Only today I realized how OP Vader can be. I was able to deal with four heroes at the same time, killing 3 of them (they were all beginners, so they just spammed attacks on me, making them realatvely easy to kill). But the end was funny. One of the 4 heroes was BB-8 and after slaughtering all his fellow companions, he looked at me, and jumped from a cliff in Geonosis.
Candy Cadet I hate when people call Vader OP. He's supposed to be that powerful. If anything he and all the saber heroes were nerfed for the sake of mixing blasters with sabers in a game.

I can only say to learn the basics (parry, hookswing) and then try combos with different characters also not recommending focusing on one character especially not on Vader.
Anakin’s stamina puts you in a bad place when getting ganged up on in HvV, but Steamroll instead of Massive Strikes makes a competent Ani a force to be reckoned with for even good Vader players in a 1v1

Despite Yoda being my favorite in a duel, I have to agree he can be challenging to play. I feel like defensively he’s amazing, but it’s hard to get the damage output needed to beat some characters. Still my highest leveled character, and favorite to use.

I’m a Yoda main and I find it somewhat harder to kill other lightsaber users compared to using Luke or Rey. The kryptonite to Yoda is Vader, you get him to half health with my health down like 200 damage, you look away and all of a sudden he’s max health. I can confirm he requires a lot of strategy as my main on the dark side is Dooku and I put like 75 percent the strategy in and your most likely gonna win.
Good ranking, I nearly agree in all points despite of Anakin. He is definetley a B. I mean he is an absolute beast from the abilties, when he does his force grab, throw and hit combo he easily does 400 damage and his across block abiltie is sick in a 1 vs 1 too. He has a good health with 800 too and his attacks can do very mich damage with the right starcard.
@@five5654 all ani needs to do is get a pull and he can combo. a pull into a heroic might with two hit while they're on the ground and while they are holding their block/ dashing away you passionate strike them. its a brutal combo even for a vader. just a few more hits and they are dead or knocking on the door of death. especially a lower heath saber hero like count dooku or maul or a blaster hero who cant block at all. all he NEEDS is a pull. Even if they manage to get away, if you know what you are doing and can hit a couple parrys or jump attacks the other hero is dead. Its so hard to get away from him. Easy A tier any day of the week.
Now this was educational. My main focus were Yoda and Darth Maul, mostly for the Yoda's ability to get full health back and Maul's speed with spin attacks. Both are very straightforward for use, ideal for a newb like I was and in places still am. Thanks for the vid!
As a Maul main, I feel like he should be one more tier up. I mean, if you put Maul in the hands of someone that can keep his speed as a major weapon, that's deadly
Maul is fast of course and his spins help him get away from different ability’s but he is so sensitive for damage which is why he is my personal 4th place of dark side duelists ranking Mine would be Dooku, Vader, Grivous, Maul, Kylo

Gravy's my main, I'd put him in a tier. Maul's health is just to low, I find myself taking to much damage with him. Luke, I want to say he should be higher, put almost everyone who plays him disrespects the 1v1, and uses his ability's to push people off the map.
This is a great list. I’m always glad to see someone value dueling with Obi-Wan as much as I do. I might have had Luke or Kylo higher, but other than that this is so solid.
This is why I absolutely adore playing as Obi-wan, Dooku, and Vader the most following up with Anakin because I'm actually a really good anakin player, they have the best advantages and duel skills in the entire light saber hero line up, plus the rush of taking on 4 or 5 skilled appointment's all at once with Vader and completely moping the floor with almost all of them as Vader is such a badass feeling, and obi wans defensive style is a absolutely beast if you know what you're doing, and I don't even need to explain why Dooku is so fun to play as.
i main maul as well Obi-wan is a hard hero to fight as maul but most of the time i have no problems fighting a Luke as maul unless they are a max level player
Respectfully disagree! In my opinion, Luke is better than Rey. He has the highest DPS, great stamina, 2 knock back abilities, and can activate his push in midair.

