Hi Paul Note our current package price of H17 kayak, trailer and dolly at $8990.00. If you buy a boat from us then the trailer/dolly combo cost represents $2,490.00. (Australian $) after the cost of boat. That is very reasonable. We put a lot of effort into this combo and don't want to share our efforts with our competition. So it cost more to buy a trailer/dolly combo of us if you didn't buy your boat from us. Cheers
Brilliant! I wish we had such inventive people over here in the UK. As someone with a smashed up spine, I could really do with something like that for my PA14 as its not the easiest boat in the world for me to get onto my cars roof. Towing it would make life a hell f a lot easier and so much better if I want to travel somewhere different. I assume the trailer is happy doing more than 50mph / 80kmh??
Considered making that rear cross bar a roller? This is pretty cool, but I wonder at point I should just buy a boat instead of turning my yak into one...
Simon Ordo No, didn't consider a roller. Its easy enough to use as is, and we're aiming to keep costs reasonable. Re: yak/boat... the PA17 isn't a kayak. Its a boat.
+mike scarano Yes, theft is a possibility. Putting the dolly back on the trailer and using a bike lock is no problem. When racing Hobie Catamarans we leave our beach rollers on the sand and for some reason no one ever bothers with them. Touch wood.....cheeers

MrTatts64 No problem with speed. Our highways are uo to 110km/h. Rack up all the speeding fines you want. Cheers

great product the only thing I see wrong is you can't leave it just lay there it needs to be put back on trailer an some how locked or it's gone
