Now she needs to write a book on how to cope when your mum is in prison for life
Don’t give her any ideas.

Elle aura tout le temps de peaufiner 😂
That’s just insane! If you really think that about your spouse then RUN!!!!!
Get ready for more greed linked murders. The next generation youth is being bombarded by fake Rich influencers on tiktok, Instagram and Onlyfans how to become rich. In reality this promise is false, unfortunately the youth is obsessed with the materialistic aspect of the influencers life style. So to finance these life style they will do unspeakable things.
YES, DON'T CONTINUE TO STAY WHILE DOCUMENTING IT, RUN LIKE HELL!
It's almost like he had 3 kids he was also thinking about.. crazy right 🤯
And don't ingest anything they give you ‼️
If it wasn't him it might of been his kids. She would of most likely got custody. Don't forget she took out life insurances on all of them including the children.
She’s upset because reality is going to see that she never sees the street again. She dies at the woman’s prison. She feels only sorry for herself
Yep, that's what I thought too
She's evil and pathetic.
Exactly
She didn't write that book - she paid writers online to do it. Apart from her lack of eloquence, (which came across in an interview she gave about the book), I believe she has no understanding of grief because she didn't feel any. So there was no way she could have written it anyway. She's a monster, devoid of humanity.
Yes I feel the same way. She incapable of having or feeling emotions. Scary to think there are indeed psychopaths among us. I assume most people really don’t know until it’s too late.
You mean that interview with the "You know, you know, you know" ad nauseum? She went to graduate school to speak like that? Did you notice she kept her coat on during the interview? Strange. 😶
@@peggystoutemorin4529 Yes that interview. No, I didn't notice her coat, hmm ...strange.
I can't begin to fathom crimes like this against the father of her children and leaving him to die miserably. She had such a good life (to an outsider at least).
Elon Musk didn't make Tesla - he paid engineers to do it.
It’s crazy how a person in court can look completely different from the one in pictures.
😂True, they do look different. But mostly they're not in their natural habitat and don't have access to their own items and or products.
Their lawyers do that. A wild child will be made to appear all prim and proper. They can make them wear glasses, cut their hair or change the style, different style of clothing. All to make them appear as someone who could never kill someone.
@@RGBO70 Can't argue with you on that one.🥴
I think she it attempting to look demure, conservative, hair plainly drawn back, preppy clothing, no make-up. She just needs the librarian glasses!
It's called make up
I just don't understand why he would drink something prepared by her if he thought she was trying to poison him.
I’m confused by that as well. He knew she already tried to poison him [sandwich], were fighting over finances, & he recently received an alert on his phone that she changed the beneficiary to his life insurance to solely her
we dont know that he willingly consumed something she served or made for him. this is her account. she could have laced the cups or laced amything that he would touch or use. she could have forced it down his throat we have no idea how he consumed it.
@@agood1 Skin contact of fentanyl is wildly exaggerated, most likely he ingested it somehow
Yea, we don't know how she got the fentynol into him.. it's HER words only..
@@agood1That sounds more probable. They already were in fight for her deal with the 2 mln house and she desperately wanted that house. And he wanted his business money back. Dangerous situation for anyone.
It's time for her to read her own book.
Or throw the book at her. (Pun intended)
@@MissaPality Definitely. She looks so sad and innocent in court. She's sad she got caught. Poor man AND ESPECIALLY poor children.
@@edyannshe does not look innocent. I usually think everyone is innocent, but she looks guilty as sin
Best comment ever
She didn’t actually write the book, she gave the idea to a book writing service who wrote it for her, like a ghost writer in fact
Luxury Prisons for the rich is one of the 1st things she googled after her husbands death! 😂
I commented about that on another video as well. It's absolutely insane. 😂 She really thought that there's a special prison for her because she stole her husband's money. 😂
How can this dumb bitcth ask about a luxury prison most people don't want to go give her life her little pretty attorney is not mentioning that
Gotta love how she's suing her husband's estate to get more money. She's like a soap opera villain. It's cartoonish how evil she is.
