A very warm evening to the elite, distinguished and respectful entire team of the SC's FRIDAY GROUP along with the revered and veteran Guests with such an enriched knowledge and informations which they love to impart to this Friday Group by sparing their invaluable and priceless time.
I have very recently enrolled with the SCBA and very much fascinated with the servings of this group much before I got my enrollment here at SCBA.
I will acknowledge and be thankful if someone authorized may suggest me whether I may join such useful discussion in person. If the reply will be in postive then i would also appreciate to informed about its timings as well as any procedural requirement to be the part of Friday Group meeting.
This is Advocate Puneet Kaushik

Good tips for Advocates from an experienced person who was an Advocate, Judge and now an Advocate;Advocacy is an art of presenting matters after gaining, information, knowledge of facts and law through 1:25:01 hard work; we are always students; Y.K.N.SHARMA.
The speaker make us realise how ignorant we are of many facets of law.Time to read the books he has referred.
MEMORABLE LECUTURE AND IT IS USEFUL TO EVERY ONE.
Honble sir , seems to be conglomerated reincarnated version of Sri Aurobindo , Gandhi and Ambedkar. Distinct honour to hear such great unearthed personality........
Please provide, the PDF, Dama Seshadri Naidu Sir was referring to. 🙏

Excellent. The lady at the end is incomprehensible. she is reading yet loses grammar all the time.
Yes, she ruins the whole joy of the impactful session. Fake accent and zero modulation of voice.
what a passionate and learned lawyer he is. His classes seemed intriguing than a good movie. stokes of fire while he is talking.
It should not be pleasing judges. It is about as lawyers or any other field related to law, how much committed are you to give justice to your client legally.
Please make available the notes given by Speaker to viewers like me who are at mufsil courts
Please upload the pdf mentioned by the Hon'ble speaker for UA-cam viewers as well.. It will be very helpful for us... There are more UA-cam viewers than what were present during that lecture... Please upload thanks
Why no one speaks on why Uttar Pradesh with maximum number of pending cases and maximum population has least High Court Benches and why Maharashtra which tops in the latest justice index ranking list has maximum number of Benches? Please answer Why West UP which owes for more than half of the total number of pending cases has none and only Eastern UP has both High Court and Bench? Why when Nainital High Court can be shifted to Haldwani as approved by Centre can the Allahabad High Court or Bench at Lucknow be shifted at any place in West UP? My best wishes and best regards, Sanjeev Sirohi, Advocate

Why voluntary retirement? He was an eminent judge, should not have retired.
The partial elevations or transfers tend to force some judges to take voluntary retirement
