Reinforcements are really unbalanced when compared to their counterparts in almost every single era. Death troopers are way more powerful than the Wookiees for example. Dice needs to take a month and rebalance this game.
People complained hard about the Wookie Warrior and got smashed with nerfs, they used to have 350 HP for example but got dropped down to 320 which makes no sense, also had 20 range and got dumped down to 10. Lot of overkill nerfs that need to be reverted.

That'd be pretty cool. Having commando droids taking on sith troooers and death troopers vs arc troopers and so on. Not a bad idea though I doubt the developers would ever consider it lol.
K0 B1 at least in IA, make it so you can use any faction against eachother, that’d be so cool. Empire vs First Order, Republic vs Rebellion, ect. None of it makes sense (except kind of, separatists vs empire) but it’d be cool. Especially if it’s *just* offline

Commando Droid's melee has a brief window you can pause after a swing and continue the combo after. Mashing the button seems to stick you to the person you're hitting, but if you wait slightly you can hit someone and bounce to another person with the built in lunge. This can also be used for if someone tries to dodge you after the first swing and you lunge right back at them to continue the combo and get the knockdown. If you're really fast (and there's no lag) you can get a 2nd sword combo off on a hero and get the knockdown again right about when they finish the get up animation, can be devastating.
When playing aerials you can use the horizontal dash against a ledge to launch yourself upwards and gain much more distance. If you get good at it you essentially count with two vertical dashes all the time
You know what people do that makes me want to die? Only using the Ovissian Gunner's anti-armor mode. She is much more effective when using her primary fire.
One more thing about the Death Troopers is that dodging while the Overblast ability is activated will get you to move faster to more positions due to the slowdown of the movement when the ability is activated.
when I'm the flame trooper people can stand in my flame for a very very long time. However when their flame touches me I die in less than 2 seconds....I never understood this.
Am i the only one who feels like it takes 2 shots to kill me but I've literally unloaded gatling gun rounds onto people and they wont die? I don't get it
Yes. I'm super new, got it with ps+ I seem to die from sniper head one shots... yet it takes 2 or 3 shots from me (including headshots) to put even general infantry down.

So another useful trick with the first order trooper is that you can maximize your damage output by beginning with his reg blaster overheat-switch to tri barrel overheat-repeat. I am aware that you cannot switch while jet pack is active, but there is way to swap in flight. which is to overheat blaster-stop pressing the fly/hover button-and swap to your tri barrel- press the button to engage a jet pack motion-repeat until fuel drained or land early
Concerning the First Order Jet Trooper's cooldown, if you switch from grenade launching back to blaster the cooldown is removed and vice versa, and that has saved me a couple times!
I love the weapon change of the death dark trooper!. Also the first Oder jet troops has become my favorite and can what should most troopers should be up high eyes in the sky!. Add decent g bade luncher is pretty fun.
I love the commando droid and I ended up stumbling upon the stab n' dash (what I call it), another thing I learned that can make the trick better is by starting off with a melee lunge first, then the dodge and repeat. The reason is your dodges are on a CD but you melee isn't and I've found that because of this you are able to crank out a few more dashes (as long as you time it properly and watch your dodge CD). I've also found out that this move can also outrun most hero's and is very useful for escaping if done correctly, or until the hero gets vexed and leaves you alone allowing you to live for much longer, and if you time it correctly if a Hero tries to use a force ability on you, if your mid dodge animation (not melee) then you dodge the force ability which ticks em off :).

I'll probably never get to play as a hero in this game because everyone and their brother will have beat me to it. So it's nice to get tips for something I'll actually get to play with.
With the droideka, you can shoot alot faster if you just hip fire right off the bat. Your droid will just start shooting before the transformation animation is done, saving you some valuable time.
Jet trooper hover: aim down sights when using LB/L2 ability. Theres Challenge progression tied to this but i don't recall the game ever telling us about this.
A great you also wanna keep in mind is the right click on the enforcer at resistance. It will keep the minigun spinning and also make in the engage time faster.
One more tip with the first order jet trooper you can go up using 40 percent of the jet pack then using it in bearly touching like ur typing Morse code
Fantastic video dude really informative. I've owned this game for over a year but never really played multiplayer just did the ship battles & hero battles started multiplayer about 2 days ago and I've really been struggling it's a steep learning curve.
I wish you’d have said that the ARC Trooper Power Blast was essentially a long range homing shot with massive hotbox detection. It’s a great utility at longer ranges, and gives them that edge they need beyond close range. Damn thing is like Han’s Lucky Shot in Battlefront 2015