I'm really getting worried that the prosecution's chief witness (the housekeeper) is a mess of a person. I think she's gonna get absolutely destroyed on cross examination and a killer will get off because of reasonable doubt. The housekeeper's testimony is the only link between Kouri and the fentanyl. They never found it in the search.
@@MakerInMotionIt takes alot more than impeaching 1 single witness, if they do. Unless you don’t look at the totality of the evidence & just see things very narrowly
@@MakerInMotionHuh, i never thought of that,… now I’m really looking forward to her testimony 🙏🏼🍿…
Well she won't be able to spend it in prison. They gna beat her up and extort her for canteen money lmao! Hope she don't work in the kitchen lmao
Only it's reality.
Some people don't deserve children...or air.
Kouri was a clerk at "Home Depot." Her husband made her a wealthy woman. Not wealthy enough evidently.
Exactly she didn't have much and she didn't think to got much than she got everything because of her husband but now she wants everything only for herself. And crazy part her whole family got involved in this plot.
Drop mic - this wicked witch is going away for life. Moral of the story, if you think your spouse is trying to kill you, leave.
It's crazy to stay. Don't make sense.
@Monkey114 No it doesn't. I'll never understand it.
@@vickinoeske1154 He knew it, and still stayed. Fentanyl is nothing to play with. It will kill you
didnt want her to get the kids in a divorce....probably thought he could survive her next attack and then get custody
Even if you file for Divorce they tell you don’t leave the property,so maybe he was staying to secure his home.
So many women out there would have loved to have a husband like she had; she wanted to fly too high and burned her wings; feel so sad for his family and the little children😢
I think that is why he thought she would eventually appreciate he was a good man ?
People never seem to realize how good they got it until its too late. He provided a good life for his family while she made one bad business decision after another. Sounds like he just wanted her to stay home and stop incinerating the family fortune. Not much to ask. Her actions were a combination of audacity, stupidity and pure evil. I feel for him and his family, especially those poor boys.
Eric seemed to be a great guy. She had an amazing life. The kind of life I dream of having. I'm 39 and hope to find a guy like Eric one day!
Sure, until you chics get bored and then need to go "find yourselves" and divorce the guy and wreck the home!
@@ihateutube1143o need to say crap like that. Much more often we’re sitting here watching the trials of men who killed women, not the other way around - so clam it up!
Who is gagging at the touching defense attorney every time Kouri walks in the room or sniffles or looks ever so sad.
i do find it odd that if he thought she was poisening him he continued to eat and drink things she was giving him.
we dont know that he willingly consumed something she served or made for him. this is her account. she could have laced the cups or laced amything that he would touch or use. she could have forced it down his throat we have no idea how he consumed it.
I agree. But my mom thought my dad was doing this to her. She kept eating the food for a week until she stopped. My dad was never doing that tho. It was in her head
She would've found another way to murder him. He should have left and protected his life as much as possible. She is a sick bastard.
Your other comment is defending a killer pedo.
So you go around defending killers and pedos.
I can't believe he didn't leave her😢
According to her written statement, they put kids to bed at 9 pm. Had a drink at 9:15 pm. Laid there for 5 minutes when her son had a nightmare.
What kid falls asleep and has a nightmare in 20 minutes?
BS.
I want to know...did police INTERVIEW the boys and ask all of them if one had a night terror???
He might if said that so she’d lay down with him. Kids do that. The other evidence is more compelling
I also find it strange that she said they had celebratory drinks and then brushed their teeth and went to bed all within 15 minutes. Whats the point of having a drink then if you're just going to head to bed immediately after. She could have come up with a better story/timeline. How was she even able to write a children's book lol.
@@SerendipitousJGood point.
That kid probably sensed something and had a nightmare
She pre-meditated and killed her hard-working husband. Lock her up NOW...end if story! RIP Eric, your beautiful children are looked after by your lovely sister and family. 🙏
Life without parole
Greed is the root of the most horrible evil. To kill a person you claim to love for financial gain, and leave to more people you claim to love fatherless, is beyond my comprehension. You have to be a unique kind of demon.
