2007 5.7 hemi ram - no idle (any car w/egr)

This was a 2007 57 hemi dodge ram pickup that wouldn't idle. This also works on any engine that has an EGR valve, at least one that has a flange mounted valve.The valves are prone to leaking, sticking open. Once the valve is unseated you will have a hard to find vacuum leak, most of the time. This is an easy to test way of seeing if it's bad or not.
