great workout! Sydney, you have pushed me to use weights that I never thought I was strong enough to lift. I have a 3 shelf weight rack and I've never even attempted the bottom shelf weights. I always assumed those would only be for my husband! Thank you for making me stronger and more confident to push out of my comfort zone.

I'm embracing my failures! I did a combination of body weight and dumbbells. My goal is to prevent injury and strengthen my lower body. I have to adjust the workouts for my right foot. I make it work!
Crushed it ❤ I’m not going to lie. mentally, I dread anything over 40 mins 😅, but I know that with these longer workouts, I get to isolate certain muscle groups more so I am grateful for them. Even though this was a long one, I can absolutely say that this is one of my favorites! I think that it’s also because of how sweaty I got so early on in the beginning . This is my 3rd STF and the results always blows me away. Generally throughout the rest of the year, I like to stay in maintenance but when summer is around the corner, I do love the look of leaning out. Not to say that I am eating less, I’m just swapping out more of my carbs with fiber . So happy to be here with Sydney and the rest of the Sydney squad. If you’re new here and hesitant about when/where/how/why to start, just take the first step to honoring yourself. The perfect time is now ❤

WOW! (I think I've said that every day this week!) I have never sweat so much during a strength workout and I literally had every size weight I own out. I remember when I bought my weights I could only carry 1 25lb. weight down my stairs to the workout room and today I stepped up with both. Gonna feel those legs later today when I take my kids to a water park and climb the stairs to the slid. But that is why I do so I CAN climb the stairs and have fun with my kids (and feel comfortable in a swim suit in public!). Thank you Sydney for these workouts that are helping me to grow stronger in more ways than one!
Embracing my failures especially today. This is day 5 of subsequent training with no rest day for me. Last week I had to take 2 consecutive rest days and I really don't want to miss a single workout of this Summertime Fine challenge. I did NOT feel like working out today. I wanted to push it for my lunch time hoping for motivation to spark out of thin air. Then I remembered what Sydney usually says... It's on the days we feel less motivated that we should push ourselves even more. So I sucked it up, took out all my dumbbells and gave it my best. It was definitely not my best workout ever, but it was ALL I got for today and you'd better believe me when I say I am proud of myself, and I am proud of all of you for completing today's workout. THANK YOU Sydney. You have no idea the blessing you are to me!
Wow, when I saw Legs and Abs in the title I thought 'Oh No!!! This is going to be a tough and sweaty one!' 🥵 Boy was I right! 😅 Crushed it though and so glad I did! Good luck to everyone else who's still to do it, well worth doing it though! 😊

Just working through summertime fine, currently on this workout. HUGE progress this workout: 1. I was able to do all 3 sets of wall sits in full without a break! 2. I was able to get through 1 full set of side planks on both sides on my feet! 3. I increased weight for the sumos. So incredibly excited! Thank you, Sydney, for leading!
My daughter graduated high school on Friday so I am doing this workout on Saturday. Tomorrow I will do Saturday’s workout and then I am back on schedule. This workout was awesome!
Amazing workout. I am so much stronger than before. Lifting more from the getgo than before. Pushing and challenging myself. Sydney with the 60lb kettle bell! Holy cow. I rocked 50lbs . Embracing my failures. I'm trying to shift my mindset around heavy weights. Instead of starting light and working my way up, I'm trying to go heavy and just tell myself I can go down if I need to. Hopefully that pushes me past my fears about not being able to do heavier than what I've done.
Sydney really called out today on cruising through I went to go with my 'regular' weight for reverse lunges/step ups then put them down and grabbed the heaviest weights I have 10kg(22 pounds). I also added a 3kg(7 pounds) dumbbell to those side planks! Between these workouts and my yoga classes I'm really feeling stronger!!! I even added a 15 minute non stop cardio after this 😅 now I'm truly spent! 💪
Couldn't finish my workout today. I didn't sleep as I'm prepping for my MD exams, but I did listen to your end speech of the day, and I might have teared up a bit. Thank you 🙂 I'm not a failure.
