is very challenging for some of us to organize our thoughts. We tend to over-analyze (also common amongst anxiety sufferers) and provide unnecessary details because we think every single detail is important.
Edit: For those of you who had to rudely comment to demonstrate how superior you are, my point was that Vinny and his guest were stating that Khouri was rambling and overexplaining things and somehow anyone who does this is showing signs of guilt. There are people with disabilities where rambling and overexplaining is something they live with everyday and we are not all guilty. I have lived through this and it's MY experience. So stop putting words into my mouth and stop harrassing me and others that live with this.

If you watch a lot of interrogations and guilty defendants on the witness stand, you'll understand the difference in what you are referring to, and over explaining in the attempt to convince others you are being truthful.
There's also a big difference in the way a narcissist tries to convince someone of their innocence and how someone who's just guilty of the crime tries to lie. This lady will be the type that takes the stand in her own defense.
