I feel privileged by becoming a part in the audience of the enlightening lecture on women's rights by Honourable Mrs. Justice B.V. Nagarathna. A copy of the constitution of India with beautiful calligraphy in the prize distribution was a delight to watch. Thank you dear Sheshu sir for organizing such a memorable lecture of Friday Group.
INDIAN CONSTITUTION IS BRITISH LAWS OR AMERICAN LAWS WHERE DIVORCE RATES ARE VERY VERY HIGH. Reason is empowerment of women. I talked to many men in west. They do not want to marry because women have enormous power. Men are scared. Women try hard to get a husband who is decent and have good earning capacity. Men do not want to marry. so, they have fun only. EMPOWERED WOMEN DO NOT WANT TO COOK, HAVE CHILDREN AND DO NOT WANT TO RAISE THEM.

I would say the Friday group is doing amazing work by spreading law knowledge freely to every section of society. The lawyers and law students are the biggest beneficiaries. The Justice B.V Nagarathna is one of the best women Judges I had ever seen. Her lecture seems natural and not one-sided and she speaks of the reality of society. The Seshagiri Rao is doing a fantastic Job. He is a true karma yogi who is donating his valuable time from his busy practice to this Friday Group where everyone is learning every aspect of law which is utmost necessary for Higher Court and Supreme Court lawyers. The contribution of Seshagiri Rao Sir towards law is remarkable, tremendous, and huge. Today law students and lawyers from every part of India know about Friday Group and Seshagiri Rao ji. I am most happy to hear one of the most learned women Judge of the Supreme Court and feel most lucky to hear her speak. Kindly please ask her to speak on why when for her home state that is Karnataka Centre can so coolly create two more HC Benches for just four and eight districts only at Dharwad and Gulbarga respectively in Karnataka with population of Karnataka being just 6 crore only but for West UP with more than ten crore population and which owes for more than half of the total number of pending cases of UP and still leave alone High Court has not even a single HC Bench! She must explain why UP tops in the State list of having maximum number of pending cases and still has just one Bench and that too so near to Allahabad at Lucknow only and nowhere else! She must explain why UP where crime rate against women is highest and still has just one Bench only so close to Allahabad at Lucknow only and nowhere else! Why women victims of 30 districts of West UP have to travel whole night and half day all the way most stupidly till Allahabad which is 230 km far away from Allahabad to seek justice as there is no Bench in any of the 30 districts of West UP and West UP have been attached with Allahabad which is 230 km away from Lucknow and why Centre is not ready to even approve e-filing facility for even women so that they don't have to travel all the way to Allahabad to seek justice? She must also speak on why Maharashtra which is the home state of incumbent CJI Dr Dhananjay Yashwant Chandrachud has maximum number of High Court Benches even though it tops in the latest justice index ranking list and where women are totally safe to travel all alone even in night anytime and anywhere in the whole state and in UP where women are totally unsafe even with their family and friends and can be robbed and raped and assaulted in broad daylight as happened with some women in Bulandshahr and the then Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court Dilip Babasaheb Bhosale whose home state is Maharashtra and who slammed the law and order situation in UP and said in Maharashtra women and girls are totally safe all alone even in night anywhere and yet has maximum number of Benches and why the incumbent CJI Dr Dhananjay Yashwant Chandrachud never addresses this key issue directly pertaining to women and girls even though he has been Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court for 3 years as he himself concedes? Why when lawyers of West UP went on strike in Dr Dhananjay Yashwant Chandrachud term as Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court for five and half months in 2014-15 yet he did just nothing? Will heavens fall if a High Court Bench is created in West UP in any of the 30 districts of West UP as was recommended also by Justice Jaswant Singh Commission report and even the 230th report of the Law Commission of India recommended creation of more High Court Bench in all needy states and yet fourteen years later no action taken? She must also speak on why lawless Bihar has not even a single HC Bench and so also West UP? She must speak on why Justice Jaswant Singh Commission headed by former Supreme Court Judge recommended three HC Benches for undivided UP yet not one created and Maharashtra which already had multiple HC Benches was given one more at Aurangabad in Maharashtra in 1985 and former Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray approved one more at Kolhapur for just six district? Why there is no uniformity in creation of High Court Benches and why most needy states have just one as in UP or none as in Bihar? She must speak and explain why this worst discrimination right under the nose of the Supreme Court since last more than 75 years has been going on unhindered, unchecked and unaccounted for? I am very respectful Madam and Sir also law You are all talking about the concept of women empowerment and her choice of life Thanks to you all. But being a woman tearfully I am telling hardly I studied in the name of my father cast and income certificate I got good marks and taken( GPSTR) teacher exam , There also taken 18th rank . But by the cause of not submitted Husbands cast and income in the application they keep my score out of from the selection list. Without giving any information They did like this.. But Now a days being a woman as married or not she need a job. Because of her existence in the society..
But now we not only me other women also facing same issue in Karnataka.... Even really I don't know woman are empowering Please give justice me and like other woman..... I will be very great ful you and all ....... Sorry if I said any wrong I trust Indian law...

