My favorite lights tide saber hero to use is a tie between obi wan and Luke. Luke is just a blast to play And obi wan is just so unique and requires skill and I personally love that.
@General Kenobi I just ignore Obi wan players until they push me thinking I don’t see them then I punish them. Obi is just boring play against and fight against.
The only bug is that when you block the block doesn't register and you end up getting hit , the rest of the "bugs" and "glitches" are fundamental things that most online games have .
Especially the game breaking geometry glitch. I'm scared to dodge off a cliff, cause out of nowhere, my jedi hero will just stop and freeze in the middle of a standoff
I love how this is based on lightsaber forms. Luke is balanced offense and defense because he only learned form 1 Shii Cho Yoda is very fast with his strikes because he utilises form 4 Ataru. Rey hasn't learned a style so she relies on her body (stamina). Obi wan is very good in defense because he uses form 3 soresu. Defending and attacking when they're tired is basically the tactic a form 3 user uses. And his offense is decent (because he learned form 4 from qui gon).Anakin is skilled in form 4 and form 5 shien/djem so because he is fast. And muscular. That's why he also has fast stamina recovery but limited fuel. Djem so tactic is countering via a block using his strength and then attacking powerful and fast.

I totally agree with Anakin's weakness, since he used to be able to clear out an entire room using only one ability, so now if you try to use abilities to finish off an enemy he'll be left defenseless.

What I do is run in objective use my pull then Imediatly hit my push rb lb then proceed to spam the crap out of the enemy and finish the rest with passionate strike

I couldn't take this video seriously after your "average" Luke description 🤦♂️. You missed literally everything that makes him a beast, like his fastest health regen, his insane stamina regen, his jump height, speed, and if you wanted to mention his star cards: Intensity. And his obvious weakness: one of the smallest health regen pools.

One thing worth mentioning about the heroes is their attack speed. While Luke and Anakin (who is easily the quickest) are faster than most, which allows them to deal damage more quickly, they also run out of stamina sooner as a result of this speed. Although Obi-Wan, Yoda, and Rey attack less quickly, they retain stamina for longer since they aren't attacking as fast. On the Dark Side, Vader (the fastest) and Maul attack more quickly, Kylo is fairly fast but less so, Dooku is inconsistent (some fast attacks, some slower), and Grievous is very slow. Not necessarily a "tip," but something to keep in mind. Hopefully I didn't miss anyone.
Another strength for Anakin and Luke Skywalker is their strong crowd control. For Rey I would also add her strength of flanking via insight and disengaging easily on maps with multiple flank routes due to being off the minimap with insight as wejj.
Luke , NOT Obi Wan is the greatest defensive hero with his two dash cards enabled with his health on kill . You can hold off 3 to 4 enemy heroes in HvV. Offensive build : stamina , and both repulse cards.
I personally think Luke has the best stamina and health regeneration in the game right now, he’s able to continually do something with how quick his regeneration is

Jeff Foster People are salty that he can still kill the whiners lol. I still see people saying he’s “op”, but the guy at his core was just made to be great. I remember when I killed a Bossk with him after the nerf and got 1st in HvV, said I had “no skill”. Trust me man, 98% of this community have no skill and will never be satisfied with the balancing of the game due to their lack of wanting to learn to play properly aka Luke having the fastest swing speed with 130 dmg despite complaining about Ani’s swing speed and dmg along with acting like he’s the only one with ability combos. Love this channel for not being biased and finding indirect ways of shutting people up.
I find this mario/luke comparison really interesting. Both characters serve as the 'main character' in their respective world and the audience is supposed to 'project' themselves onto them. Therefor they don't have obvious strengths or weaknesses as everyone is supposed to be able to see themselves in their, regardless of their own strengths or weaknesses.
I like Luke he is my favorite character. I always play Luke using his ability more than his basic attack. i uses his ability more cuz i can make my opponent confused but still cautious by using my rush and by the time i got the chance i Will use his basic attack. I always stick to my teamates. just so when i have to back up but if i was in a map that was very dangerous like the map when u can sliped off from the battlefield i always used his force push and Pulse MORE.
I love Luke and was my main in BF1, but OMG the health regeneration kills it for me! He can tank very few hits until he starts losing permanent health and sure he regenerates quick, but I’m pretty good at managing my health with the other heroes

