ok, so Bailey, I had been working out pretty consistently and thanks to you and one other person, I had a butt. I fell off and lost the butt but I did your 5 minute butt burn for two days(TWO DAYS) I couldn't even get through the whole five minutes because Im starting over. I have a whole butt in two days. I realized because Im not used to it and knocking things over LOL
I've been doing your workouts long enough to know that those "little circles" aren't an easy piece of work😅 I wonder is there any similar set of exercise for toning the calves? Thanks, Bailey and cheers from Ukraine 😊
