    Remember a couple of things straight!
    1) Never create a joint account with your wife.
    2) Never create joint FDs with your wife.
    3) Never add a wife's name as co-owner when her financial contribution is 0% in the property purchase.
    4) Don't purchase property in your wife's name to get miniscule tax savings. It may cost you a lot later.
    5) Always keep big ticket item bills safe, for jewellery etc.
    Times are not the same anymore.

    Why wouldn't court simply ask the wife to file a divorce, it feels as if the whole system is trying to make innocent men suffer. What is the point of granting permission to stay in a house where the lady is "allegedly" being tortured whereas a logical solution would be for her to file for separation and have the court direct the husband to pay off the liabilities.

      In that case, you are not gonna get married in the first place because you will be infamous for forging facts during marriage negotiations and preliminary enquiries done by bride's family. And a a result, you may end up spending days and weeks in promiscuity and increase the sickness of society and your elderly parents.
      And if you somehow manage to get married then you will end up dishonest and your wife may get a sense of it... and as a reaction to her anxiety and frustration caused by your dishonesty, you will file a case that she has "beaten you up".
      So, be honest, be transparent and you win success and happiness..

    Sir ,. what are the criminal cases that can be filed against abusive housewife and abusive in Laws?
    And also after filing case on house wife and on abusive In laws , how to protect our family and ourselves from false cases which will be levelled by wife in future?
    Can men seek interim maintanance and alimony from working wife?
    suppose if a man is going to wife’s house after marriage , can he claim rights over that property? as right to reside?! in abusive relationship matter?

    • @kabeerkhan8390
      @kabeerkhan8390 2 роки тому +3

      Rather than filing false cases, I believe one must be attentive and keep an eye on their in-laws personal, professional and business activities, and whenever a crime is committed then make a formal complaint to the law-enforcement authorities or Police. For example, once Father-in-law had beaten sister-in-law and incidentally she was bleeding in her toe. So took a video from mobile and then called Police, and then MLC was done at the hospital, and then next day a FIR was filed against the Father-In-Law and he was in Police custody. And in this case the Sister-in-law was cooperative but its always not the case. So its a good idea to simply look for opportunities to act legitimately. Likewise if someone is doing illigal business or possibly a tax fraud then it could as well be a ground for a formal complaint. But all this against your wife or in-laws could have direct impact on your married life and remember Newton's third law that "every action has equal and opposite reaction" :-)

So you mere approaching her would not only make you loose the case but will have chance of you going to jail.