Agreed
I agree and it seems like from so many of these stories, that having money makes the greed worse! I’ve been poor all of my adult life and I can’t even fathom killing another human being for financial gain. Maybe if you never have it you don’t know what you’re missing 😂 Its just so crazy how often these people are already frickin rich!
If they're married then his money is also hers so what tf she need so much money for? He charging her rent? 😂
guilty guilty guilty she is only upset about the money not the death she planned this...
Soo heartbreaking for these boys!!!
Exactly, they are the victims
Crying is a typical reaction of a manipulator after being caught. She cries because she is not leaving the prison to the end of her life. She is sorry for herself.
Yes, pity plays
EXACTLY
It’s also a typical reaction for an innocent person who has been separated from their young children and who has just been told that her trial won’t even begin for another two months at best. Do people even think anymore before writing such trash?
@@jessieessex Sure, cause we all saw her crying when it was not about her, staying in luxury jail for the rich wealthy. Do you even think before writing such trash?
@@mafaldacosta3364 Your comment doesn’t make any sense except the half that you plagiarized.
The evidence so far is completely incriminating. She is not crying for anyone but herself and her new reality. Get used to it Kouri.
A divorce is a lot cheaper than a lifetime in prison!
Her lawyers tell her how to dress and how to wear her hair. The only time I saw her pretend to cry was when her lawyer glanced at her then handed her a tissue. That’s telling her to look sad without saying a word. This woman is cold to the bone!
I saw that and even commented on that myself.( Her lawyer handing her a tissue when was was not and could not shed a tear.)
I thought the same, she wasn't even going to cry, just half pretending to, then her Attorney handed her the tissue like saying: cry a little bitten front of the Judge!!!
I knew her attorneys would tell her how bad she looked last week with the eye rolling, smirking, and fake crying. Too bad her future jury won’t see her true self like everyone else did. Her attorneys will have her all polished up into the meek, sweet, grieving widow by then 🙄🙄
No one can get away with faking CPR.
Right? I gave my father CPR and I couldn't talk for a bit and I was in pain from the experience since I was 16. I looked like I was beaten up.
Yes. The body would show foaming for nose and mouth. Broken ribs etc
@@missolesoulof you gave cpr, why did you look beat up?
Just because I was sweaty and in pain and very disheveled. My back and arms were in spasms. I didn't mean that I had bruises. I was being hyperbolic I suppose.
@@missolesoul thanks, I'm over hearing thinking, "the person who got cpr should look beat up"
Since it was your father, safe to assume that you went for awhile?. I've given cpr to one and he wasn't going to make it from the jump.
Still rocking that super severe side part though...😂😂
Malignant narcissist
Yes another one, at least she was exposed.
Malignant narcissist grandiose
You know who’s really visibly upset your children when you murdered their dad!
Kouri's got a nice new home now, no need to pack either, everything she needs will be provided. Her poor boys 😢😢😢
She did not write the book. She used a ghost writing service who build up the story and also provide the animation. She just gave them a brief to follow.
Why the hell would anyone stay with someones trying to kill you. Just glad that they caught her before she took her childrens lives.
@@RGBO70you don't need to prove to the police anything before packing your bags and leaving.. you don't need more evidence than you got to leave someone you suspected of trying to kill you, finally why on earth would you still be taking foods and drinks from someone that is out for you..
You do if you want to take your kids with you and get sole custody. If he left he’d have to share custody and she’d be alone with the kids and could do god knows what to them.
@@RGBO70 yeah I know things about the law. Regardless men and women both seem to stay in toxic relationships, why I don't know! Myself I took my children and got out. That's how you protect kids.
The sickest part is how selfish this awful thing is to take the father of those three little boys forever just for some cash. Wow.
Something tells me that she appears upset in her prison cell too.
This is straight up a checklist of how to get caught with murder
Why would the judge say to her I wish you the best of luck.
It's like we are watching amber heard in court with Johnny. Very similar toxic personalities.
