    I've been walking at 10,000 steps for the last 6 weeks with no changes to my diet. I try to walk outside as much as possible because it's much more beneficial and enjoyable. When I'm not outside I walk on the treadmill at no more than a 6 incline at 3.2mph. I have watched countless videos on here which is what brought me to your channel which keeps me motivated. I actually watch walking journeys while I'm on the treadmill. I don't weigh myself either but people are starting to tell me I look like I'm losing weight and my clothes have loosened up a lot. For the past 2 weeks I've been rucking(walking with weights) with an 8lb weighted belt which may interest you since you are in to weights. There are people who walk with a lot more weight but I'm working up to my new 12 lb vest. Walking has so many benefits and it's not as easy as people may think, in the beginning those 10,000 steps were kicking my butt.

      I love the journey you laid out! I’ve been watching videos on rucking as well and I too watch walking videos while I walk! lol you’ll have to give me an update on how the rucking feels for you after you’ve reached you goal rucking weight! I’d love to hear about it. I’d like to try it out as well after watching videos on it.

    I am on my walking journey trying to look lose 40 lbs. I want to give a shout out to the walking frantics let's go slim down. Love your videos ❤❤❤

    Great Job! I am hoping to loose 10 lbs by the end of May and wanted to incorporate the 12/3/30 walking workout. You are so right about the going out, especially with drinking - those calories add up fast. Still finding a way to balance that with my weight loss goals. You should definitely keep it up, but maybe weight yourself next time so you have a more quantifiable result.

      Thanks! I feel like I’m still not ready (trigger wise) for the scale because I know it influences me the most (in negatives) if I don’t see what I think I should see with the work I’ve done but hopefully I can get there one day! Until then, I feel the photos really help me because I can SEE the difference. I appreciate you!

    I walk 6,000 steps on Monday thru Saturday. Sunday is my rest day with less moving. I made small diet changes- less bread, caffeine free sodas, 1/ 2 sodas almost everyday, less sweets, more water. I started seeing inches lost in 2/ 3 weeks.

    Mate walking HELPS! I would do high incline at the gym consciously it wasnt untill they closed the park in my area that links to the train stattion so i have to walk all the way round and started a new job i had to be in 4 days a week i really started losing without trying.
    Id hit 10k steps a day just going to and from work while eating cookies lol and no gym time . I was shocked when i got under the weight nunber i could never shift.
    Working out plus 10k steps a day now damn its melting off for me. And not like im restricting like crazy. Keep at it

      I love it!! I actually starting walking on incline of 12 this week for 30 minutes and the the second 30 minutes on incline 5. I’m very interested to see what type of changes that makes in a month! I might have to make a video on that as well! Thanks for the inspo!
