    Milk is good if it's coconut milk. Or goat's milk. As cow milk is not good for the bones. I cut cow milk out and changed to coconut milk. A taste I had to adapt to. But it's been worth it as I have a little more energy.

    This was very helpful thank you but we eat all those and we still have high blood pressure maybe next time we can find out what can really eat and blow up blood pressure

    There's videos that say bananas are not good for high blood pressure, and this video says bananas are good for high blood pressure. Which video is correct?

      I believe the ripeness of the banana is the difference. The riper the banana, the higher the sugar content. Bananas that are too ripe are to avoid. Still kind of greenish and a bit under ripe bananas are good. I could be wrong, but that's what I conclude from the research I've done.

    Thanks so much for this feedback. Salt must be cut out of the diet. Especially snacks with high salt content. I lowered my HB by changing my diet not in a drastic way just removing some stuff and adding some good foods. Rather use Himalayan salt and use canola oil rich in omegas and good for the heart. Instead of cooking oil.

    Instead of yoghurt, use unsweetened, organic, FULL FAT KEFIR. This is similar to yoghurt but has 15 strains of beneficial bacteria (yoghurt has only 3) and is far more resistant to stomach acids.

    If untreated with Candesartan my blood pressure wil sit around 170/ 120 and I eat at least 4 bananas a day. 3or 4 oranges and not much elce except drinking full cream milk The reason is that that is such an easy way of living ! S0?

    I 've heard a lot of contradictions regarding high blood pressure...ex...."don't eat high potassium foods like bananas when taking BP meds" ....."eat bananas to lower BP"...which is it?

      Makes perfect sense to me. BP meds lower BP, so would loads of Bananas….so do not eat them together, so your BP doesn’t tank…..
