Hey Bailey. I LOVE your workouts. I’ve been doing them regularly for 4 years now. When I got strong enough I added 2 pound ankle weights and I really some saw changes then. It’s taken awhile and consistency but I now actually see some contour shaping, toning and lift in my legs, butt and inner thigh - which is huge for me as I am a petite pear shape, and my carry weight in lower body. I am now much more confident in my own body and feel the muscles I’ve developed smooth and lift things in that area. It’s subtle - yes - but it’s there and it definitely helps my mindset and confidence in terms of accepting, strengthening, maintaining and nurturing the 42 year old body I have. Thank you!

I just found u last week..dont do workouts every day but try to atleast 4 or 5 times a week..so ty for these small doses ..there so much easier to stack up then committing to an hour workout of the bat ty Bailey

My one wrist is weaker than the other post op, and i struggle to hold myself up for long on my right side, is there any variation i can do to reduce to pressure on my wrist ? Thank you x
Im a physiotherapist and we have the following two changes: 1. You can put your wrists into fits on the floor. A lot of people don't like it though. 2. You could be on your forearms don't know how much that one is changing pilates exercises but normally it works fine.
Those workouts no longer align with what I believe in representing on my channel. They are also filmed on iphone and very bad quality so I am not comfortable having them online. I'll film some new workouts with similar exercises soon :)
