DUDE! I am so glad I found this video. Thank you, I just got an RM 2 and am struggling (read: scared) to transition to digital from paper. Your video is so helpful!
Thank you for this, if you are using split view function with a document and another notebook, aren't the scroll buttons able to control them separately as well?
I want to make my own templates, i can use Adobe illustrator or whatever to draw something. I mainly want to write notes/draw , and save them to my drop box easily. Boox overkill?
Interesting and thanks for sharing your workflow. I have a question, though, how do you access all this when you are not at your desk, traveling, etc. I see that you would have to take your analog notebook with you, so this is the same, but wouldn't it be easier to have all this on your phone. I mean you basically have to carry this note taking device with you all the time, right? Is there some way of sync function so you can access it from everywhere? cR
Finally, someone with an actual concrete use-case run-down for this, and Bujo which is what I'm contemplating getting such a device for.... Thanks for that! Now, concerning your method... I'm not convinced at all :-D I'm sure it works for you, but I failed to see the added value of the digital notes, the device, etc. Oh and setting up your template... why not use pre-built templates ? then again... you can get them in paper as well so where's the advantage? I can flip through the pages of an actual paper based notebook waaay faster than you do with the device so... where's the big advantage? not a theoretical one but an actual one that you take advantage of day in, day out ? looking forward to that. Thanks!
Take a look at this video... which is my modified / simplified method. See if that answers some questions for you. You are right, some of the benefits of the electronic notebook is the ability to use templates. ua-cam.com/video/NN6KQI4Nslk/v-deo.html
That was actually my idea to of how to use this device. But thinking in terms of security and notes I don't think it's a good idea to have WiFi on it or even Bluetooth. Because of that it isn't a good idea to use it as storage for really vulnerable data like passwords. Or other sensitive informations. Also lack of android security updates dosent help either. Sadly.
Hmm finished my BJ 2021 Setup before one hour on my Note Air and Google showed me this now. Got other recommendations the last month. To help the algorithm I will watch this and abo you. So thumb up and press play. Maybe I'll see something I can fit into my setup.
Doesn't fit my style. You even don't use page numbers etc. I start classic, as it would be paper. Will stay here and see what else you upload. Thanks for sharing!
Please substitute a silent pause for every time you say "Ahhh" and "Ahmm" when stating a sentence, or practice not saying that portion when stating or finishing a sentence. It is distracting to your audience. I had the same problem and was able to correct it by taking a public speech course. Thank you for your video!
It's really not that bad I think, I didn't think about it at least. But sure, learning to cut down on those fillers can be nice, not just for videos, but in everyday life, if you want to seem a bit more secure in what you're saying.
You changed my life!! Thank you!
SUPER clear explanation of a system that I've been having trouble wrapping my head around. Thank you!!
This is a great adaptation of Rydrer Carrol's original system for a digital notebook.
Thanks for this. This is the first video I found that explains a BuJo workflow on a digital note taking device. Lots of useful ideas!

Thanks! I've been watching videos on how to better use my Remarkable 2 and have found your's really helpful!
How do you access the function where you write by hand instead of typing names of documents? I would love to do that!

I called this "Ordered Chaos" in a good sense.
Great idea! I'm going to try this out!
Dude what's with the camera angle to the device angle? I'm gonna walk around with a broken neck 😆

I am wondering this as well. I'm looking at getting a boox device but I was curious if you can sync your notes across devices..
I sync my Boox Note Air 2 to Evernote

Great video, will adopt a lot of this for my workflow at work and home.

Please rotate the camera so the device is vertical.
