heres the conundrum on this, the major issue i run into, my team always die right away, i accept this, i fight odds, for awhile sometimes i kill 1 or 2, others get mollywhopped, sometimes i win out...but when i die, i see them 3 engaged...do i wait for them to die, who knows where they spawn, or do i rush to aid, knowing that theyll all die before i get there....and then its a rinse and repeat

Landos smoke cloud prevents lightsaber lock on, so if the the cloud is thicker it can actually give you more room to roll around and avoid lightsaber attacks
Before they took it out of the game, darth maul had a star card that decreased stamina usage even though he had no stamina limit.

The last tip is SO important. It is beyond frustrating to see my HvV teammates rush head first into the enemy team instead of regrouping. 90% of players don't do this. And with all the noobs in the game now the problem is even more prevalent lol. This is also why Geonosis is my least favorite HvV map, because it's impossible to regroup with your team with those punishing spawns

For me, instead of me straight up charging into 4 enemies at once, it's usually me getting cornered by all 4 of them
Yeah, quite often I find myself being focused on. Specifically when a Lobby is full of the same players from the last game. By no means am I the best BF2 player, but I am formidable against most. I find myself surviving 3v1 situations for well over a minute and longer and my teammates are nowhere to be found. It's like how are all three of you lost right now ffs and I typically end up in these situations coming to someones aid trying to help where I can with a team that splits up.

4:25 that's why we need a star card loadout. It'll be so much easier switching between specific cards for specific game modes that way

- Make sure your sensitivity and aiming sensitivity is maxed out.
- Treat Droidekas as glass cannons.
- Abuse the roll/dodge button.
- Don't be scared to push objectives.
- Wearing map appropriate camouflage will give you an advantage over your enemy's.
- Play outside your comfort zone it's the only way you will improve.

The one thing I hate the most are the sweats and the players who send messages to people to either leave a game or insult the people who beat them. I personally love players who notice you dont attack them and they dont attack you as well and become friends on a map and try to block their players from killing their new enemy friend
We must sign a petition to have a new rule in Battlefront 2: In Hero Showdown ALWAYS let people have 1v1's, don't make it unfair and gang up on the 1 person.

freakymoejoe2 I’ve spawned literally behind the enemy team before 💆🏾♂️ and have constant problems with the spawns being split

Swaggames NL the ‘I’m playing’ part. It doesn’t make sense. “I am playing for 1.5 years” is what you’re saying. It should be “I have been playing for” or “I have played for”. I hope this helped you.
The heroes vs villains tip is so accurate, you can easily tell a good player at the game just by jumping in a game of heroes vs villains!!! Go into a game and i see a Leia trying to take out and run in towards a vader, maul, kylo ren and palpatine and I’m just there like what the f*** are you doing when they are thinking that they can take out those 4 by themselves🤣😂

Imagine That But Han is different. You can play him both defensive and offensively. Even the games loading screen tips tell you to play Han as an offensive character. His detonite charge and shoulder charge or really good ability when used on the right time. Leia, on the other hand, can’t be as offensive with her. Gotta stay back and hope your teammates have your back. I’ve noticed most teammates abandon their blaster teammates to engage 1 guy, meanwhile you’re getting pulverized by the other three players.
Thereviewersblock yeah agreed, Han Solo is probs the only blaster hero who can play that way properly without majority of their team but when people use like leia and finn they try to charge in and take on multiple villains on their own who would easily take them out before they even receive any damage

And theres guys who just hangs way too much back and only shoots who they see instead of joining the fight too... stay within range of ur allies pls...
Thank you for pointing out the Team Deathmatch/Blast trope, it is infuriating when my team focuses on kills instead of the objective.
I have made the stupid mistake of getting in a 4v1 fight to this day two years later whether it be from a gang-up or 4v1 from the start. Gonna regroup much more than I already do.
I've adjusted my settings here and there, especially the soldier sensitivity, but I guess I can test the rest of the settings.

What I've seen in HvV is that the team that wins is either always grouped as four and wait for the dead one to regroup, or there's some really OP Anakin/Sideous on the team that carries everyone

Being rude to the other team is something a lot of new players seem to be doing, at least for me. I usually play HvV or HS, usually cocky stuff or insults.

@@azazel3398 there were some people newer than me recently in a game where i was spawned into a game that had been going on for a while as the score was 32-15, i could see why, i was met by 4 guys who took me out and all emoted some BS like they were bad asses, came back to find my team and they had evidently all quit or something as they werent moving so it was 3-1 til the end and they emoted every time, it's like "wtf are you accomplishing here guys?" I've been on the other end of matches like that where we're up by a ton and theres no contest and i didn't feel right, hate matches like that.

i main GG, vader, the senate or dooku for dark and i hate everything about the light, but i play anakin, yoda or chewie, and i feel like on the dark side of it, if i dont tell my defeated enemy he was bold, or that i accept his apology for attacking me, or inform them that i assume they now realize its over, then, im not being friendly
and on the light side, i feel like i need to inform the enemy, that now that they have lost, the fun can begin, that they should get a strong ally like the force to help them out next time, or roar, cause why not...also i do often tell people, after they lose, that the best defense is often a swift and decisive offense....im just trying to help out
I love it in HvV when your just about to get with your team and they all just die as soon as you get there

