    This video is really what I needed right now :).
    I've been feeling dull - completely zero feeling/emotions of happiness or sadness. Just existing.
    Anyways, my 75 Hard challenge is starting tomorrow.

    The transitions and trying out different angles was really interesting, clearly trying out new things 😊 Try to keep the hanging pull cord out of shot and maybe explore ways to suppress the sound of the blinds going up through editing software when able. Even if you don’t do those particular shots again the same editing skills apply. Definitely try to minimise alcohol going forward - when you look into it you realise how bad any alcohol is for your sleep, concentration, memory, muscle building goals (full of empty calories), often high in sugar, etc.

      Cheers for the tips 👍, and the alcohol part was supposed to be a joke, I suppose I could have made it more obvious that I'm not a drinker 😅

      @@Kieran_White I had got the joke, but not that you are a non drinker. Tbf the comment was not specifically aimed at you but a general thought with all viewers. It’s simply mad how many people think they can be productive and build a better body whilst also binge drinking several times a week.
