Doing this for 7 days before my basketball practice🥰 (with knee fat burn by Oxy Fit) Day 1: ✅ Burned like HELL but I made it through (I also did the knee one and that made my legs tremble) Day 2: ✅ My stomach was a little numb from yesterday but no changes yet! (also did the other workout) Day 3: ❌ I got very late and I was too tired to do it (couldn't do the other one too)
I do your exercises 5-6 times a week for past 12 months. I never stayed with any trainer that long. You really are an inspiring person. I even made my hubby do your exercises with me😂 Thank you for keeping us in shape❤

BEST ONE YET OMG!!! It's basically the same move but ur adding a bit of extra to it each time!!! such as raising the legs to tabletop or tapping the feet! It's good to keep up with if ur a beginner and just AUGH i love this! 😍
Hi! I’ve done every inner thigh workout there is for the past year and I literally get no results? Anyone have any ideas, I drink water and eat pretty healthy. I just wan to get a little thigh gap?? I prefer 5 min videos:)
you can eat healthy but maybe you eat too much for your level of daily activity and so you store fat. Eat 80% homemade food and 20% of anything you like
What's your body shape,kindly study about that for example I am a inverted triangle body shape and I am an endomorph so it's tough for me to lose weight or have thigh gap I never had thigh gap,not trying to disappoint you but hope this helps