I'd like to see the blaster heroes, Luke is my fav hero but blaster heros feel more team oriented, especially in bigger modes, and I'm always team oriented.
I just played this game Finally after the recent update, and Luke is a BEAST in HvV, I don't spam block, as Luke, but I constantly dodge back and use his dashes, and try to attack from behind. He could use a little work for Galactic Assault, but for HvV he is awesome
I'm a level 40 Leia so maybe I could help a bit (all these are for hvv) use her rapid fire when lightsaber heroes are approaching you, only use secondary fire when you're at range of a enemy at low health or medium health, and with all blaster heroes I recommend always trying to get headshots because it will allow you to defeat enemies before they can do heavy damage. For star cards I use Relentless Firing, High spirit, and Rebel Heart.
I rely on Leia as an ambush hero. Using her flash and e-11 to blind and eliminate enemies quickly and her barrier as a shield to use as cover to leave the area . This works fine in regular modes but it not as strong in HvsV.
I wish Obi Wan's force push wasn't able to be interrupted. Cuz sometimes I wanna get some distance with it and if the ability fails or doesn't register then it could mean I can be in trouble.
@@reallifeoctane9293 I don't want to belittle that view, but Anarchy is just a decent high tier player with Heroes. The only gameplay UA-camr I would venerate for Hero play is Numpteez. Now Numpteez is someone I would welcome a few duels against. Unfortunately he is a PS4 only player. Star Bazaar and Numpteez would be a great fight though.
I never really see Luke as “average”. I find him to be great for an aggressive hit-and-run playstyle, and his abilities chain together better than most characters in the game. Spot on for the rest of the list though.
He is definitely a strong aggressive hero, I just meant with his stamina he doesn't have a strength either way. He's even across the board. But he has range with his push and repulse, he's fast, and his health recovers quickly too. Very balanced without a huge focus on offense or defense specifically. Low key I might have been wrong in the video, I think Luke might now be the best light side hero after his recent buff.
I’d say Luke definitely falls more offensive, not due to stamina but all his abilities are meant to do damage, nothing for himself or a debuff, using his speed to dash around and constantly attack makes me very dominant when dueling with him and why he’s my personal favorite
BobaFett is unkillable if you're a jedi hero. I don't mind if he recovers from blaster fire mid air, but force abilities should completely knock him down.
Side note love glad they change hero’s vs hero’s! Those sucks then everyone Swarms you there vs ones always seemed what they do I love one vs one saber fights you fave hero boi ones cus I always play defense.
HvV might be fun consistently if Lightsaber combat would allow facing multiple attackers, as anymore than 1 lightsaber player attacking you results in your quick defeat from taking 2/3/4x saber damage in less than a second with no chance of escape, or use of skill to defeat your attackers. (This is one of the problems with the HvV gamemode). Perhaps after taking a lightsaber hit from 1 player there be a short time (e.g. 2secs) where any subsequent hits from other players (those that didn't get the first hit) are reduced by 90% damage
You can get a bit around this when turning off aim assist when using a lightsaber hero since when you block, the aim assist kind off locks on to a player. When off you could try to fend off most attacks. The other part is timing dodges to survive. It's tricky but not impossible. Definitely takes time to get used to it though since it also applies for offence.

Still, the other part is still valid. Timing dodging while retreating to the nearest teammate, and hope he can save you lol
@@fernandomolina8741 I agree it's valid and works but only sometimes, as often you when you dodge and are attacked you get sucked back to where you were to take more hits from 2/3/4 players. This 'dodge suction' is another frustrating part of saber combat.

I find that Rey is played basically as a better version of the droidekas. Use her to flank your enemies, and then escape before they know what hit them. Just like how droidekas are played.

The only thing I manage to do with Obi-Wan is keeping an enemy waiting until another teammate comes to attack him and then I either die or run away.

Anakin skywalker Takes careful timing with your abilities to be good at now. I believe he is in a balanced place now.
He is very godlike against opposing heroes still.

In HvV it’s really a good idea to chain your attacks as Anakin, especially if you’re charging an entire enemy team of 4.