Rey can make her saber charge unblockable by just waving her active hitbox around the guard. She increases her damage with insight and halves her stamina usage. She slows your turn speed with mind trick. Allowing for easier to hit jump hooks as well. She just dominates 1v1, and destroys Iden players. What’s not to like

Kylo is definitely great. I couldn't be too generous with the rankings with only 10 heroes. Kenobi and Dooku could also be S tier, but Vader is in a league by himself so I had to kind of look at it from there and work down
I think Kylo might be a high B lower A. Considering Vader, Dooku, and Kenobi exist, it makes sense Kylo isn’t S, but the 4 hit frenzy can be devastating in a duel. If you get 2 cheeky hits then 4 hit frenzy combined with the bloodlust card, you can easily chip off a good chunk of health regen.
Yoda should be higher. He's one of the best people for countering Vader and is one of my favorite heroes to duel with. The trick is to save your health buff for when you are choked or stunned and save the unblockable dash to stop them from regening, which will annoy any dooku or grievous as well. He also has very fast stamina regen, so fast that you will get some stamina back just by performing a single dash strike. His slow swing speed really isn't too bad either, especially if you are good at parrying. (Also you probably might already know this but you can activate yoda's health buff while swinging which will cancel the little animation he does while casting it which would normally leave him wide open.)
If you know how to play as a yoda, you can dominate the game. But he's just very hard to master and is usually more of a support hero. He also has very tough competition (eg. Obi wan, rey, etc).
I think Yoda should get a buff where he hits twice in one swing, it would be more accurate to the films with his acrobatic style while also making up for his slow attack speed. Either way they need to do his character some justice in the game
obiwan is my favorite saber hero in supremacy. i can literally just hold block down a hallway and have most of the enemies kill themselves with their own blaster bolts. its great.
9:41 I have an objection, I would argue reys biggest weakness is not her health recovery but her lack of have a force push/ pull/ choke/ freeze. So in a saber fight if someone runs out of stamina it’s pretty bad for them right? Yes But if you are versing rey, u can just jump away, and she can’t do anything about it, she has nothing that can get you while u are in the air. Her and dooku are both like this, every other character can do something to u to prevent u from just jumping away. Luke Obiwan Yoda force push Anakin kylo force pull Grevious thrust surge Vader maul, force choke This is by far both reys and dookus biggest downside, as it basically means ur opponent can get their stamina back for free anytime they want. (Not exactly any time but u get what I mean) This is made up for by their 3 dodges though. And although I think the 3 dodges isn’t really a fair trade off they both have a lot of other strengths to justify their rankings. However if put rey below luke just because of this. Dooku can hit people in the air with the lightning although it’s not as good as a force push because of the range. Which is why it’s a bigger deal for rey than it is for dooku
I like the list but I think some things can be fixed. I'm a battlefront duelist myself, trust me I've met alot of people in this game and I'd think they would agree with this list that I made. I think Maul is underrated because of how fast and hard to hit he can be. He can deal fast damage by using spin to get behind enemies and use it to get out of bad situations. His throw is great and comes back to him very fast and his choke is great if used at the right moment. Out of all the hereos I find him the easiest to beat 2 hereos because of his speed. He can deal quick high damage and spin out and regenerate health and stamina. Maul is not as good as Vader or Kenobi and probably not as good as Dooku but he deserves higher placement in my opinion
His pro is high speed fast damage but that is his weakness he in my experience gets damaged very easy and is just a bit fragile if u know what I mean but he can be pretty strong especially if u get the frame trap which is just a parry with his choke but the enemy still hits maul so he gets out of his ability animation and u can hit with a normal swing which leads to the enemy flying straight up mid air u can throw his lightsaber and even jump after the enemy to hit him with a jump swing