I found another trick for the Commando Droid. You can litteraly jump on a TX-130 and shoot him. He can't fight back. He will be distracted by you and, because you can't stay on him if he move (you have to move to stay), your team can shoot him while he tries to take you down. If he get you down, just jump again on him😂

another tip not really a secret but with the jet trooper.. when your grenade launcher goes into over heat switch to your main weapon. after a few seconds your grenade launcher is ready to go.. nice way to keep accurate rate of fire

About the Rocket Droid's "secret": technically is not that secret if you consider two things about the droid's design that also is accounted it does not dash that well compared to the other airborne infantry of the game: 1- the B2-RP is a modification of the B2 SBD (which is the most armored and as result the heaviest and slugiest infantry droid the CIS ever fielded) made with such haste to counter the Jet Troopers of the GAR and to facilitate boarding small capital vessels by harrasing defenses as well as to provide quick air when droid starfighters might not do the trick. To do so, Baktoid Automata removed parts of the back of the B2's original design to fit a weaker miniature version of the Vulture Droid's propulsion system (which is not known for good maneuvering in atmospheric envoriment) while keeping the heavy frontal plates intact and thus it wheights like the normal B2 if not slightly heavier. And 2- the angle of the exausts in proportion to the back is too closed if compared with the jet packs of the other aerials and Boba Fett when activated which makes it easy to propel it upwards but will require to lean even more in order to move in any direction. Couple this with the wheight of the droid and you get why it is like that. When you aim downward, the droid leans foward and increases the dash distance by applying the second reason
With the first order jet trooper you can overheat the grenade launcher and then switch back to the normal firing mode while it's on overheat- only worked for me when on the ground
Playing on PC with all the hack/cheaters, my least favorite are the aerial mains. I’ve gone up against a few players that clearly use aimbot type hacks so they use their jetpacks as an easy way to dodge everything while simply pulling the trigger to get top player in supremacy, GA
Gotta be honest, didn't really expect to learn anything new since I try to keep up with the best tips to improve my game, though the cool down tips for the jet trooper and spy were actually pretty helpful. Definitely makes the jet trooper's grenade launcher much more efficient.
On the first order jet trooper grande weapon the fastest way to reload is switch back to normal weapon and then back to the grande one, it have no recharge time and it works grate

it can also shield up directly from ball form with no jump xD that kinda had me wondering if the jump is needed lel

With the first order jet trooper, if you constantly switch from tri blast lancher to regular fire when you over heat you never haft to cool down.

I use the bx's vibro sword as a 4th dash when sprinting. Cool that someone else saw the potential for the lunge the bx does

To do so, Baktoid Automata removed parts of the back of the B2's original design to fit a weaker miniature version of the Vulture Droid's propulsion system (which is not known for good maneuvering in atmospheric envoriment) while keeping the heavy frontal plates intact and thus it wheights like the normal B2 if not slightly heavier.
And 2- the angle of the exausts in proportion to the back is too closed if compared with the jet packs of the other aerials and Boba Fett when activated which makes it easy to propel it upwards but will require to lean even more in order to move in any direction. Couple this with the wheight of the droid and you get why it is like that.
When you aim downward, the droid leans foward and increases the dash distance by applying the second reason
The FO jet trooper can switch between his main and tri-barrel constantly and never have to worry about any cool down

With the first order jet trooper you can overheat the grenade launcher and then switch back to the normal firing mode while it's on overheat- only worked for me when on the ground
Playing on PC with all the hack/cheaters, my least favorite are the aerial mains. I’ve gone up against a few players that clearly use aimbot type hacks so they use their jetpacks as an easy way to dodge everything while simply pulling the trigger to get top player in supremacy, GA

Gotta be honest, didn't really expect to learn anything new since I try to keep up with the best tips to improve my game, though the cool down tips for the jet trooper and spy were actually pretty helpful. Definitely makes the jet trooper's grenade launcher much more efficient.
On the first order jet trooper grande weapon the fastest way to reload is switch back to normal weapon and then back to the grande one, it have no recharge time and it works grate