I got enlightened while hearing the lecture of hon'ble justice. After hearing entire lecture I'm in doubt relating to the share of a widow.
I have hope to recover from my illness while hearing speech of hon womenjudges.
I do not see them as women judges or men judges, but just Hon'ble Judges. I think I may be gender agnostic. I don't know if that is a good thing or a bad thing. But I think this is the real essence of gender equality or gender neutrality. No gender should be empowered over the other but should strive for equality. The same goes for other markers of Social Equality. If any section is given an unfair advantage over an extended period, then not only does incompetence creep in but also a false sense of entitlement. Maybe 50 years from now we will be fighting for Men's Empowerment, the way some Women's rights groups have misinterpreted gender equality. Two wrongs do not make a right.
52:00 While most Judges speak simply of women's rights, this is one Judge who speaks from the heart about balancing rights with fairness, peace and fostering family harmony. Perhaps that is why one of the few shared parenting judgments in the country was passed by this Judge while in the HC. Aided by unscrupulous lawyers, educated and rich women do not shy away from filing all sorts of cases not only on their parents and siblings for property but also on their husband's family for property, child custody and to hide their own immoral conduct.
Could the Friday Group also please invite her Ladyship to speak of shared parenting?

Why has it become so serious to think that the women of India are living in pathetic conditions and their hardworking sacrifices are ignored, and thus the Judiciary thinks that Hindu women will get justice after giving equal share in the property, and recognition Will get the same
Sometimes some opportunistic thinking women in the father's property after more than 30 years of their marriage without writing the will of the father after his sudden death is it okay to conquer?
In every family, there are many unwritten and unseen facts, so it is shameful for the innocent family to stand before them as an accused of fraud & defend the case against their sister's.

Women filing 498a after 30 days marriage is entitled for right of maintenance in multiple cases for entire life. Is there any protection for men who are exploited by cunning and greedy women.

Giving a few people rights rest to b looted that's education in India presently.... Right to life must include right to live happily w shelter food n min electricity/water/health.... Ie five min 49kg rice to all who wants it based on adhaar card hw much does it cost go nothing.... Govt takes food from farmers gives them or contracts to get food say 20rs a kg a mth per person ie 10 kgsx20rs x12mthsx140 cr population ie 3.36 cr a yr even if u distribute full 140cr population which doesn't happen so let's say all of 50yrs above Nd under children that's 1/4 of population shd b covered 84000crs as farm subsidy ... And pds so who looses no one the country gains and maybe all women so 2/3 of population ie 2.2lakh crs set for farm subsidy yearly food to life... Shd b first set right by judiciary no hera pheri as of now set it as a right no stupid bstrds can or shd take that right away from each citizen of Indian under 20yrs over 50yrs and women... Once this is set rest of equality will start coming