Depends on the mode his ability pool is mainly for big enemy groups if its a 1v1 its only good for a combo but his stamina especially in 1v1s is a big problem and steamroll wont give u much value in those 1v1s
Just because he's fast and has fast recharge abilities doesn't make him a good duelist. This is a list about ranking heroes in duels, not rating them as a hero overall
I'm a rookie(or Padawan) to the online gaming world. After playing with my cousin, I recently got a PlayStation 4 for myself. I usually play as Luke or Maul and have them both up to level 15, but I usually get killed a lot every time I play.
What u play is ur personal preference I just dont recommend mailing vader cuz he is to strong but the tips I can give u is learn to parry and hokswing and then fo for combos with characters
In my opinion he’s third but his stamina is trash and u can parry every attack even his middle ability with Luke cuz Luke swingspeed is too fast But u can deal much damage with parry’s so third
I see... well through almost 5 years of gameplay experience since the game was launched my saber hero list is the following (note that this is my opinion resulted from each hero's individual gameplay experience): S. Count Dooku, Obi Wan, Darth Vader, G. Grievous (this is pretty much "play these if u wanna win") A. Anakin, Kylo Ren, Darth Maul (these are ok in most situations, with a little experience you'll handle out of trouble) B. Luke (he really didnt suit my playstyle) C. Rey (she's easy to fight against and you'll most probably end up raging if u play her) D. Yoda (just dont play him, better play Han or Leia, you know...support ur team with blasters;) P.S.: choose BB-8 over Yoda if possible
Grievous and Dooku are my 2 mains, but Dooku is better suited for 1v1 fight's. I like using Grievous when i deal with more then 1 lightsaber user. I usually like to run his star card that deals more damage with unrelenting advance because if you corner the enemy they will usually die. But the only issue i have with Grievous is the stamina. I don't mind his speed but the low stamina is what usually gets me when fighting as Grievous which is why i usually have thrust surge and claw rush as a last resort when out of stamina, or when the enemy is on the run.
Blaster characters tier list (my opinion) (btw im including the droids and palps) D Tier: BB9E, BB8 (really hard to do anything as them, and although they are pretty good for killstreaks they suck fighting other heros) C Tier: Lando, Finn (both of these characters are more team based oriented than duels) B Tier Phasma, Boba, (both of these characters try to be away from the enemy, but when the enemy has a gun, you cant camp them out like u can to lightsabers, u have to approach.) A Tier: Leia, Chewie, Bossk, Iden, (really solid characters in 1v1s, leia can force an approch with her sheild or use it to heal up, bossk is super deadly up close, and at range with his sniper, because he usually sucks at range against sabers who can block but since blasters cant, hes really solid. Chewie is just a fricking tank, and is also really good at close range, iden is op with her stun droid, her secondary fire, her sniper, and her sheild) S tier: Han solo and Palps (Han has everything, great at range, great up close, great at medium distances, his bomb can force a knockdown which can lead to some lethal damage, his gun does too much damage and his shoulder charge is great for getting away and up close, and he has 3 dodges with a star card. he really has no flaw unlike the a tier characters (bossk sucks when his abilities are on cooldown and his health regen is very slow, chewie, is slow and sucks at far range, iden is bad at medium ranges where she cant hit u with her secondary fire or her stun droid, but its also not too far enough where she should use her sniper, and leia also kinda sucks at medium to long range considering she cant zoom in with her blaster like iden. and her gun has a lot of spread.) and palps sucks at range but hes easily the best character up close thats all i got to say)
Boba is easily A tier, and Phasma with both Survivor cards is disgusting in a 1v1. Also if you've played on PC, you'd definitely put Lando in B tier or better. 1 stun and you're probably dead lol

I’m a kylo main, he is best counter to block spammers like obi wan frenzy has that third hit block brake which means you can pull insane combos off , Pull someone jump attack them mid air then turn back before they land and get up to freeze them then move to their back using frenzy you will get first hit in they will block the second and the third will break block it’s insane

Anakin is good if u have a good stamina management and get the middle, pull double hit combo Grev isn’t the best in the game cuz no stamina against blasters but in 1v1 he’s good at trading cuz much damage and regen
Count Dooku is so good but is too close quarters. It's really hard to reach someone whose always running, even in duels. But that is paired with my unbelievable damage which is why the enemies always run from me. And I'm not using all DPS cards
I completely agree with yodas placement, and I even play yoda (because I like being an ass with annoying movement) mostly because of the lack of a good block. You always wind up getting wrecked by force abilities.

