Impressive. I like how these recipes appear quick and easy. Cooking is my downfall. I'm an unwell person who eats mostly conveniently pkgd processed carb&chemical laden "foods"... I got step one, I admit the issue. But I gota progress, so exhausted and fatigued all the time(part of why I just grab a pkg food item) I was starting every day with eggs and meat and that was a great start but then I got several illness this past month, so I went back to just open pkg ingest contents.

I love ground beef! Just finished my third month of carnivore. I ended my month with a seven day water only fast to do a complete reset after having way too much caffeine the first 2 1/2 months of carnivore. After three months, I am down 55 pounds, as well as no acid reflux, no snoring, no chest pain, no leg pain, and no stomach issues. I’ve gained energy and better sleep as well. I am doing this without a community of carnivore around me, but I am fierce and focused on getting healthy.

Day 250 of Carnivore way of eating and this came at a perfect time for me as I have been experiencing palette fatigue for my beloved ribeyes. I made the ground beef and egg scramble yesterday and today made the pork panko/egg/cream cheese muffin and ate with two hamburger patties, one fried egg and two strips bacon. Got two full muffins from the directions and did grill them after baking. My wife's was bacon and fried egg. We both were very happy with the results. Thanks Bella. Tomorrow I will be braising a 6-pound pork belly. Variety is the spice of life.

Nice! You may also want to try this (inspired by a Greek recipe): Knead one pound of salted and peppered ground beef. Make four flat patties out of it (two bases and two tops). Put some goat cheese onto the two bases. Cover both with the tops, and form flat burgers from them, with the goat cheese inside. Put them on a rack and in the oven, and let them dry at 180F for about 35-40 minutes. Fry them in lard or tallow for about 1 minute on each side. Serve with butter for additional fat.

My favorite recipe is to make oxtail in the slow cooker for like 12 hours. Eat the oxtail when its done, but dont throw away the juices, broth and bones. Add the bones back into the sloowcoker with ground beef and let it cook on low heat for several hours. The lower and slower the better. The meal will be so tender and full of collagen and other nutrients.

Not sure why/how it took me so long to find you but you rock.....better than any of the others I follow, and some are good. Update: In the middle of doing the scotch eggs as we speak. 1 pound ground beef makes 3 decent sized meatballs but 25 minutes at 400 degrees is NOT enough time. My ground beef was still rare inside (yuck). Just passing this info on to others. I'd suggest minimum 35 minutes at 400 degrees just to get the meat inside cooked, let alone anyone wanting it well done or crunchy. For that, even longer.

2 ounces of Pork rind chips = 1 cup of Panko. I used a 1.5 cups..as my 3 eggs were quite large..and the batter was a littel too wet with just 1 cup of Pork Panko. The buns came out great!
I did this in my Air Fryer at 390 for 4 minutes on each side. With that said.. that entire recipe is about 830 cals/24 grams of fat/66 grams of Protein. I'm dividing the two buns into about 8 pieces to eat with my breakfast, slathered with butter.. they are off the hook in flavor.

I got four pieces of "bread", which taste so great! I put a very small amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on the surface first, and after i spread the batter, I put another small amount on the top - maybe a total of 1 Tbsp of mozzarella all together. Very good! I probably didn't need the mozz at all, because this batter is already fat laden. Thank you for this wonderful recipe! (and all of them!).

Hi Bella. You are an inspiration. I started Carnivore diet 5 weeks ago. My psoriasis has gone berserk! I eat only beef, chicken, lamb, eggs, salt and a little bit of cream and cheese. Should I cut out dairy? I'm feeling very discouraged but holding on. I live in New Zealand and have got my husband and my 86 year old dad enjoying the carnivore diet. Thankyou for opening my eyes to a better way of life. Virtual hug coming your way ❤

Oh, girl, you are SO much more than steak and butter. I'm at the end of my 4th day of carnivore so I
won't be trying any of these fancier dishes for a while. I'm not eating dairy for a while and so am trying to stick to the beef and egg path. I did have a few pork rinds for dessert a bit ago. I'm 74
and have health problems that I would like to see resolve. Been on keto for past 4y but dirty keto for the last two of those. I know it will take a good while before I feel better so got to put on my patience
hat and count it a blessing to have good meat and eggs to eat. I did really love your recipes and
will be looking you up for future cuisine. Thanks so much for being a blessing, p

I've always enjoyed cold and room temperature meat. A left over steak or pork chop was an easy breakfast I could hold in my hand driving to work. I'm just starting this journey and I'm looking forward to saying goodbye to the extra weight, the joint pain and hopefully the autoimmune disease symptoms that have almost completely incapacitated me over the past 30 years. I'll be 60 next March. I plan on being able to spend all my days out of bed by then. Thank you for all these videos, I'm making sure I have all I need to begin on June 1st in 7 days...I'm so excited!!

I would bake seasoned/saltedbeef in a pan, and near the end lay a bit of cheese and on top to just melt. Let cool, cut into bars and spread with butter, wrap and freeze. Then the frozen bars would slowly thaw in my insulated lunch bag while driving around for work. By lunch time they were thawed and quite good.
Great ideas, looking forward to the shrimp recipes! Thanks! ❤

Just make sure that the pork rinds that you grind up to use in your recipes are fried up in lard, and not seed oils, especially if you use a lot of them like I do! Pork king cooks their pork rinds in lard.

    • @kaakrepwhatever
      @kaakrepwhatever 6 місяців тому

Generally pork rinds are a by-product of rendering pork fat into lard. So yes, read the label, but I've never seen one that had vegetable oils.

Most cream cheese sold has plant based processed thickeners in it. Look carefully and if you don't see any options free of thickeners ask if your store has "Farmer Cheese" which is actually the same thing but BETTER.

Yep. What you call "next day ground beef" is unbelievably nice! Not being the biggest fan of minced meat. That's my main trick. Cook today and eat it tomorrow.
All the aromas and flavors seem to be enhanced at zero cost! I use this trick for ages. ;-)
