    Law of adverse possession and Limitation is a topic of cardinal
    importance so far as a legal practitioner at the original as well as appellate side is concerned. Mastery of this branch of law with precision is necessary to prosecute as well as to defend suits instituted for the relief of ejectment of property on the strength of plaintiff's title.There are plethora of case law on this subject.
    There are exhaustive commentaries
    penned by reputed jurists.Right from

    You speak so well on such intricate legal issues. Please also speak on why the most populated state of India and still has just one Bench and that too so near to Allahabad at Lucknow only and nowhere else and here too the more than 10 crores people of 30 districts of West UP are made to travel not just till Lucknow which is 230 km earlier but right uptill Allahabad to seek justice and still no one speaks a word on it? Why no one speaks on why when Justice Jaswant Singh Commission headed by former Supreme Court Judge recommended three HC Benches for undivided UP yet not one created and Maharashtra which already had multiple HC Benches and still one more created at Aurangabad in Maharashtra in 1985 and former Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray approved one more at Kolhapur for just six district but not a single for UP since 75 years and why lawless Bihar has none?     my father purchased a land in1975 in Haryana through registered sale deed. he constructed factory on it and run that factory till 1990.then our family shifted to Delhi.We had electriciy connection, sales tax no etc on this premises, just a month back we came to know that the land on which our factory is situated belongs to seller and land as per sale deed is bit far from this land.
    seller never raised any objection to our possesion till date land surrounding our factory belongs to seller including our actual property as per registered sale deed.
    what to do please suggest

    Use of this act for land transfer without registration, name have to transfer on court order, buy and sell with black money without any feat of income tax department, both will create falls case of adverse possession, each other, get results expart, u will save lakh of rupees against expenditure of few thousand rupees, good law for bhrastachar, corruption. Jai ho SC

    Mem as your example permesive possession converted hostiles possession I hope this judgment is also challengeing as a part of legal grounds, because without breakup the permesive possession how convert the hostile possession if a rental payment is based to convert this natur of possession how possible the court merged the both issues rental and possession is same 🙏

    Sir my name is Narayana swamy sir and I am the secretary of mvs education trust and my father cultivating govt land since 1967 and from 2001 he has registered trust for giving education and 2005 he has taken permission to run school and simultaneously he has written govt to give land for lease but in 2008 he was no more later I took over and constructed building to run school for economically weaker section students and I coco

    It is ligallised theft case, I regularly visiting plot, and I have possession, last 23 years, one man placed wooden cabin on September 19 and place case for title on Oct 19 that he had possession from 23 years on date I fight true owner keep possession, always again again I kicked out owner, now I should allow title and saving from owner, as he didn't take any action, where as owner deposit lease rent, property tax to govt as he practically know that no one occupied, but only trespassing occupied for one , by false affidavit he claims adverse possession, that's why it is Draconian laws for poor, simple people, now everyone demanding money, plot rate go down by 80% , either u fight for long or hand over property at negligible cost.

    Sir/madam, Hum 91 years se apne Dada ki property main rehte hain aur Shop chalate hain. Year 1980-85 main Mere Dada ji is zameen ke owner in possession by way of adverse possession by District court order declared hain. 2003 main ye land Kisi ne purchase kar di aur phir se muqadmain kiye gaye. Faisla Hamare favor main hua. Joki partly decree hua hai. Humara kabza jahan tak tha ab tak wahin tha lekin Kuch part ko damage Karke sadak nikal di gayi hai. Revenue department main RTI se jankari mili hai ki ye zameen jamabandi main entered zameen se jyada hai. Kya isme Revenue Department dwara correction of revenue entries ho sakti hai? Please suggest me.

    According to conscious how a property of a real owner with proper patta issued by the state agency goes to another person under limitation act on the basis of adverse possession. As long as the owner dispose the property it remains with him and no one claim ownership under adverse possession is to be enacted by way of law to prevent unjustifiable action.

    It is legalised theft specially in properties in State of UP where laws are flexible to the extent that sale by third party is done and registration has no significance Yes trespasser and owner is misinformed by agent/builder .So, the builder sold it to two or used the money of the owner but built it for the trespasser. The parties were associated with trespasser company so the builder was made to pay the penalty . State laws . Thanks.

    mam u told without knowing the true owner possesion cannt be hostile....but in 2009 alternate relief case...if b was not true owner or under doubt..then how can this possession be converted into adverse possession....by this way this can be done in a planned way to get the benifiet of adverse posseion....

    Do adverse possession act works under blood relation for e.g- my grandfather brother(my father uncle) he claims my grandfather 1 piece of land after he died.
    We have possession of that individual land for over 20 years and we have done boundaries. Suggest please!

    A land mortgadged wih possesion for ten years ,after expiry of ten years mortdager did not take possesion back and mortdgee continue reman in possesiin for thirty five years and there was no action frm mortdager .now as per adverse posseseion concept mortdagee can plead adverse posseson as defence if case is file by mortdger aftrr 35 years
