Welcome back to the Star Bazaar and to another Battlefront 2 tips video. In this Battlefront 2 tips video, we are talking about aiming and how to improve your aim in battlefront 2. We go over the basics, talk about some general tips, and go over all the relevant settings that involve your aim. Aiming in Battlefront 2 is a bit different than most shooters, this video is to help new players get a feel for the basics and step their gun game up.

I like that Star Wars battlefront 2 is unique as a game as it differentiates from other popular shooter games like cod and fortnite yet still incorporates that high tension feeling, especially when your in heroes versus is villains and yours blaster hero and the whole enemy team is after you and you are spamming circle like there is no tomorrow

Inadvertently getting more people to play Starfighter Assault.

One of ,if not the most underrated modes in BF2 . I absolutely love Starfighter Assault, but we will never get any new content bc it's not popular with the kids ? Idk
@@nevasoba5953 the Starfighter Assault gameplay mechanics and general development were done by a different studio (I _think_ the same one that did the campaign, I'm not sure) that now has left. So while the ground warfare will keep getting a constant flow of updates, there isn't anyone to actually make anything for Starfighter Assault.
I'm just hoping this new wave of Star Wars games ends up bringing the X-wing series back. Somehow.
I know that was _someone's_ childhood at EA. Lol
Really wish they would make an X-Wing game reboot. My biggest gripe with BF2II's space game is the lack of controller hotas support.
It is one of the best Star Wars fighter simulation games I've played It just sucks because it has enormous potential But it is squandered bc they haven't done anything with it. And according to ur information they wont either

These are laser bolts, they are different from guns in real life. Yes irl you can lead shots, but at very long ranges though

It's infuriating how I shoot someone with my heavy repeating blaster landing 5 shots, while the enemy is still alive at like quarter health and yet somehow shoots me twice flawlessly and kills me instantly as if it was mere child's play. Anyone relate?
I have the same feeling. I hit enemies till my weapon overheats they drop to something like 10% HP and i get instantly killed

i feel you. Head shots matter a lot in this game. Even with a crappy weapon, you can drop someone from full health with 3-4 head shots at most. A burst-fire weapon like the Blurgg and A280 can kill with one properly placed burst to the head, while the slower fire weapons like the T-21 or S-5and sniper rifles can kill with 2 head shots.
I know the feeling really well, but ever since I learned the basics of always fucking dodge, I have found to be doing the opposite more frequently

for any ps+ noobs, play co-op to upgrade your cards / unlock weapons & attachments, after that I recommend the game mode blast to get used to pvp

Thank you so much for this Star Bazzar! I’ve always wanted to know how to aim better as that is my biggest problem I have. Your a UA-camr who has done this that I actually trust and can learn so thing from.
Aim assist off has been the best choice ive made playing this game. It started off just for saber heros like you stated in another video. But i forgot to turn it back on and just got use to shooting without it and i feel as though ive been able to get a few more kills being able to move my sniper a lot more freely amongst groups of people.
After ttk change in bf5 I'm back to battlefront 2 absolutely turned the game around when it launched its so much fun now.
I lead my shots with an instinct so if I play other games I miss a lot of my shots

6:01 that’s what always gets me. I don’t know how players didn’t have that issue in Battlefront 2015 and Battlefront 2. Though Battlefront 2015 the rolling seems to glitch where it doesn’t always allow you to move far to the side, not to mention while rolling pressing the jump button helps it to roll a bit faster while also giving you more distance to travel instead of walking (prevents you from being found on radar) and running (which gives away your position).

Great video thanks. One slight suggestion - for PC players there is an additional level of consideration warranted which takes account of the mouse dpi. For FPS games I have my dpi set between 800-1000 and a so,fire sensitivity of 30%. This because I arm aim instead of wrist aim so prefer larger movements on a mouse mat. It’s more common in esports and needs a larger mouse mat. If someone didn’t k ow how to set mouse dpi (or didn’t know what theirs was) they may have it at 1500+ so setting soldier sensitivity at 100% would make the mouse ridiculously quick.

Thanks for these videos. For me they are pretty helpful. I played since the beta until my ps4 broke. Then I got a new one a few months later and started playing again. (About a year and a half ago.) Yet I still suck, and have barley ranked up my classes except for assault, heavy, and jump trooper.

