That's worrisome that she took life insurance policys out on her children.

I've said for a long time, life insurance on a minor should be illegal period. The only person one should be allowed to take a life policy out on is one's self.

It’s a combo of dupers delight and feeling insecure for being exposed (shame). Narcs is VERY fragile and can’t handle when they are finally exposed for the monsters they are. The woman who villianized me is a narc/borderline and she sued me for false claims just to torment me. I countersued to expose her (she didn’t expect that). It worked, she lost, I won, and I told her that if she ever pulled this sht again I’d show up to testify for the next person she sued (I was her 17th lawsuit). It’s been 9 years and she hasn’t filed one lawsuit and I hear from neighbors that she is a hermit now, and rarely leaves her house bc the whole town knows she’s a fraud. These ppl are MAJOR cowards.

I’ve been following the information on this case. Eric’s first wife died in tragic car accident. When Eric Richins met Kouri, she was a checkout girl at Home Depot. At that point, he and his best friend had a very successful masonry business. He was worth 3.5 million then. He came from a very sweet and hardworking family. He and Kouri eventually marry. Have 3 precious little boys. Kouri tried to kill Eric when they were on vacation in Greece, she poisoned him but thankfully he lived. She was angry with Eric because even though they already had a beautiful million dollar home, she wanted the 20,000 square foot home. The day after she poisoned him with fentanyl and he died, she bought the home and had the audacity to have a party there. She had no idea that he had met with his attorneys and insurance agents to change his Will . As soon as they married she started stealing thousands from his business account unbeknownst to him for a short time before he discovered it. She also took out 4 life insurance policies on him. I think they were denied but not certain. And she was trying to open the safes as his sister Katie mentioned, and Kouri assaulted Katie and was arrested!
. Now information has come out that she had been cheating on him most of the marriage. She claimed she wrote a book to help grieving children but actually she paid someone else to write it but listed her name as author. She was on one of the morning shows in Utah pushing her book. This woman is evil! I suspect she had a boyfriend when she married him for money and sending her BF money.
The idea of the book seems like a money grab to me after she found out that she was not the beneficiary of the life insurance policies as she once thought

Boy, if those accusations are true, Kouri Richins is turning out to be a real monster. She actually assaulted the sister and took out life insurance policies on the kids, as if murdering the husband wasn't enough? I always wonder how some of these people make it well into adulthood and hold down a regular job if they are such nasty people. I suspect her good looks have gone a long way toward people looking the other way on her transgressions up till now.

You can literally see how her narcissistic inability to tolerate criticism is causing her to boil with anger under the surface as she's forced to listen to others talk about her. Even though this criticism is correct and fully justified that's the thing with psychopaths, it doesnt matter. 😮 Eric's sister gave an excellent statement to the court very powerful in fact I'm willing to bet because of it the Judge denied bail i think partly due to nature of the crime and to protect those 3 kids and his family she is a very desperate woman and that's what makes her a threat to them all for that she was denied bail and that is the right choice!!!!!

This is an appeal from his family to beg the judge to not let her out on bail while she goes through trial I think - she’s stating that if she was let out on bail she fears that she will stop at nothing to get her hands on money…….if justice prevails I think their impact statements will be a lot more brutal towards her, as they should be, now trying to turn those beautiful boys against a big circle of family that love them is indeed pure evil 😢