About Anakin we don’t have to forget that he has a card that reduces cost of stamina by 2% with every enemy killed or 200 points of damage to a hero that makes him really good after a few hits
For me Kylo Ren takes #1 place. Not only is he my favorite Star Wars character but also favorite duelist in Battlefront. I can hit those force powers almost every time by predicting when the opponent will have their guard down or out of stamina. Freeze, frenzy to the back. For boost cards I mostly run closing in to hit them in the back if they are running away, berserking tantrum to save stamina, and power of darkness for extra damage combined with berserking tantrum is powerful. Often I switch out closing in for bloodlust though as the damage with the other cards combined are so powerful he’s almost unbeatable the way I play. But all of his boost cards are great.
Also, tbh I don’t find Vader that intimidating lol. I’m a Kylo/Rey main and using mind trick with dash it’s easy to get behind him and deal serious damage. Especially with the extra dodge boost card I can counter him fairly easy.
I'm a Yoda main. Definitely agree he is the worst, but, if you know how to cancel and dash correctly, he is a force. I've dominated games with him. Gotta use his size to your advantage and hook swing and strike the back a lot.
If you're really sweaty with Luke, he can become the best light side duelist if played correctly. He is very hard to play that way though, and most people can't do that, so I can understand that rating.
Obi Wan at the very least is certainly powerful for going against Darth Vader 1v1. A lot of his power is with his abilities, without them he's easier to deal with. And restrictive mind trick is great for getting rid of his abilities. Follow up with a defensive rush, timing it when he's roughly out of dodges or backed into a corner, and you have some pretty much guaranteed damage on him. His defensive stamina also helps tremendously with being prepared to take advantage of Vader's lack of it when he runs out. A really skilled Vader will probably wreck people regardless, but at least with mid-tier playing he can manage alright.
Obi wan is like the light side vader with a little less damage but still tanky af Still a rey can also be good against vader but vader in general is just a beast. The problem i see with kenobi is the boring gameplay where they just stay and block the whole time other then that a rlly good char. U still gotta be patient and wait for vaders choke so u have to play a litlle boring

*READ WHOLE THING* I also came up with a good ideas for a Kal Kestis hero: Base hp would be 750 or 800, the lb / lt ability would be a lightsaber throw that with a star card would allow him to do two of (considering he can spilt his lightsaber into two lightsabers) with a slower recharge time, his lb/lt +rb/rt would be his dual light saber attack from fallen order with a star card to decrease recharge time, his rb/rt ability would be a force SLOW not freeze and slow that would temporarily slow enemies and their ability recharge rate and stamina/ hp regeneration until the enemy is hit. One of the most special thing about him would be his ability to switch between a double bladed lightsaber and a single bladed lightsaber, with both having their advantages and disadvantages, dual bladed would do less damage, attack faster, and use less stamina, while single bladed would do more damage, attack slower ( a little bit slower), and drain more stamina. BUT to switch between the two would take 2 seconds without using abilities or attack / swinging or defending against an attack. Some of his Star cards would be the normal type such as: more health better stamina usage/control, bonus damage at a cost of more stamina drain, and one to take less stamina loss from blasters.
I understand this tier list. Anakin just has horrible stamina managment. Even me, an Anakin main is fully aware of this and why it's frustrating to see trolls say they got me when they constantly 5v1 me. The fifth member being the game since it nerfs pros and buffs noobs.