One massive annoying thing is sometimes if someone does the last hit on a kill they get the kill and you who done 99.9% damage gets the assist

Thank you, as a player how bought the game at launch and was an avid player up until a year or so ago, coming back to the game is a bit tricky considering the amount of time I spent off the game. However, what do you think is the ideal solider sensitivity, as I tried to play with it on around 60%, but I was not able to grasp the huge increase in turn rate quickly.
I did it gradually like 20% every couple of days until I reached 100%
As an experienced player, I'm not totally sure why I clicked on the vid, but I did learn something new: crouching lowers recoil! Who knew? Not me
The other advantage of 1st person is being Able to see farther in regular hip fire and some weapons will have sights that you can only use in first person

I'm new and tried fps. I suck at it. But low and behold when I switch to third person I do good. I think that first person is for people who need to work on aiming but I'm pretty good at that. In fps the affects and explosions that go on in front of you make it nearly impossible to see the battlefield. Third person gives you a better view of the field in my opinion.
I find the blasters are underpowered when I use them, and everyone ends up stealing my kills. I pretty much always play co-op because I suck at anything PvP, and how am I supposed to get better if I die on spawn in PvP?
Just use the a2080 with the assault class. It's a 3 round burst and it shreds.
Play slot of GA with sniper class, it helps with aiming so much
Stop considering people "steal your kills" in a team based video game, it's called teamplay
If your dying when you spawn then don’t spawn on places where you will die, like say someone standing next to enemy maul, or just spawn at at the default spawn, sure it will take longer to get to the front lines, but you won’t get spawn killed.
@@samliong1446 and when the Maul is in your default spawn? That shit even happens in Co-op, every time on Kamino defense on the last point, two hallways, four players, and somehow we’re still getting flanked. I main the heavy class, so normally my focus is on whatever choke point I’m holding, not my radar, so while me and sometimes one other competent player are doing our jobs and actually holding one hallway with sentry gun fire, we have dumb and dumber who hardly have 10k points in the hallway with us doing fuck all without even realizing. Next thing I know our point is suddenly being captured and Dooku is on it, and now that’s my problem to deal with.

as a pc player, the only real problem I have is with non hitscan weapons.
It's a bit difficult to get the hang of how far ahead of an enemy you should shoot for the laser to connect.

If you're new, to both battlefront, and shooters, soldier sensitivity should be around 5%-10% unless you're sniping, or playing as a commando droid, or playing as a jedi hero
The Auto-AIM in this game is hilarious. I started three weeks ago after a long break but it was great after one game.

i actually thought the circles in front of the star fighters where unintentionally there cause either the model was too fat back to they where moving too fast for it to catch up.

*TIP FOR FIGHTING USING NON HEROS*
If you switch your crosshair to the shoulder that’s not facing any kind of obstacle, you will always have an advantage.
Example: Wall is on your right, switch crosshair to left. You keep running and change to the left wall, then switch crosshair to right.
This ensures you’re never putting yourself in the middle of someone else’s shot when they’re giving minimal exposure and you could’ve had an advantage from the get-go.

Is it weird i can land more headshots midrange with the NT than i can land shots on moving targets long range when double scoped?
Double scope mostly just helps you see. It also has lens flare enemy can see easily. It best to zoom once or hip fire unless its hard to see really far. Mid range shots are easier for a lot of people probably.

The Star Bazaar the NT has a short lead. Control your fire is useful too to land your shots. Every successful hit stun locks the enemy and suppressed in effect too.

A PlayStation and pc player here . In my opinion, on pc you should hipfire . It’s easier to track the enemy as they move . On controller (as you have less precise control) use ads.
god damn 575 assualt rank. I preorded the deluxe edition of the game but played it for like half an hour but I've been grinding the game for the past week and got assualt tank 116 and heavy 81 and I unlock the el16 hfe and the TLC 50. is that good at all?

How to switch controls for sprint ? Like L3 to L1 .. As I usually use L1 for sprint .. in PS4 .. And even if I get more kills I'm not in top 5 in scorecard .. how to get more points ?
