Anita! You are “killing it”…destroying all those arguments, one by one about why it’s too hard to go carnivore! If it’s not the expense argument, it’s the lack of variety argument, if it’s not this, it’s that. You’ve shown all those arguments to be moot; if you want to be healthy, you’ll find a way. You’re a “way-maker”! Bravo!

    • @ArchieArpeggio
      @ArchieArpeggio Рік тому +15

@@darcy2965 I´ve seen video where man made his own mayo from bacon grease and eggs (plus the seasoning he putted there). Also seen people doing it from melted butter and eggs. Tallow, lard, butter... You can experiment what ever animal based fat you happen to have. All those have little bit different flavors and it depend what you use how stiff it´s going to be after putting it to fridge. All you need is some creativity and try.

I live in a 130 yr old farm house, it's not tiny for say but minimalistic (no heating or ac and not needed due to how they use to build homes) betas I said it is minimalistic and cast irons are a must! If you take care of them they'll last a lifetime plus generations. I have a skillet that's about 120 yr old and it is my favorite and lower maintenance because of decades of pan seasoning and upkeep.

FYI: your pork chops will get a nicer sear and they won't curl if you do about 3 knife cuts just thru the membrane that runs around the outside just under the fatty edge. It tends to contract when searing and won't allow the pork chop to lie flat.

Thank you … your show today was a light 💡 bulb moment for me.
I’ve been Carnivore for 2 1/2 years. With great success in the first year but since then I’ve been feeling lost. Nothing seemed to be working anymore.
I’d even started putting the weight I’d lost back on. It seemed everything I ate was giving me indigestion and bloat. Even though I watch all the UA-camrs I didn’t know what to do. I was never hungry and was barely eating anything.
When I prayed about it the answer I got was “you are not eating enough food” I couldn’t believe it.
Then when I saw the amount of food you put on your plate today at first I thought I couldn’t eat that much food all day much less at one meal then 💡 OMG … I knew then the answer to my prayer was right... I have not been eating enough food.
    Thank you 🙏 again.

Never got it right, not many results let alone fat loss (5 month attempt, plus iodine, magnesium, VitD & K daily & ofc quality salt & potassium)
Now I’m in dire pain with cervical pinched nerve

@@YeshuaKingMessiah I have compassion for you. Anita seems to be having great success with one on one counseling with UA-camrs Alice and Kevin. I’ve decided to get on their waiting list.
Anita has a video about her counseling with them if you haven’t seen it you might check it out.
Hang in there. It’s worth it. I’ve had great success in pain relief, lowering blood pressure and blood sugar plus I did lose weight too which was not my goal. I’m optimistic I’ll get back on tract.
      Best wishes

I do also use a stickblender to make my butter coffees or my buttered broth w/eggs. I make meat broth (chicken as beef doesn’t have bones anymore unless it’s ribs) and get it simmering then add lots butter, s&p and 3 eggs to 12oz broth. I use 2 tablespoons of butter in this.
Stickblend and the whites emulsify, the yolks just melt in. Really creamy rich drink. Can just use 4 yolks but I hate wasting my pricey eggs!

Love my cast iron skillet, I can’t stand the taste of liver anymore I used to crave it. My granddaughter is back in Nursing School a week from now giving me lots of kitchen time I am looking forward to. I will be making Chris’s noodles, bread recipes, mashed potatoes and your wonderful cream cheese muffins and other favorites. ❤

What a helpful video! Thank you! It’s especially helpful for my tiny RV kitchen I’m stuck with while we build our house. It’s going to be a while and I’m trying to adapt! I’ve even figured out how to do canning in this little kitchen. Go me! I love pressure canned chicken legs, breasts, and even beef stew meat, brisket and pork loin. I can take advantage of sales and not take up my precious freezer space for my meats. It’s saving so much $$! Yay! 😊 This video is right up my alley. You’re the best!

Wonderful. Not a carnivore and lost my weight with a high carb, low fat vegan diet but watching you was like dropping over a close friend’s house. I could almost smell the food. Although primarily vegan I do eat meat while in social settings and all your meals look tempting and delicious. Great job, my new friend. Be over for dinner, lol.

It's weird that such a huge worldwide product is produced in such a tiny rural Utah town. Now I live near the Great Salt Lake and the Bonneville Salt Flats. We're surrounded by salt here in Utah!

I’m all about keeping things as simple as possible. Season brand Sardines in water drained and then “fried” in Kerrygold or Costco grass fed butter till crispy and topped with seas salt. Also, a good make ahead are egg cups. Dozen eggs 1 cup Good Culture cottage cheese, 1 cup shredded raw cheddar cheese salt pepper and whatever cooked meat bacon or sausage blend all together then add shredded cheese mix and spoon into 12 muffin tin and you’re good for the week 👍🏼can’t get any more simple than a taco bowl of ground beef raw shredded cheese Good culture sour cream and Primal kitchen avocado buffalo sauce 😊

I love your meals they’re wonderful I do my pork chops kind of like you do but only I don’t finish them off in the oven. I just love fried pork chops with and pepper. For the flank steak I use a marinade, so I guess it would actually be keto friendly because it’s got sugar free, honey and Amino acids that are like soy sauce and oil and garlic, olive oil or avocado oil and then I marinate that for a couple hours up to however long you want and then I cook it in the oven and it’s fantastic very appropriate for keto as long as you use sugar free honey