Yodas good cuz he can block break and get out of sum abilitys with his middle and maul is very fragile to dmg but overall if u can play the character everyone can be good

If they ever make battlefront][ ][ ][ they need a star card called “my patience wears thin" where the lower Vader's stamina is the stronger his choke, becoming up to three times stronger with 4 seconds of extra cool down, however his throw gets gradually weaker with less stamina, minimizing at about half the original DMG

Yeah that’s why the saber defense card is good for maul because it makes you have 60% damage resistance when you get parried during a spin!

Good ranking, I nearly agree in all points despite of Anakin. He is definetley a B. I mean he is an absolute beast from the abilties, when he does his force grab, throw and hit combo he easily does 400 damage and his across block abiltie is sick in a 1 vs 1 too. He has a good health with 800 too and his attacks can do very mich damage with the right starcard.

@@five5654 all ani needs to do is get a pull and he can combo. a pull into a heroic might with two hit while they're on the ground and while they are holding their block/ dashing away you passionate strike them. its a brutal combo even for a vader. just a few more hits and they are dead or knocking on the door of death. especially a lower heath saber hero like count dooku or maul or a blaster hero who cant block at all. all he NEEDS is a pull. Even if they manage to get away, if you know what you are doing and can hit a couple parrys or jump attacks the other hero is dead. Its so hard to get away from him. Easy A tier any day of the week.

As a Maul main, I feel like he should be one more tier up. I mean, if you put Maul in the hands of someone that can keep his speed as a major weapon, that's deadly

Gravy's my main, I'd put him in a tier. Maul's health is just to low, I find myself taking to much damage with him. Luke, I want to say he should be higher, put almost everyone who plays him disrespects the 1v1, and uses his ability's to push people off the map.

This is a great list. I’m always glad to see someone value dueling with Obi-Wan as much as I do. I might have had Luke or Kylo higher, but other than that this is so solid.
This is why I absolutely adore playing as Obi-wan, Dooku, and Vader the most following up with Anakin because I'm actually a really good anakin player, they have the best advantages and duel skills in the entire light saber hero line up, plus the rush of taking on 4 or 5 skilled appointment's all at once with Vader and completely moping the floor with almost all of them as Vader is such a badass feeling, and obi wans defensive style is a absolutely beast if you know what you're doing, and I don't even need to explain why Dooku is so fun to play as.
I did not expect this at all tbh but after hearing you out, it makes very sense.

i main maul as well Obi-wan is a hard hero to fight as maul but most of the time i have no problems fighting a Luke as maul unless they are a max level player

Respectfully disagree! In my opinion, Luke is better than Rey. He has the highest DPS, great stamina, 2 knock back abilities, and can activate his push in midair.

Rey can make her saber charge unblockable by just waving her active hitbox around the guard. She increases her damage with insight and halves her stamina usage. She slows your turn speed with mind trick. Allowing for easier to hit jump hooks as well. She just dominates 1v1, and destroys Iden players. What’s not to like
@@ChomoActivities101 yeah, I play a lot of bad players. Who doesn’t? I also play good players. Everyone has different play styles. Some are better with Luke, others with Rey. Personally, I’ve have more success with Luke than I have Rey in 1v1s.

Kylo is definitely great. I couldn't be too generous with the rankings with only 10 heroes. Kenobi and Dooku could also be S tier, but Vader is in a league by himself so I had to kind of look at it from there and work down

I think Kylo might be a high B lower A. Considering Vader, Dooku, and Kenobi exist, it makes sense Kylo isn’t S, but the 4 hit frenzy can be devastating in a duel. If you get 2 cheeky hits then 4 hit frenzy combined with the bloodlust card, you can easily chip off a good chunk of health regen.

Yoda's CC breaker is worth talking about I think. Ratings aside, it's a damn good ability to hold onto to counter a Maul or Vader choke.

