    Just finished the 28 days challenge and I absolutely loved having a routine to each day with these videos. I feel great and look great. Gonna keep the Pilates cycle going 🥰

    Doing this for 7 days before my basketball practice🥰 (with knee fat burn by Oxy Fit)
    Day 1: ✅ Burned like HELL but I made it through (I also did the knee one and that made my legs tremble)
    Day 2: ✅ My stomach was a little numb from yesterday but no changes yet! (also did the other workout)
    Day 3: ❌ I got very late and I was too tired to do it (couldn't do the other one too)

    I do your exercises 5-6 times a week for past 12 months. I never stayed with any trainer that long. You really are an inspiring person. I even made my hubby do your exercises with me😂 Thank you for keeping us in shape❤

    BAILEYY.. MY ABS.... THEY HURT.... this is the most effective 5 min abs workout... perfect fore my morning routine for school thank you bailey !! your workouts r always effective 🤍

    This was the most effective waist workout that I have ever done and I had done a few for sure😍😍😍 I felt the obliques burning so hard

    BEST ONE YET OMG!!! It's basically the same move but ur adding a bit of extra to it each time!!! such as raising the legs to tabletop or tapping the feet! It's good to keep up with if ur a beginner and just AUGH i love this! 😍

    Can you grow your glutes using Pilates or do you have to heavy weight lift and eat a lot of protein to do that?

    I need some advice, why can't I keep my back on the floor when my legs are in table top position? My back keeps making an arch.

    Hi! I’ve done every inner thigh workout there is for the past year and I literally get no results? Anyone have any ideas, I drink water and eat pretty healthy. I just wan to get a little thigh gap?? I prefer 5 min videos:)

      you can eat healthy but maybe you eat too much for your level of daily activity and so you store fat. Eat 80% homemade food and 20% of anything you like

      What's your body shape,kindly study about that for example I am a inverted triangle body shape and I am an endomorph so it's tough for me to lose weight or have thigh gap I never had thigh gap,not trying to disappoint you but hope this helps

    I can’t get my thighs to not shake to the point I can’t get to the end w/o taking some breaks.
