Amazing strongman content. Love the 4 day proposed plan (and training philosophy), very similar to what im doing but with one additional grip/back day (I am not nearly as big and strong, and regular dude sized hands). I also tend to periodise the events slighty more linearly but rotate the fitness qualities between blocks. What do you think?

I’ve been able to build my yokes to 945…but my bracing fails while I’m walking..any tips on that? I’m 6’4 215..
Probably just need to do more walks at submax weights that you can brace effectively at and spend less time working on a max pick.
