I found a one on fb marketplace like a month ago from the original owner w/ low miles all stock, dude was only asking like 11-12k lol too bad I bought a motorcycle for my commute instead 🥲
One thing that bugs me with this video. They are chipping up everything to remove it. If that exhaust was original that would be worth some money eventually to someone wanting to restore one of these. Yes that day is coming. You’ve got to look ahead. I’ve got 2 set sets of OEM headers, 2 air boxes. As well as a few other stock items. Those are going to be gold soon as almost everyone, including me, removed them for aftermarket items. Keeping the old stuff intact is worth the time to do it.
Old 1999 to 2004 v6 400,000 miles rust free it cheap for LS swap or if have bigger budget Ford in Ford yes easy to get cheap to build unless you ford race not cheap anymore
I wonder how many of you guys actually know why the bolts on a flywheel and crankshaft are specifically designed to go only one way.. Alrighty, I'll tell you why it's because the engine is designed to position itself. When it turns off that the starter always uses the exact 4 points of the flywheel teeth to start the engine, so if you ever have a problem where the teeth on your flywheel are broken. You can simply take your Ring gear, break it, loose, rotate it ninety degrees and reInstall it, and weld it That way, it can restart on a fresh set of teeth!
Close, but way off. Must be trolling. Stock 5.0 is externally balanced, so the flywheel must be installed in one orientation to the crankshaft to keep the engine balanced.
Not hating on fox bodies because I’m a real fan of the turbo svo’s and the cobras but I’m sorry the peak build for me has to be the sidewinder cobra you guys did. Another high powered Windsor in a fox is just a lesser sequel in my opinion. Appreciate the content as always, keep on wrenching boys.

Fox body name comes from Volkswagen the Volkswagen Fox different car companies copied the Fox frame but making their version rear wheel drive instead of front wheel drive like Volkswagen.
You scared me with that LS segment at the end. Thankfully it's not going anywhere near the Mustang. I really think it's a bad idea to mix your content like this. I know I stopped watching at 11:00 which can't be good for your channel's UA-cam metrics.
@AR_420 I did watch the video and he could have simply misspoke since at the very beginning that talked about the Windsor. cause the ls was for a different project so again it's a Windsor going into the fox body
You can tell this is a Pre-Covid video, Foxbody Mustangs definitely not cheap to get into anymore :D
No kidding, where I live in Canada a car of similar condition I’ve seen for sale anywhere from 8000-20,000
They haven’t been for a very long time.

They say multiple times this car is 34 years old. This episode is from 2024.
@257Tony It is a convertible, the least popular and least expensive of all foxbody models.
Tommy you better not quit on me! Damnit everybody from my childhood to my adulthood has either retired or passed on. Please don't be next!
Thank you Tommy, for taking the time to give us some of the details for the pro tips.
Tommy is being so mean to the new guy!!! ((( LOL
That Tennessee scenery is beautiful
They just built a n/a 460 on engine power 535/560 they should drop that in there.
Finding a foxbody (5.0) that you can drive, for a couple grand is a thing of the past
These shows have a high turn over with host
Good project car guys. Get r done, even Tommy might like it. 😊
Some people don't like work but the Fox body has the room to repower it with anything. Even a a miserable as LS.
It’s not LS build.. 410 Windsor. The LS is for the truck.
LS garbage is for chevy garbage, never in a Ford
Foxbody furever ❤❤❤❤🏁
Wild Stallion
They all have issues when they get some age to them.Doesn’t matter if it’s a Ford ,GM,or Chrysler.

What happened the 460 red foxbody? 😮
Come'on guys, put some more country in your documentary... It's Chevy Camarah! 😏
You found one for 500 bucks it must be tore all to pieces cause you can't buy one in far condition for for less than 3 grand
Lots of DMV hassle

Was Tommy busy at the shop or did he sell it to y'all?! 😂😂😂
Someone tell Peyton it's okay to open your mouth when you talk.. dude sounds like he's recovering from dental surgery.
Hey Peyton, you’re doing great brother, everyone’s got an opinion, enjoyed watching!
Have you ever been on a tv show with cameras in your face? Its awkward to start with....and hard to act normal.....ive been there and done that
Vanilla Ice....
What suspension are you going to be putting in it ?
This is the only show I haven’t seen DEI makes its way into it. Apparently there isn’t enough interest to get some minorities as hosts.
A couple grand for a foxbody ya right maybe an sn~95 for a couple grand that’s drivable is more realistic

Sidewinder was definetly a favorite build of mine as well
Sidewinder was my favorite all out Fox build they did but Dark Horse was cool too cuz it was a more realistic, daily driver/ fun car…
These shows are years old, where are the new shows.
This one is brand new

You get a fox body because you want to shift gears
I saw the LS motor and stopped watching. Hopefully it's not too late to return it to Walmart or exchange it.
What are you talking about? You do realize that's a 351w to a 408 stroker...not an ls
The LS shows up 16 minutes into the 21 minute video and it's not even involving the mustang. Did you actually watch any of this?