Especially Kouri with the twisting faces the pursed lips very reminiscent of Amber heard
I disagree. More like Lori Vallow
She cries for the same reasons most narcissistic, manipulative, psychopaths do. Not because she feels sorry for what she did, but sorry for herself, and that she got caught, and now must pay the consequences. She's a greedy monster! I just don't get why he would drink, or eat anything she hand served him, thinking she is poisoning him.
Exactly. She's only sorry that she got caught. I'm sure she's never been held accountable for her actions til now.
narcissistic, manipulative, psychopaths - people just throw around these words these days in everything LOL
Why would a judge wish a defendant, accused of 1st degree murder, the best of luck?
Very rare indeed. What the heck?😮
This particular judge shows favoritism to females in Summit County. She's not the first one for him to show bias favoritism.
The love of money over people will lead one the wrong way every time.
I’m forty and not married, this makes my decision very easy
Don’t be ridiculous. This is an extreme case
She was crying at the scheduling hearing because she’s finally realizing that fact that she’s not getting bail and going back to jail for a long time before she sees the judge again lol. I honestly think her lawyers convinced her that she was going to get bail and will beat the case lol. Sorry Kouri but you will never be back in society again.
Sounds exactly like something my son's baby momma would do cause the grief then go profit off of causing grief. That is what a narcissist does.
I think when she’s rubbing her eyes, she’s trying to bring on some tears that are not there
I do too!!!
I wonder if she was so quick to say he didn't do drugs so that they wouldn't try Narcan.
Damnnnn I bet that’s exactly why.
Yep..plausible!!
Ohhhhh… THAT’S why!!!! I just couldn’t figure out why she’d say that when using that exact method for his death (drugs)!!! Now THAT makes sense!
In the bond hearing it was said that they did try narcan. I think it's becoming pretty standard these days because it is safe to use even if a person hasn't had an overdose. But it was too late for him. I do still wonder if that's why she said it. It's not a normal thing to say unless asked about it.
At the end of the day, bad people always prey on good people full of love. It doesn't surprise me that he stayed, despite his suspicions. I've done that plenty and its heartbreaking.
Kouri is only crying for herself.
I hope she never sees her children again.🤬
she wont
now here is a lady who hates to wait five minutes being told they need 6 months to prepare for trial. she's already melting down..
That's a scary thing that anybody can take out a life insurance policy on you and you don't even know about it I don't understand how that happens without your signature
How can you grieve if you have no grief? It’s like her fake crying. No tears in evidence.
She reminds me of Scott Peterson, in her reaction, to hearing what she's done, but like Scott Peterson he never would admit to the killing of his pregnant wife, no matter how much evidence they had against him, he just put on a big act, just like this lady is.
Her defense lawyer looks like for her closing argument she's going to wheel out a caldron and boil two children in it.
💀
😂🤣😅lol

That’s not kind. She can’t change her appearance. She’s just doing her job
Poor Narcissist. Prison for the rest of her life is such an inconvenience

I think he stayed for the boys
He made his sister his beneficiary, he was well aware and prepared.

Also he was a good looking successful guy whereas she's on the below average side in looks and seemingly very unsuccessful in her business dealings....... When convicted she needs to get life with no parole....
You cant just disolve a marriage with 3 kids instantly. If 1 parent leaves for safety they leave the kids there in danger, or take them and get called a parental kidnapper. It is very scary.

Love the bright colors on you guys! Great coverage
She clearly took out several life insurance policies on him knowing she intended to kill him. It’s sadly something that’s happened plenty of times. What I find shocking and terrifying is that after killing her husband she then took out insurance policies in their three children! Murdering a spouse is sick enough but for a mother to potentially have been planning to murder her children after murdering their father is bone chilling! I pray they lock her up for life. Only way to guarantee the safety of those boys.
It's always about the money!
Bring in his first wife in to give a testimony of what kind of man he was. Just a thought
I totally believe she killed him! I just don't understand the mind set of people who know their spouse is trying to kill them and stay with them. What good will you be to your kids if your spouse is successful at killing you? The most ridiculous spouse murder was the one in which a wife thought her husband was going to kill her, she gave the neighbor a note saying "Open this if I die" The neighbor came over got the note left and didn't read the note until her friend was killed and the note said "I believe Peter killed me" My goodness lady you might be better off dead and your stupid neighbor who didn't rip that note open and make it so known to the world that the husband would have been too scared to go through with the killing may need to join you!
