  • We do steaks probably weekly here at the house and this is one of my methods of how I like to do them. This is an easy way to learn how to cook steaks on the griddle! Enjoy!
Using the steak seasoning from previous video, use that to season before hand. Add that same seasoning to your onions and mushrooms for added flavor.

This video, gave me the confidence, to cook a steak on the griddle. I'm a grill and smoker guy, that has recently started to griddle. My family will agree, that steaks on the griddle are amazing. I thoroughly enjoy your channel. I've been binge watching. Keep up the great work. God bless you and your family.

Picked up a 22 inch version the other day specifically to use for our RV. Had no idea how versatile these grills are. I consider myself to be a pretty good cook in the kitchen and on a charcoal or gas grill but the griddle is new to me. My wife is a COVID nurse and has really been working hard lately. I’m writing this in the first week of July and the second wave of COVID is in full swing. I’m going to make her this steak dinner tonight when she comes home her shift. I’ve found your blackstone videos to be top notch. Thank you for the tips! And yes I subscribed!

Update: I cooked the steaks and they were amazing! Used my own rub and got that great crust. Hers was perfect but mine was a little too done for me but the taste was unbelievable. I usually cook by feel but did temp this time. They were come of the best steaks we’ve ever had. Did some potatoes, squash, and mushrooms as well as brown butter. Thanks for the instruction.

Hey brother, awesome video. I just got a 2 burner blackstone for Christmas and have not used it yet. I cannot wait, I am semi retired and mama still works full time. I am terrible in the kitchen but I love to grill and smoke. We live in south Florida and the griddle is something that looks to be a heck of a lot quicker. I will keep watching, thanks Gino

Interesting ........ we just cooked the exact same thing on our Blackstone tonight. One thing I do to get a real nice even sear on our steaks is use some light weight aluminum presses I bought off Amazon about a year ago. They keep constant even pressure on the meat and makes a really nice even crust. They work great on burgers as well. Nice video.
