They are reeeeaalley good and also vegan and not animal tested :) Their liquid foundation is pretty awesome, also because they have it in a very fair colour. Just to let you know :)

Love this video, the only thing I think is wrong is that you're microwaving food, I'm in no way trying to be negative, it's just so so bad for your health and it takes out all of the goodness in the vegetables. I haven't owned a microwave in years and honestly it's the best thing ever, I know it's a lot more time consuming to cook your food but it is so worth it in the end for your health. ❤️
There is nothing to support the idea that microwaves change the nutritional content of foods. By what mechanism, scientifically, do you believe this occurs?

I always wonder about those: pita bread and wraps. If they are wholemeal, are they better for you than bread? Are they the same? I recently came across a note that wraps have more calories than white bread :( can you tell me the truth? :D xx
Calories shouldn't be the issue, don't be scared of that (unless you're going absolutely overboard with junk food haha). Anyway I digress haha, wholemeal is a much better option than white, multigrain or even rye breads/wraps. Some of the "brown" breads now are just as processed as white bread and I found out as part of my nutrition course they actually dye some of them brown again!!
would you be able to make the sweet potato mix the night before and then fill the wrap in the morning? and how long should the sweet potato mix last in the fridge?
Are the onions for flavor or nutrition? I don’t like raw onions, but I could grill them and not notice them much if they are balancing out the nutritional content of the food.

Yeah of course! I kept mine in the fridge for two days before I finished it off and it was fine :)