Yoda should be higher. He's one of the best people for countering Vader and is one of my favorite heroes to duel with. The trick is to save your health buff for when you are choked or stunned and save the unblockable dash to stop them from regening, which will annoy any dooku or grievous as well. He also has very fast stamina regen, so fast that you will get some stamina back just by performing a single dash strike. His slow swing speed really isn't too bad either, especially if you are good at parrying. (Also you probably might already know this but you can activate yoda's health buff while swinging which will cancel the little animation he does while casting it which would normally leave him wide open.)

If you know how to play as a yoda, you can dominate the game. But he's just very hard to master and is usually more of a support hero. He also has very tough competition (eg. Obi wan, rey, etc).
I think Yoda should get a buff where he hits twice in one swing, it would be more accurate to the films with his acrobatic style while also making up for his slow attack speed. Either way they need to do his character some justice in the game
If u blockbreak with his dash attack u mostly get a second hit cuz the opponent doesn’t block for a short period of time

But if you are versing rey, u can just jump away, and she can’t do anything about it, she has nothing that can get you while u are in the air. Her and dooku are both like this, every other character can do something to u to prevent u from just jumping away.

This is by far both reys and dookus biggest downside, as it basically means ur opponent can get their stamina back for free anytime they want. (Not exactly any time but u get what I mean)
This is made up for by their 3 dodges though. And although I think the 3 dodges isn’t really a fair trade off they both have a lot of other strengths to justify their rankings. However if put rey below luke just because of this.
Dooku can hit people in the air with the lightning although it’s not as good as a force push because of the range. Which is why it’s a bigger deal for rey than it is for dooku

I put anakin and kylo in b tier now. I've played alot more with them and now know better techniques, if only in the right hand, then they are good, but as for the average player, these 2 are b now. I put the charcter in order in the b tier tho
I think Maul is underrated because of how fast and hard to hit he can be. He can deal fast damage by using spin to get behind enemies and use it to get out of bad situations. His throw is great and comes back to him very fast and his choke is great if used at the right moment. Out of all the hereos I find him the easiest to beat 2 hereos because of his speed. He can deal quick high damage and spin out and regenerate health and stamina. Maul is not as good as Vader or Kenobi and probably not as good as Dooku but he deserves higher placement in my opinion
His pro is high speed fast damage but that is his weakness he in my experience gets damaged very easy and is just a bit fragile if u know what I mean but he can be pretty strong especially if u get the frame trap which is just a parry with his choke but the enemy still hits maul so he gets out of his ability animation and u can hit with a normal swing which leads to the enemy flying straight up mid air u can throw his lightsaber and even jump after the enemy to hit him with a jump swing
I’m an Anakin main and I totally agree with this he really does get tired fast but he should at least A tier because of the damage outputs and his amazing force powers

Depends on the mode his ability pool is mainly for big enemy groups if its a 1v1 its only good for a combo but his stamina especially in 1v1s is a big problem and steamroll wont give u much value in those 1v1s

I'm a rookie(or Padawan) to the online gaming world. After playing with my cousin, I recently got a PlayStation 4 for myself. I usually play as Luke or Maul and have them both up to level 15, but I usually get killed a lot every time I play.
What u play is ur personal preference I just dont recommend mailing vader cuz he is to strong but the tips I can give u is learn to parry and hokswing and then fo for combos with characters