This helps alot. Been playing for 2 years now and needed this advice. I am usually the one that gets into a four on one hvv, but usually I notice my team watching me get slaughtered for laughs, and not helping.
Whenever I see a hero I tend to just run away, I don't know if that's good or not but it's kept me alive
If you’re a reinforcement regroup with the squad and attack head on, that’s how I did it and I usually win, then a separatist gunship destroys us all
That last one is a constant and I need to write "regroup" into chat nearly 50% of the maches.
Damn pc is lucky they have chat. Game chat would make this game so much better, but i dont think the devs want to risk the toxicity

4:20 this is why a loadout option would be great. Sometimes there isnt time to switch star cards before picking the hero before someone else, or you might forget you even had the different star cards on

Super pro tip... unless they have a stun character, blocking and dodgin backwards is a VERY effective technique. Its really annoying to do, cause its kinda cheap, but it freaking works.
Just dodge backwards towards your teamates, and use your abilities to keep the enemy away. Youll stay alive for surprisingly long. But its an annoying technique tho
@@azazel3398 with vader use your lightsaber throw and you middle ability never use your choke unless you are 100% sure you can get everybody. With luke be smart with your ability use your push only when theres an opening use repulse when your low on stamina and being attacked use dashes to open up some distance. For obi block ,dodge and defensive rush through the enemy(only rush when they are low on stamina or not expecting it.

I've seen plenty of long-term players also constantly stepping in front of teammates and wasting that players shots while preventing the immediate death of an enemy or 5. It's turned many a game.

Mistake: I see a lot of players in HvV underestimating blaster heroes. The amount of times a saber hero has ran toward me and tried to attack me is so funny when I melt them with leia’s e-11.
Yeah they run in captain plasmas turret and get destroyed
I use phasma a lot there, when the random saber Hero just attempts to beat the shit out of me, but walks into my turret, when one of the card i have is for speed of the turret, then just proceed to violently just use meelee to shame them for understimating that lil fucker.
I often die becouse they get tired and Force push me off a cliff :D
another tip is to pay attention to what skin you have equipped, if you use the jungle skin on kashyyk or a dark map that possibly actually camouflage u compared to using the jungle skin on geonosis

My problem with 4v1s is not the running into and battling. It's the retreating when you see them grouped together and by the time a Luke is right on top of you to help. Their reaction is just slow to the point where you die and then they use the push.
I wish there was a mode where everybody had no star cards.

The last mistake is soo true. Every single game i play of hvv i see a teammate just going straight for the enemies, without waiting for backup.
That "team" tip does it for me. I'm a very casual and amateur player, but this is easily noticeable. When the 4 heroes on your team are close, it's much harder to die, and much easier to kill or assist.

I do that too. I've decided to stop playing Heroes vs Villains entirely since most of the players I encounter are sweaty low level (7-28) tryhards, epic level that emote every time they kill you, and the toxicity of getting messages from your opponents saying "get good scrub" ,"you trash player", "tryhard", "your team sucks" or " this game is your life how sad that you play so much of it" is why I don't like H vs V anymore.

8:50 It kind of depends on who you are playing. I've won plenty of 3v1s and 4v2s as luke and even a few 4v1s as Vader. in the end it comes down to who you are playing and if you are playing them right.
I still play but one thing i wanted but they never did was seperate Star Card loadouts. Instead of contantly switching you can choose preset cards. And allow them to change cards mid battle

Another tip: if you're attacking in GA and on overtime, you can suicide charge into the objective to extend overtime.

You can actually deal damage to a grievous using his move that spins his sabers fast with a normal attack from bb8
Could you break down specific game modes? Like what you should do at specific points. Maybe even best locations to be during certain phases etc.
You can cut through his unrelenting advance with some lightsaber abilities, as it's an ability and not counted as melee damage, but only use this when he's low on health, as the ratio of damage given/taken won't be great.

Also: activating a blockable ability when your enemy is CLEARLY blocking :D I still see a lot of people doing that.

I started playing a couple of days ago and I rushed 4 villains with Yoda and killed 3 of them but then I got killed by the last one. Bare in mind all of them weren't at full health but I was pleased with myself.
Its funny because most of the new players dont know about channels like yours( The best Channel in My oppinion) so they never learn that Game like you teach them or give them tipps.

Id like to mention that in supremacy, C stands for contested. This means the point c always has the most trouble at the start, at least and its better to start your advance there. Its also the most fun on mos Eisley.
Picking the right starcards for the gamemode is tricky. Sometimes you only have a second to select a hero and it's difficult to alter your starcards of all the heroes you want/might play in another game mode
Depending on the opponents, I can hold my own in a 4v1. Sometimes. For a while anyways. I’ve been having victories in 2v1’s in showdown recently. 1v1’s are generally too easy.

Usually HvV starts with a 4v4, but after a few seconds I start to notice that I'm by myself and my other 3 teammates ran away. (Or flew away, after all that is what Boba does best.)
Sometimes the enemy team just finds me and then I run and they still somehow keep up
I hate in heros vs. villains when you're on your way to your teammates who are rotating around and you walk into a room just to find the whole other team

A video on how to fight heros as regular classes would be nice...also the objectives topic is spot on. Last night I was in a capital supremacy game and our team was clearly better yet nobody played objectives. I had 88 kills and lead my team while we had multiple people with over 120 kills with lower scores than mine....didn't play objectives. OH and nobody boarded transport ships...
The "Don't do a 1vs4 in HvV" is understandable and fine... But it is not easy when the entire match is a 4vs1. Happens to me too many times. Everybody groups up and you either stall till somebody Joins your team. Or try picking them off or force push/pull into holes