$1300 for house cleaning?? How many houses did she clean for the defendant - a whole town full?
At $100 an hour that’s a deep clean of a mansion three times a month.
I had 4,000 and 6,000 Sq ft homes - cleaning was $250. The house cleaning woman did many homes for Kouri for her R.E. biz.
What a sad world we live in.
It’s better than when she tried to disguise her smile by pretending to cry during I think it was the bond hearing.
How sick is this woman.
Excellent as usual Sir Vinny and you’re sportin’ my fave color … pink so cool for the gents
I don’t get it. How sloppy, how stupid. Being deep in debt or not, was it worth rotting away in prison for eternity and taking away her children’s security? There were so many ways to go about this, not happy in your marriage? Work it out or get a divorce, find someone to help you with your personal finances and chip away at your debt, live below your means. I can’t understand this, how did she think she would get away with this?
What about the specifically one-sided cheek-biting.
Her mom's partner also died suddenly from a drug OD and mom BANKED millions. 😢did mom teach her the trick?
I’m not so sure the body expert is correct
She is upset over being caught.
You can see she unintentionally shook her head up and down (yes) when they where mentioning she wrote the lady a check. She catches it and then shakes her head no. 🙄. It’s written all over face that she did this she’s not good at any poker face.
I keep shaking my head about Eric not leaving. Why, if he was suspicious, and even changed the beneficiary of his life-insurance, didn't he run? How can the children be reason enough to stay with someone that you/I expect to poison you/me? Unfortunately, now, most likely, the boys won't have any parent by their side to love and guide them through their childhood. I have to keep shaking my head and can only hope that anybody in the same situation will learn a lesson on how not to behave, leave and stay alive.
I know it can vary from state to state but genuinely confused how someone takes a policy out on someone else without them knowing. My husband and I actually just bought life insurance I got 30,000 whole life for 60$ a month and my husband got 100,000 term life for 60$. For both we had many questions we had to answer. I wasn’t sure at first if like I would get a policy out of my husband and he get one on me but that’s not how it works. The way it was explained to me was you get life insurance on yourself and then you list a beneficiary. Anything 100,000 and higher you have to meet with a medical provider that the insurance company sent to our home. My husband had to give blood, urine, he had to sign something giving permission for them to check a database that tells them every prescription you’ve filled the last 3 years. I think she definitely did it but I just don’t buy the whole “getting multiple policies out on your husband to the tune of $1 million.” It Just doesn’t make any sense.
I'm not sure how someone can take out a life insurance policy without that individuals knowledge either but they do allow it. My aunt has life insurance on everyone in the family and when they die she collects 🤷♀️
When we lived in CA, up to $1 million required NO health check or medical records. I know because we experienced it.
@@MidWestLife2022 wow! I can’t believe that is legal! I think as long as a person is able to insure the lives of other people without their permission it should be law that when such person dies there’s a thorough investigation done on the beneficiary. Also, getting life insurance on minors is creepy, unless the adult can show that the child contributes financially to the household I think it should be illegal to insure a child’s life. It’s already a little odd incentivizing the death of another adult but a child? Insuring their life so you get paid if they die? What’s wrong with people seriously.
@@marygoff3332 I wonder if that’s still the case it just seems insane. We were told anything over 150,000 triggers the medical exam so we chose 150,000 and then our agent called us and said it’s actually 100,000 and the company said if we drop it down to 100,000 they’re still going to require the medical exam because it will flag the system like we’re trying to avoid it. So stupid
I agree - We had to go through all that too exactly like you said! How are all these spouses taking out these huge policies without their partner even knowing?! That is absolutely NOT what I ran into, that’s for sure. Maybe every state is different? I just don’t understand how I and others I know have experienced it the opposite of what you hear!