I see... well through almost 5 years of gameplay experience since the game was launched my saber hero list is the following (note that this is my opinion resulted from each hero's individual gameplay experience):
S. Count Dooku, Obi Wan, Darth Vader, G. Grievous (this is pretty much "play these if u wanna win")
A. Anakin, Kylo Ren, Darth Maul (these are ok in most situations, with a little experience you'll handle out of trouble)
B. Luke (he really didnt suit my playstyle)
C. Rey (she's easy to fight against and you'll most probably end up raging if u play her)
D. Yoda (just dont play him, better play Han or Leia, you know...support ur team with blasters;)
P.S.: choose BB-8 over Yoda if possible
Grievous and Dooku are my 2 mains, but Dooku is better suited for 1v1 fight's. I like using Grievous when i deal with more then 1 lightsaber user. I usually like to run his star card that deals more damage with unrelenting advance because if you corner the enemy they will usually die. But the only issue i have with Grievous is the stamina. I don't mind his speed but the low stamina is what usually gets me when fighting as Grievous which is why i usually have thrust surge and claw rush as a last resort when out of stamina, or when the enemy is on the run.
Blaster characters tier list (my opinion) (btw im including the droids and palps)
D Tier: BB9E, BB8 (really hard to do anything as them, and although they are pretty good for killstreaks they suck fighting other heros)
C Tier: Lando, Finn (both of these characters are more team based oriented than duels)
B Tier Phasma, Boba, (both of these characters try to be away from the enemy, but when the enemy has a gun, you cant camp them out like u can to lightsabers, u have to approach.)
A Tier: Leia, Chewie, Bossk, Iden, (really solid characters in 1v1s, leia can force an approch with her sheild or use it to heal up, bossk is super deadly up close, and at range with his sniper, because he usually sucks at range against sabers who can block but since blasters cant, hes really solid. Chewie is just a fricking tank, and is also really good at close range, iden is op with her stun droid, her secondary fire, her sniper, and her sheild)
S tier: Han solo and Palps (Han has everything, great at range, great up close, great at medium distances, his bomb can force a knockdown which can lead to some lethal damage, his gun does too much damage and his shoulder charge is great for getting away and up close, and he has 3 dodges with a star card. he really has no flaw unlike the a tier characters (bossk sucks when his abilities are on cooldown and his health regen is very slow, chewie, is slow and sucks at far range, iden is bad at medium ranges where she cant hit u with her secondary fire or her stun droid, but its also not too far enough where she should use her sniper, and leia also kinda sucks at medium to long range considering she cant zoom in with her blaster like iden. and her gun has a lot of spread.)
and palps sucks at range but hes easily the best character up close thats all i got to say)

Boba is easily A tier, and Phasma with both Survivor cards is disgusting in a 1v1. Also if you've played on PC, you'd definitely put Lando in B tier or better. 1 stun and you're probably dead lol

I’m a kylo main, he is best counter to block spammers like obi wan frenzy has that third hit block brake which means you can pull insane combos off , Pull someone jump attack them mid air then turn back before they land and get up to freeze them then move to their back using frenzy you will get first hit in they will block the second and the third will break block it’s insane

Count Dooku is so good but is too close quarters. It's really hard to reach someone whose always running, even in duels. But that is paired with my unbelievable damage which is why the enemies always run from me. And I'm not using all DPS cards

For me Kylo Ren takes #1 place. Not only is he my favorite Star Wars character but also favorite duelist in Battlefront. I can hit those force powers almost every time by predicting when the opponent will have their guard down or out of stamina. Freeze, frenzy to the back. For boost cards I mostly run closing in to hit them in the back if they are running away, berserking tantrum to save stamina, and power of darkness for extra damage combined with berserking tantrum is powerful. Often I switch out closing in for bloodlust though as the damage with the other cards combined are so powerful he’s almost unbeatable the way I play. But all of his boost cards are great.
Also, tbh I don’t find Vader that intimidating lol. I’m a Kylo/Rey main and using mind trick with dash it’s easy to get behind him and deal serious damage. Especially with the extra dodge boost card I can counter him fairly easy.
S tier addin: Fasma. With in the Droids stun radius, her health boosted, and using her spear. She’s nasty
I'm a Yoda main. Definitely agree he is the worst, but, if you know how to cancel and dash correctly, he is a force. I've dominated games with him. Gotta use his size to your advantage and hook swing and strike the back a lot.
Though particular heroes have their advantages and disadvantages, it really depends on the player. Patience and skill go a long way.

