Dear Nagamuthu sir, the term 'not proved' is defined in certain bare acts is written wrongly as " when a fact is said not to be proved....." Is it correct "when a fact is said to be not proved ....". sir also read as "when a fact is said not to be proved". Sir if I am mistaken forgive me. I am a staunch follower of Ur class, but I noticed it. I have already sent my view, towards which u sir sent a proper and immediate reply. Thank u sir. I think it so happened owing to ur over sight.
For the contribution rendered by Shri Justice SN, to legal fraternity, he should be given a "Padma" award