I'd like to see the blaster heroes, Luke is my fav hero but blaster heros feel more team oriented, especially in bigger modes, and I'm always team oriented.
I love Ani, he's my fav character from all Star Wars universe ^^
He doesn't have the high ground tho.....

I just played this game Finally after the recent update, and Luke is a BEAST in HvV, I don't spam block, as Luke, but I constantly dodge back and use his dashes, and try to attack from behind. He could use a little work for Galactic Assault, but for HvV he is awesome

I'm a level 40 Leia so maybe I could help a bit (all these are for hvv)
use her rapid fire when lightsaber heroes are approaching you, only use secondary fire when you're at range of a enemy at low health or medium health, and with all blaster heroes I recommend always trying to get headshots because it will allow you to defeat enemies before they can do heavy damage. For star cards I use Relentless Firing, High spirit, and Rebel Heart.
I rely on Leia as an ambush hero.
Using her flash and e-11 to blind and eliminate enemies quickly and her barrier as a shield to use as cover to leave the area . This works fine in regular modes but it not as strong in HvsV.

I wish Obi Wan's force push wasn't able to be interrupted. Cuz sometimes I wanna get some distance with it and if the ability fails or doesn't register then it could mean I can be in trouble.
Im a obi-wan main and he dominates on heroes versus villain. He just has the highest defenses. Plus his all out push can crossmap.

@@reallifeoctane9293 I don't want to belittle that view, but Anarchy is just a decent high tier player with Heroes. The only gameplay UA-camr I would venerate for Hero play is Numpteez.
Now Numpteez is someone I would welcome a few duels against. Unfortunately he is a PS4 only player. Star Bazaar and Numpteez would be a great fight though.
I never really see Luke as “average”. I find him to be great for an aggressive hit-and-run playstyle, and his abilities chain together better than most characters in the game. Spot on for the rest of the list though.
He is definitely a strong aggressive hero, I just meant with his stamina he doesn't have a strength either way. He's even across the board. But he has range with his push and repulse, he's fast, and his health recovers quickly too. Very balanced without a huge focus on offense or defense specifically. Low key I might have been wrong in the video, I think Luke might now be the best light side hero after his recent buff.

I’d say Luke definitely falls more offensive, not due to stamina but all his abilities are meant to do damage, nothing for himself or a debuff, using his speed to dash around and constantly attack makes me very dominant when dueling with him and why he’s my personal favorite
BobaFett is unkillable if you're a jedi hero. I don't mind if he recovers from blaster fire mid air, but force abilities should completely knock him down.

My favorite character to use in this whole game is OBI-WAN KENOBI, always has been since he came into the game

Side note love glad they change hero’s vs hero’s! Those sucks then everyone Swarms you there vs ones always seemed what they do I love one vs one saber fights you fave hero boi ones cus I always play defense.
Rey also can hide from ppl while using her insights both from villains and other bad side characters just like bubba fett with his sensor.

HvV might be fun consistently if Lightsaber combat would allow facing multiple attackers, as anymore than 1 lightsaber player attacking you results in your quick defeat from taking 2/3/4x saber damage in less than a second with no chance of escape, or use of skill to defeat your attackers. (This is one of the problems with the HvV gamemode). Perhaps after taking a lightsaber hit from 1 player there be a short time (e.g. 2secs) where any subsequent hits from other players (those that didn't get the first hit) are reduced by 90% damage
You can get a bit around this when turning off aim assist when using a lightsaber hero since when you block, the aim assist kind off locks on to a player. When off you could try to fend off most attacks. The other part is timing dodges to survive. It's tricky but not impossible. Definitely takes time to get used to it though since it also applies for offence.

Still, the other part is still valid. Timing dodging while retreating to the nearest teammate, and hope he can save you lol
@@fernandomolina8741 I agree it's valid and works but only sometimes, as often you when you dodge and are attacked you get sucked back to where you were to take more hits from 2/3/4 players. This 'dodge suction' is another frustrating part of saber combat.

I find that Rey is played basically as a better version of the droidekas. Use her to flank your enemies, and then escape before they know what hit them. Just like how droidekas are played.