If you're really sweaty with Luke, he can become the best light side duelist if played correctly. He is very hard to play that way though, and most people can't do that, so I can understand that rating.
The disrespect on the Luke and obi wan but still beat them to a pulp is truly beautiful
Obi Wan at the very least is certainly powerful for going against Darth Vader 1v1. A lot of his power is with his abilities, without them he's easier to deal with. And restrictive mind trick is great for getting rid of his abilities. Follow up with a defensive rush, timing it when he's roughly out of dodges or backed into a corner, and you have some pretty much guaranteed damage on him. His defensive stamina also helps tremendously with being prepared to take advantage of Vader's lack of it when he runs out. A really skilled Vader will probably wreck people regardless, but at least with mid-tier playing he can manage alright.

*READ WHOLE THING* I also came up with a good ideas for a Kal Kestis hero: Base hp would be 750 or 800, the lb / lt ability would be a lightsaber throw that with a star card would allow him to do two of (considering he can spilt his lightsaber into two lightsabers) with a slower recharge time, his lb/lt +rb/rt would be his dual light saber attack from fallen order with a star card to decrease recharge time, his rb/rt ability would be a force SLOW not freeze and slow that would temporarily slow enemies and their ability recharge rate and stamina/ hp regeneration until the enemy is hit. One of the most special thing about him would be his ability to switch between a double bladed lightsaber and a single bladed lightsaber, with both having their advantages and disadvantages, dual bladed would do less damage, attack faster, and use less stamina, while single bladed would do more damage, attack slower ( a little bit slower), and drain more stamina. BUT to switch between the two would take 2 seconds without using abilities or attack / swinging or defending against an attack. Some of his Star cards would be the normal type such as: more health better stamina usage/control, bonus damage at a cost of more stamina drain, and one to take less stamina loss from blasters.
This list was so spot on and I have 1000 hours of pure duels in bf2 😂

I understand this tier list. Anakin just has horrible stamina managment. Even me, an Anakin main is fully aware of this and why it's frustrating to see trolls say they got me when they constantly 5v1 me. The fifth member being the game since it nerfs pros and buffs noobs.
I feel like you very much under estimate darth maul, he is honestly my favorite dark side hero for many reasons. but other than that I totally agree with you
Personal opinion of him but yea maul can be strong cuz he is fast therefore he can do damage quick but if he gets hit he can die quickly

i main kylo cuz the combo i use for him i do the pull freeze frenzy and spam click on one person
I mained him to for the same and another reason but his abilitys can be easily stopped if u hit him while he jumps if u know what I mean and he has a problem against almost every lightsaber hero on the light side
I honestly agree with the rankings other than Kylo Ren because he has a good combo with freeze, pull, and then frenzy.
Agree my main but he takes easy damage and his middle ability can be canceled by every light side lightsaber hero by an ability or by the perfectly timed parry and he an easy target for damage
I find maul as an absolute unit, I would it him in B tier, but I would replace his spot with Anakin cause anakin’s abilities just aren’t really meant for dueling
Yoda is a great counter to maul in my opinions idk why but his dash strick can make great damage even if maul blocks and maul have low health
Yodas good cuz he can block break and get out of sum abilitys with his middle and maul is very fragile to dmg but overall if u can play the character everyone can be good

Can u do a tier list for every character in a 1v1 because a lot of blasters can do insanely well in a 1v1, Han, Chewie, Boba, Iden, Palpatine
And Bossk. I beat every saber hero in a 1 vs 1.
Also I personally reckon if u jump with Vader he’s just so slow to get to the ground so if u have a gun character it’s just easy to take a lot of damage from him or even maybe kill him
If they ever make battlefront][ ][ ][ they need a star card called “my patience wears thin" where the lower Vader's stamina is the stronger his choke, becoming up to three times stronger with 4 seconds of extra cool down, however his throw gets gradually weaker with less stamina, minimizing at about half the original DMG
